Awesome location with wonderful views!!! Easy to get to the pool and beach from the 15th floor. Slept all 10 of us comfortably and the patio sat all 10 of us as well. The floor was dirty and you have to wear shoes in the condo but it is the beach. Really could use a new couch. We spent most of our time out doors. Would stay here again for sure!!!

Amazing location and the condo was perfect

This property had everything we needed, amazing oceanfront views, close to the beach, and nice pool area. We loved that it was close enough to the popular attractions without being in the heavily populated area.

This property is nicely located and cleanly maintained however this property could use some upgrades.

The property and location as a whole are nice. It is on the far side of PCB closer to St. Andrews. We knew that with reserving! The unit being on the 15th floor has beautiful views. Unit 1507 could use some updating but was very comfortable for us. I would recommend including the beach chairs in the rental instead of having to acquire upon arrival. All in all PCB didn’t disappoint as usual. We have been several times and intend to visit again next year.

Karen in the rental office couldn't have been more helpful. The condo was perfect for us, wonderful views, 3 private bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very happy. The beach and gulf are so great compared to the beaches in Maryland. Clean white sand, very relaxed atmosphere, nice pool, wonderful balcony. We saw hundreds of devil-rays(which are harmless and so adorable to watch), dolphins, many seagulls, and manatees. How lucky were we, and the sunsets another blessing. Hated to come home. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was perfect. The place feels safe and smelled very clean. Location was great beach was too.

Everything was beautiful

Loved having two king-sized oceanfront master suites; one for us grandparents and the other for our son and daughter-in-law! Our 3 granddaughters loved having twin-sized bunkbeds and a queen bed in their bedroom as well as their own bathroom. Ate a lot of family dinners on the spacious balcony while enjoying the panoramic view of the ocean and sunsets. Heated pool was enjoyed by all, as well as the hot tub. Spent many days at the beautiful beach. We highly recommend this condo.

From the get go, Emerald Beach Properties were a headache to deal with. They were impossible to reach when it came to just booking and paying the condo- in fact to pay my final installment 1 month out from the trip I had to contact VRBO twice to reach out to them to pay my final portion of the trip. Now to the actual stay: When we first arrived we were so thirsty we wanted to buy drinks from the vending machines but the vending machines were turned off. We told the roaming security guard the machines were out of order and she informed us that while the "snack shack" was open the vending machines are turned off. We went down to the snack shack and sure enough it was closed. So when we told her that, she said "oh okay". She proceeded to turn on the machines- so I guess we were thankful for that. The condo itself was NASTY. Sand everywhere, old hair ties and old rotten food under the couches and beds. The beds had sand all in the sheets - we stripped the beds to notice that the sheets had not even been washed prior to our arrival!!! The first night we walked around bare foot and our feet were BLACK! Housekeeping really needs a wakeup call for these property managers- they do not know how to even do the minimum of their job with the floors being that gross. A few lights in the place did not work- but don't text or call like they say because no one responds or ever comes. We texted and called house keeping for trash bags (they gave us 5qt liners for a 13qt trash can). No response. We also asked for new sheets, no response. The pools are so nice- I will say that and the gym is also very clean and nice. The raquet room was locked and closed the whole time we were there. Do not bother with the snack shack- the employees working were rude and on their phone the whole time. A few times they were sitting in the chairs outside the snack shack smoking... playing on their cellphone. I understand business was probably slow- but that is just very unprofessional. To comment on the actual beach- it was nice. Safe to say we will never return to these condo's again. It was a shame that I have given 2 weeks to Emerald Beach to contact me and they have yet to do it. So for that , they truly earned their one star rating.

This was our first family vacation to the Gulf. We had an a wonderful trip. This unit has an amazing view, was very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend.

We love staying at the Watercrest. The amenities are perfect. The unit was lovely and had everything you would every need for a vacation. The property management was ready and efficient for anything we needed. The memory foam toppers on the beds need to be replaced or new mattresses are warranted. The beds need some work. Nonetheless, everything else was perfect and we will stay again if the bed situation is addressed.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The condo worked great for everyone. Nikki and Jessi were absolutely awesome contact people. They were excellent and very helpful with everything! The beach, the pool, the property and everything around it was very family and kid friendly! I would absolutely recommend this condo to any and everyone!!

We've just returned from spending a month at this condo. It has a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space and three comfortable bedrooms. It goes without saying that the view is magnificent from the large balcony. The building and grounds are meticulously maintained. We would happily return for another stay.

This condo was spectacular to say the least. We had an amazing time and the views are fabulous. The layout was perfect for our needs (4 adults and 2 teens). Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which with teenagers is a must have!!! :) "Mr. Sarah" came by and we had a nice talk. Very nice owners. Everything was exactly like the photos and there is no carpet other than the rug in the living room. A definite plus for the beach. We will definitely be back hopefully next year for maybe even a longer stay!! Thanks for providing us a exceptional place to stay for our summer getaway. The Waldons

Had a wonderful time! Accomodations were excellent, unit was clean and ready for our arrival. The location is excellent for families with younger children. We had a wonderful time in this condo. We started coming to Watercrest 7 years ago when our twins were one we love the building and the beach but our other condo was getting a little small. We travel with another family so 10 in all and this condo had plenty of room for us. The decor is beautiful and the kitchen complete. You can't beat the 4th of July fireworks on the beach!!! We spent a rainy afternoon at Wonderworks and a wonderful day at St. Andrew's Park. We ate at Pineapple Willie's and had the best lunch at Spinnakers.

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Beautiful it was just like the pictures. The owners are very nice and are willing to work with you to make your stay more pleasant. We have stayed in several condos in Panama City, but we all really liked this one. A great view from two bedrooms and living area. Our grandchildren loved this red couch. Thanks to the Millers for letting us stay in their home.

This is the nicest condo I have ever stayed in while in Florida. The pictures are exactly as what is in the condo. The furniture is not the normal Florida condo wicker things this is real heavy duty beautiful furniture. They have everything to make this stay fantastic. Hugh and Sarah are wonderful to work with. We even got to see the dolphins from the balcony.

Hugh & Sarah We all had such a wonderful time during our stay in your condos. There were 11 of us total, and we never once felt crowded. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and three baths were a dream, especially with 5 kids. Everything was just as mentioned, but the pictures don't do it justice, everything about the place is absolutely goregous. The views are simply spectacular from both units. My family and I stayed at this condo and it was just wonderful. All the pictures that you see are true to being there. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very comfortable for all of us. There were 5 adults, a 12 yr. and an 18 mo. old. We hope to go back again next year with 1 more addition that is due in Feb. Thanks again Hugh & Sarah for sharing your condo with our family.......

Dear Sarah & Hugh, We absolutely loved your Condo at the Watercrest. It was a fantastic place to take our family - kids and grandkids. On the second day of our stay my grandson asked if we were coming back to the same condo next year. I hope we have the chance to.
