From check in to check out this vacation home was close to everything and had everything we needed. Bravo!

We booked adjacent rentals for our 16 people vacation. This rental was ideal for our stay! Pet friendly with hardwood floors is the way to go!

The property is nice the location is horrible. The traffic on 22nd Street is incredibly loud especially at 1 am in the morning. Cars constantly race up the street with their radios blaring. The tv's in the bedrooms do not work. The bedroom sizes are large and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning system keeps the house nice and cool even on the third floor.

The location was a great fit for us. 2 blocks from the beach and a short 2 minute drive to the convention center. We were 8 adults and 2 children and found the house roomy enough for all of us. The only negative about this pottery would be the kitchen supplies. Large bowls for serving, utensils for cooking, tongs etc.. Bigger garbage can for the kitchen. No grill! But we did purchase a small charcoal grill at Lowes that worked perfect. We had a great week and if ever in the area again for work/family I would look to rent again.

Overall the house was nice. Not far from the beach and boardwalk. We had a little trouble with one of the neighbors parking in our allotted spot. The only complaint I have is the noise level on the street. It’s a main road and the cars and motorcycles tend to rev their engines flying down the street. There is a naval base near and the jet’s flying across at all hours was also disturbing.

My family of four along with a family of 3 rented this property and we had a very enjoyable stay. The property was clean and represented the pictures accurately. The owners responded quickly to any requests that we had which were very few. We noticed that there was not an iron in the property and it was provided for us within 24 hrs which was great. The property is just a few blocks for the boardwalk and beach and we walked there often. You pass several shops along the way. It is on a very busy road but the traffic noise, though we could hear it, did not bother us at all. All in all this was a great stay and we very much enjoyed our time there.

The house was great and as advertised. Location was easy walk to beach and boardwalk. Definitely in the middle of the action (what my teenagers were looking for) and walking distance to food and shopping. Second floor road front bedroom does have noise but I am a light sleeper so I am the only one that it bothered. Just put your light sleepers or small children in other rooms and you shouldn't have an issue. I wonder if I would have even noticed if I hadn't read it in other reviews. The alley didn't bother me at all. It wasn't sketchy as others have implied, same for the walk to the beach. We felt safe walking back and forth. Things did get loud and lively late at night over the weekend closer to the boardwalk but never felt unsafe in the house or neighborhood.

The location is approximately 3 blocks from the boardwalk. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The house is very clean and inviting. It was a perfect stay!! We would return to this location and property.

Location was good within walking distance to beach and shops, but in a busy, noisy area. Read a review that sound machines were purchased for the unit, however they were not there when we arrived. Other then that we had a great time.

Great place, good location

The property was just as pictured online. Close proximity to restaurants, beach and entertainment. Would have loved a later check out but understand about the cleaning process. We actually saw the cleaning people going around first thing in the morning as we were leaving.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It's conveniently located to so many place, include the beach. Great living space and bedrooms. Our group of 7 loved every moment here!

Spent the holiday weekend a the property and couldn't have been more pleased. I've stayed in multiple VRBO properties over the years and 404B ranks at the top. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store and to some of the finest restaurants VB has to offer. It was a perfect spot for our family to spend a holiday weekend at the beach.

Beautiful home. Great layout. Central location. I appreciated the hand soap at each sink, and the small supply of toiletries.

The property is located on Arctic Avenue and the master bedroom is facing that road. ALL weekend we listened to muscle cars and EMS and fire engines. This made it very difficult to get a good night sleep. I also think the fees to rent (over $500) and the checkout time of 9:00am seemed very unreasonable. I will not rent this property again.

Nothing but good things to say about this property and host! Everything was perfect.

Everything was as advertised. Easy fun weekend at the beach.

The property was beautiful with all amenities and comforts of home. Only downside is the neighborhood. It was close to the beach but the back alley area as well as streets to cross for boardwalk access had homeless people on the corners, We brought our Pups and walking was not something we looked forward to especially evening runs due to the neighborhood.

Highly recommended! Place was clean but I wish checkout time was a little later than 9am.

This place was BEAUTIFUL!!! oh my gosh, french doors throughout that opened to several porches, super clean home, beautiful landscaping, easy close access to everything. beach was about a 5 minute walk as well as many restaurants. Safe area, well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Communication could not have been better. I have stayed in many airbnb and vrbo homes and this place was one of the best! I would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks so much for having us!

Great house for family, plenty of room, close to the boardwalk, beach, mini golf, ice cream, and Harris Teeter. Loud F-A18 jets taking off from Naval Air Station close by from 8AM to 9PM. Property manager very responsive and professional!

Very nice place that comfortably accommodated five men. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and the place worked out great. The neighborhood is a little bit sketchy but you can tell that people are starting to invest in the area

Nice place. Not enough seating in living area or dining room for 8 people. Bed linens didn’t fit two of the beds. All in all - a good time was had by all.

Our stay at Anne's House was great. Very beautiful home and spacious rooms. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful House with wonderful amenities Just as described in photos My only two complaints were the lack of extra comforters and pillows in the bedrooms. Also the television sets are outdated and basic cable was just that basic.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property and would recommend it to anyone.

Loved the townhome and all of the amenities. The place was fantastic! The only thing we weren’t thrilled with was that we thought it was a lot closer to Sandbridge Beach and it was a 25 minute drive to get there. There was a lot of noise road especially on the weekend. However, these accommodations are great and if we want to go to Virginia Beach in the future we will absolutely stay here. The place is great Shepherd was great - five stars for all of that!

Beautiful home that is convenient to everything!

We had a lovely time at this beach house. Great location and beautiful inside. Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was great, and the outdoor seating in the backyard and off the two bedrooms was great. Better attention needs to be paid to how the place was cleaned- the comforter on two of the beds were visibly dirty (we had to wash them before using them), the shower curtain liners were very dirty, and animal hair was visibly on the couch. Also the pocket door to one of the master bathrooms was off its hinges and could not be closed. TVs were not hooked up in two of the rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and the process to book the house was straight forward.

This home is so beautiful and clean, and it has more than everything my large group needed to be comfortable. Multiple balconies, three stories where the kids can be all the way upstairs and no noise for the sleeping babies and older family members in our group. The living room and kitchen was very spacious, airy, and filled with natural light. All the finishes were luxury and upscale, and there were so many bathrooms and balconies we lost count. I did not hear street noise as others have mentioned, and the walk to the beach was only a quick 2 blocks. Every store was around the corner, and the parking was conveniently right in back of the townhouse. Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds and even the living room sofa was, and just how nice this home was overall. If multiple stairs are a problem for anyone in your group, this place may not be for you. We had zero problems while staying there. The check in was seamless, and the instructions and house booklet and postings on the refrigerator covered everything. Otherwise, this town “home” felt just like that for me and my family, and we are so appreciative that you put so much time into making it a special place:)
