Wish the weather was better..thats my only complaint. Place was perfect.

We will definitely return. Everything was as pictured, easy check in/check out process, clean, and everything you’d need for beach trip already there. Very well stocked kitchen. Best part for us was the large balcony with VERY comfortable patio furniture.

We throughly enjoyed the condo. This is our second year to stay here. Our favorite place was the huge balcony. The close proximity to the beach was a plus. There was some renovation work at the complex which started early which was a distraction.

We had a nice stay. Location and view was perfect. Bedroom drawers were not clean.

We have 6 in our family. The size was perfect and the condo clean. The only thing I would suggest would be a few more bath towels. :) We had such a good time spending the week in Orange Beach. We would stay here again. Everything was just as pictured.

Every year this same week, my husband has a chiefs conference in Orange Beach. We have always made it our family vacation. Our girls are grown up now but we still meet at the beach for family time. This was the perfect place for that! We had a great week!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo right on the beach. The view from the balcony was a daily ritual. The quality time this condo allowed for our family to be together sharing life was priceless.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the elevators were quick. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The balcony has lots of seating so everyone could enjoy sitting outside together. Location is great and close to all of the amenities. Check in and out were very easy.

Our family of seven enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as pictured and very well kept. Everything we needed was near by. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the large balcony and watching the waves and even dolphins!

I enjoyed our stay! We drove 10 plus hours to stay at orange beach. The location of the condo is ideal. The check in process was super easy and hassle free. The condo was nice. I loved how close everything was to our condo! Souvenir shops, restaurants, ice cream, shops, etc. The beach was beautiful and you have great access to it! Negatives were when we arrived we were immediately met with the fact that one of the elevators is not working. There are 15 floors to this condominium. Lots of people in a prime location. Only one elevator. I didn’t think this was much of an issue. As long as one worked right? Well it was a major issue. The one working elevator was always crammed with people and long lines on every floor. On average when I took the elevator down or up, I waited up to 30 minutes. Just to get up or down. There were even times when one elevator didn’t work. It got stuck with several people in it which was scary. I had to walk up 11 flights of stairs just about every time I wanted to go up or down. Which was not good for me. Some may not mind but carrying all your beach stuff, your luggage, your groceries, checking in and checking out.. yeah it was hard. This was not the owners fault obviously it was the management of the condo for sure. Several people complained and called and yeah I was there 5 days and it never got fixed. So definitely not prompt. Overall good stay.

We had 7 people staying in the condo. The rooms and balcony were just as described. The beach was beautiful. There were plenty of carts to get stuff upstairs. Communication was great. Most of the issues we had were with the property itself. I am posting so future renters can have more information that I would have found nice to plan for. There are 2 elevators. One of them was broken the entire time we were there which was 6 nights. We were on the 11th floor, and some of our guests chose to use the stairs since there were times we waited for up to 20 minutes to get an elevator that we could fit. I have stayed at condos in Gulf Shores before as well as PCB. I am aware that it is normal to have to buy toilet paper, paper towels etc. I have never had to go buy hangers to actually get our shirts hung. We ended up leaving some since they wouldn't fit in our luggage. Hopefully other guests can use them. A nice big skillet, garbage bags, aluminum foil etc, would have been convenient to have. We did need to plan on extra time since you cant cross the road in front of the complex. We did end up renting chairs and umbrellas. If you want to be front row, you need to let the chair person know in advance. Also, plan on paying $40 a day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. This added up quickly when we had 7 people.

Definitely will stay here again! Beautiful view, well kept condo, adequate elevators for building! Love it!

We loved the beach and the area. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean. The only downfall was the construction going on at the time of our stay.

Our family of 5 adults stayed for 5 nights and had a absolutely awesome experience. Very clean condo with everything you'd want at your finger tips. Great location for beach, resturants, shopping ect.

We could not have been more thrilled with this property!!! We actually lived in the Orange Beach area 40+ years ago, and this was the first trip back with my sisters and our mother. The condo is comfortable and well taken care of in every way. Beds are fabulous! We were thrilled with the seating options inside. However, we did not utilize the living room or dining room at all, as we spent our entire time on the spacious balcony that offered both lounge and table seating. There were only the 4 of us, though you could have easily had a dozen people out there with room to spare. Simply amazing. You are also surrounded with ample shopping options and great restaurants. There was some confusion during checkout as the instructions left in the condo differed from what was sent to us by the owner. We opted to follow what the owner asked that we do. Parking is also fantastic. Opted not to pre-pay online but rather handle everything at the on-site kiosk which was a breeze. Please also know that there are an abundance of carts (all sizes) which are available for those with a carload of luggage, food, etc., to take upstairs, resulting in only one trip needed. And trust me...4 women had a LOT of stuff!!! Would highly recommend this lovely condo to anyone and absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you so much!!

This property was great. The balcony was our favorite place. We saw dolphins, enjoyed morning coffee and just relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Very easy to reserve on VRBO; accurate and timely charges. The condo was very clean and excellently decorated & equipped. Note: The hall bathroom commode needs some adjustment/repair as the handle has to be pushed several times to flush; not always ready to flush.

The property was perfect for our size group. Liked the indoor pool for the little one when the weather was not quite beach perfect.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and updated! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies we needed. And the view was breathtaking! I couldnt have asked for a better condo for our stay! We loved our stay - the condo is exactly as represented online, and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was the most well equipped of any I've stayed in. We had 4 adults & 2 kids and felt there was ample space for everyone without feeling crowded. The complex itself is clean, well-lit, provides great amenities, and the location can't be beat. We loved our stay, and look forward to returning in the future.

This property was by far the cleanest condo we have ever rented! And that statement is not to be taken lightly. Geri was very helpful. Whenever we had questions, she responded right away. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved this condo. Especially the outdoor furniture. It was well equipped and clean. The pool area was nice also with enough chairs for everyone.
