Upon arrival you realize just how special Sea Spray truly is! The views are captivating, the furnishings & decor is welcoming and the amenities are exceptional. So much thought is put into making your stay a wonderful one…extra towels, pillows, bathrobes, a well stocked kitchen and so much more. We found ourselves enjoying the beautiful calm mornings, the windy afternoons and the spectacular sunsets. Each evening we relaxed in the hot tub and slept to the soft sounds of the ocean. Our morning walks to Cook’s beach were a must; such a lovely beach. Thank you to the owners for sharing their magnificent home allowing us to make special memories in this little piece of paradise. Also, a big thank you to Mindy, the owners assistant, for the excellent communication and making our stay everything it could be and more.

This is a very cozy, warm and beautiful house with amazing views of the ocean. The kitchen is really lovely as are the bathrooms. Unfortunately, I suffered a bad fall about a week before our visit and have a damaged leg and arm. If you have any mobility issues, the place is not ideal. To be fair, I didn't have mobility issues when I booked the place! There is a step stool to help get into the very high bed and grab bars in the shower. There are no hand holds of any kind on the hot tub which was still a wonderful experience, just not while getting in and out. It's a well equipped and beautiful place to stay and we recommend it! The view was spectacular. The home was well-kept and all of the amenities, especially in the kitchen, were great. We appreciate the process/communication. It was a tremendous week and we greatly appreciate being able to stay in the home. Just a couple negatives: there was a broken wine glass on the deck when we arrived (under one of the chairs) that we did not touch; the lack of airflow in the house - it was difficult to get the house cool in the afternoons (unfortunate that none of the main windows or the kitchen window don't open) . . . of course we understand that is only an issue when it's really hot. We truly appreciate and enjoyed one of the most amazingly equipped kitchen’s ever. It was a pleasure to work in it with everything needed and some. The view was that of an outside cruise ships suite. The king bedrooms provided an even better experience view wise. We definitely recommend Seascape for those special occasions that call for a up close coastal view.

What a treasure of a find! Communication and check in were easy, the house was clean and exceptionally well-stocked, and the views were stunning. This is probably one of the best-stocked homes we’ve ever rented- it seems the owners really did try to think of anything a guest could need or want and then provide it. Nice cookware, lots of spices, and every way you can think of to make coffee, tea, or adult beverages. We loved looking at the ocean in the morning and watching the birds fly by. Sunset was incredible and once it was dark we were able to stare at the stars from the hot tub while listening to the waves crash below. Simply heavenly! The beds were comfortable, there were blankets and pillows galore, and there were even robes in the closet to wear. This is not just a place to sleep between excursions- we loved lounging in the home’s luxury. We will definitely book it again and again.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It has an awesome view of the ocean, it is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. It has everything you need to feel at home. I love staying here.
