The apartment is across from the train station. Easily accessible and quiet. Very nice. Great access to the city and sights. Definitely a plus for visiting Florence. There is a car park but, coming via train is awesome.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 1 week stay at this apartment, located across the street from the train station. The host, Alberto and his wife, met us at check-in and fully explained the features of the apartment. The building was very safe and secure and has an elevator which is very handy for luggage at check-in and check-out. The large 2 bedroom apartment has a good size living room and a well-equiped kitchen with a large refrigerator. We ate all of our breakfasts and several dinners at the dining table that seats 4 people. There are 2 grocery stores only 1 block away and many restaurant options close by. The king bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and the room was quiet and dark - all helpful for a good night's sleep. The showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Alberto was an excellent host and always promptly responded to any question. We highly recommend this VRBO in Florence.

We stayed in Florence for 2 short days. This apartment was perfect for 3 adults and a teenager. The apartment was in a great location, had excellent amenities, and was very clean. Alberto was so responsive with questions and meeting us. I would recommend the apartment to friends and family.

I have rented apartments in Florence each year for the past 10 years. This is the most comfortable, spacious and convenient apartment. Well equipped and great location. The owner greeted us and provided all the info we needed on our arrival. Quiet apartment with elevator, good view and equipped with electric blinds to cut out light for sleeping. Within all major attractions. Would definitely stay here again next year.

My family stayed here for 6 nights. We have two college age children, so the size worked out perfectly with the 2nd bedroom having two separate beds. The place was very clean. The owner was very accommodating and flexible. He was extremely responsive, and checked on us after the first day. The location across from the main train station was perfect for early day trips, and within walking distance to everything the city has to offer. There were several laminated guides in the room with tons of information. We loved Florence and will stay here when we can return. I highly recommend this place.

Loved the apartment, right across the street from the train station. Alberto was friendly and very through at check in. Communication with Alberto was excellent. Very secure apartment and in a great location for walking to attractions or catching a taxi. Kitchen is well stocked, Alberto even provided coffee pods and condiments. Would definitely rent again.

My husband and I traveled with my brother and Sister-in-Law. We could not have been more pleased with Alberto’s lovely apartment. Alberto was wonderful! We arrived earlier than check in time and he graciously allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment as it was being cleaned. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that was set up so nicely for guests. Alberto thought of everything that one might need to be comfortable. He was always just a text away if we had any questions and answered promptly. The apartment is located in a wonderfully convenient area close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and has an elevator which was wonderful for bringing luggage up to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this listing! 😊

Five of us stayed in Alberto’s roomy, clean, and nicely designed two bedroom apartment with elevator. The location across the street from the train station made it so easy to access taxi’s, tour meeting point, as well as buses. Loved the grocery store being around the corner. Highly recommend.

Very attractive, spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on 4th (top) floor of secure elevator building across from Santa Maria Novello (SMN) train station. 5 minute walk to tram from airport (the Unita stop is even more convenient than the SMN stop). Carrefour and Conad grocery stores just around the corner. Highly recommend.

My family and I recently stayed at this apartment and noticed that the apartment could use some tending too. It’s in a great location and not far from main attractions. The apartment was supplied well just need painting and a really good cleaning.

Just across the street from Santa Maria novella train station which could be noisy at night if sleeping in the front bedroom.
Host Alberto very nice and welcoming. Was waiting for us when we got out of the train station. Gave us a grand tour of the apartment. He checked on us 2 days later to make sure everything was ok.
He had a map of the city for us as well as all the majors attractions, churches, museums.
Grocery store right at the corner.
Washing machine on the premises and self-service laundromat near by.
Lots of restaurants, shops and more.

This is the best location we stayed at in our Italy itinerary.
The location is next to the train station, so it is convenient for transporting luggage. The rooms are modern, clean, and very functional. It was perfect for our family of four adults. The owner was great and communicated quickly and thoroughly. I would try to stay here again when we come back to Florence. You can walk to all the sites in Florence easily from here.

We enjoyed our stay in Alberto's apartment immensely. It was spacious, lightfilled, very comfortable and warm (winter time).
The kitchen was well appointed to enable home style meals.
Its location made for relatively easy walking to the major sights of Florence.

This apartment is across the street from the train station. It is such a great location if taking the train in or out of the city. Florence is very walkable and we were able to get everywhere we wanted within 30 min walk. The apartment itself was very clean and modern and fit my family of 5 well. I read other people say not to stay by the train station but always felt safe. It was always crowded with people even at night . I can’t stress how easy it is to get off the train with your luggage and only have to walk across the street. We enjoyed our time in Florence and would stay here again if we came back.

Alberto is the perfect host. Very easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment. Very helpful. The apartment was so spacious and modern with everything you need even Netflix, washing machine and clothes horse. Great getting off the train and not having to go far with our luggage. The only negative was the noise at night of trains and people, but ok if you are not a light sleeper. The lift was great with all our luggage and good secure building. Could walk to most tourist spots. Loved our stay here.

Just cross the street of train station, and on the other side of train station is bus station. Convenient for taking day trips by train or bus to nearby Siena, Piza, Milan, Venice. Florence train station area is safe and nice, just about 10 minutes walk to Dumo.
Host is very helpful. We arrive early, around noon time. Host is waiting for us already, and we did early check-in.

Alberto is a wonderful host who goes out of his way to make his guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The flat is comfortable, furnished to a high standard and so centrally located that you can reach all the main sights on foot in just a few minutes. And although the area is very busy, you can enjoy peace and relaxation in the flat itself: The windows close very well! We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful city and can only recommend the accommodation.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, well appointed and maintained, safe, and had all the amenities you need for a vacation. It was also ideally located, a 2 min walk from the airport tram and within a 5-20 min walk of Florence's major attractions like the Duomo, Ufizi and Ponte Vecchio. Literally hundreds of restaurants and cafes close by.
Our host Alberto was fantastic. He met us at the door, walked us through the apartment and provided us with great restaurant and tour recommendations. He even came by late at night when we had an issue with one of the keys.
Highly recommended this spot if you're staying in Florence!

We loved the location of the apartment and how comfortable it was for our group. We were able to get up and walk across the street for our tours as well as the for the train which saved tons of time.

The apartment is very close to the central train station, however, there was very little city noise, which was a very nice surprise. The apartment is beautiful and spacious for two couples.
The apartment building had character! The huge doors and tiny elevator...it was fun! The host welcomed us at the apartment and offered many great suggestions--attractions, restaurants, museums--for Florence.
The location was awesome. We walked everywhere--day and night.We hired a driver for a day to visit a winery in the Chianti region. We visited Sienna and San Gimignano too. Easy location for day trips.
