This condo has everything you could possibly need. The owner put a lot of thought into what a renter might need in the kitchen, and it's there. The unit was very clean and comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location. Walking distance to almost everything you need. (just short drive to grocery store). Private back patio was so nice. We'll be back.

Beautiful, beautiful location! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Literally around the corner is the best Mexican food you can imagine at burrito works on 1st Street and A1A. The private beach at the end of 1st Street is so close you will never need to drive your car, and it is so peaceful and beautiful. This is a very spacious place, so nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood, and the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in these 10 years that I have been vacationing with VRBO. The door lock was a little different than other places I stayed at, and the beds were not quite as comfortable as my bed at home, but it was as close to perfection as a vacation place can get!

We had a very nice stay here. Everything we needed was in the house - from the kitchen to the TV, to beach chairs and towels. It was also nice to bring fur babies to enjoy the weekend with us. Beds were comfortable and nicely set up for 6 people. Communication with host was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Good location and good accommodations brought us back. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants.

A great time had by all. Clean- kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating at home. Layout was great. Look forward to staying there again.

We picked this condo first, on location and second, that it could sleep 5 friends. The location was perfect for our 4 night stay! We wanted pedestrian friendly to the beach and restaurants. Daily we walked to the beach (plenty of beach towels provided). In the evening we were able to walk to dinner. Wednesday mornings there is a farmers market at the pier so we took that walk (appx .8 miles). Lots of shops/restaurants on the way, including coffee & ice cream. Publix is about 1 mile south. The condo checked all the boxes on our must have list- plenty of space inside & outside for the 5 of us to hang out. Inside there is comfortable seating in the living area and a large dining table. Outside in the back courtyard, dining table and couches & chairs with an umbrella- we spent a lot of time out here in the evenings. We wanted a full kitchen so we could shop for and prepare breakfasts and lunches; the kitchen was well stocked for cooking & dining. There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry on main level. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms- for our group 2 people shared the king bed w/ ensuite bath, 2 slept in twin beds, and the other had the queen bed- these 3 shared 1 bath. We all found the beds and pillows comfortable. Also, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. I think the photos give a fair representation of what you will find when you open the door. We all loved the beachy decor and vibe and are already talking about booking again for 2023!

We had a wonderful time. The unit is roomy, clean and delightfully decorated. Walking distance to beach and several fun and tasty restaurants!

House was a great size for a long weekend with friends. Everyone had room to spread out, kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Hidden gem was the back yard! We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning.

This was a trip to celebrate the 70th birthday of my mom and aunt. My family and I were very pleased with this place. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! We loved the back patio and the location is perfect to walk to the beach and for restaurants. We parked our vehicle and didn’t move it until we checked out.

This beach house was so easy for my family to have a vacation! We were minutes walk from the beach. Easy walk to local food spots. Slept with windows open to hear the ocean at night! Very clean and comfy and spacious for all my tall family members! Host was friendly and designed a very welcoming home. Definitely not your average vacay rental!

This property is just a couple of blocks from the beach. It has a great beach vibe with surf shops, restaurants and bars between you and beach! Absolutely loved the stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Our dog had trouble with the stairs, the floor was slippery for her but we appreciate that the owner allows pets. Also, the neighborhood was a nice dog friendly place to walk.My only complaint was the bed. I always say if you are going to rent your place out, pay a bit more for a good bed. My back was ready to go home before I was unfortunately. But the location of this house is really fantastic. You can walk or take a short drive for meals and its a super easy walk to the beach.

We went to Saint Augustine for a family reunion. And of course the family getting together was so special (after the long covid lock down). We had relatives from GA, NC, AL and FL all gathering for the first time in what seemed like forever. But an added bonus was the great rental house! It was very well located near the beach and several really good food establishments. The house was clean, decorated just like you would want a beach house to be. I would definitely stay at this place again....and am already planning a trip there in the fall. Fingers crossed that will happen! If the good Lord's willing and the creek don't rise...or other natural disaster. :)

Really enjoyed staying here, I always have high expectations, and I can truly say i was pleased with everything. Could use a jacuzzi though. We all had a wonderful time!!

When renting from Vrbo you never know really what you will get. This place was amazing. It was very clean & had everything we needed. She has enough beach towels you don’t even need to bring any. Perfect location. You can walk to so many places to eat/drink. The walk to the beach is nothing. The host responds very quickly. We even had a chance to meet her. She’s fabulous. Only thing I’d say needs looked at is the master bedroom ceiling fan doesn’t go fast. It’s super slow even on its highest speed setting. We rate this place a 10/10. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful place.

This is a great property. The pictures do not tell the whole story! Walking through the front door felt like being at home. We were instantly relaxed and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the house. Everything was just perfect! We will definitely be back next year. Thank you!

Rugs are dirty. Furniture old. The mess under the couch needs to be cleaned. Kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned out and organized better. Oven is very dirty. Area rug in master bedroom needs to be remove, I trip over it many times.
