Beautiful spot on the rooftop just for myself.

Make sure you inform the owner exactly when you will arrive, there is no way you would find the place by yourself

The apartment itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Location is perfect right in the heart of the medina. Rooms are very spacious.

The alleyway towards the riad is dirty and a bit off-putting.

Excellent location, welcoming host, comfortable bed and amazing view from the terrace.

Ceiling in the room has mould and problem with humidity. Both me and my wife had problems with breathing. I hope that host will resolve this in future as this accommodation is perfect, except from this.

Central location in the medina just off the main street. Beautiful accommodation with en-suite room with our own rooftop terrace with comfy sofas, chairs and table. Great value.

Bad wifi signal.

The apartment is nice but it needs attention on the little things, both shower drains were clogged, 1 lamp in the shower was broken. It is difficult to find as there is no signboard. Contrary to announced, parking does not cost 40 dirhams, but 75 per day. If we leave that out for a moment, then you are in a beautiful location in a spacious and beautiful apartment.

Perfect location for a quiet stay right in the Medina. Communication was easy, the room was spotless and comfy - and super quiet ! I could only hear the waves and seagulls ; I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Essaouira.

If you want to be in the amazing medina then this property is right in the centre. The beds were extremely comfortable and both bedrooms had en-suite shower rooms which was extremely convenient. There is a small kitchen and a sitting room. The owner was extremely kind and helpful.

It was a little bit cold and felt like it lacked a little privacy due to the open ceiling in the sitting room.

Extremely calm location in the heart of the old city. The host was very friendly. We were alone on the floor, which was great, don't know if it was by chance.

No breakfast. The room had the smell of mold. There was not enough light in the room.

Thanks to Brahim, the host, we felt really welcomed. He gave us usefull tips for Essaouira and helped with everything. It was such a nice stay. The room was super cleaned and the riad was amazing, beautiful place. Hope to be back soon. Thank you Brahim! :)

The room was clean, and was everything that I expected after Reading the reviews. Wiffi was good shower and bed where perfect. The owner spoke perfect English and was a kind person. I recommend this place to everyone.

The location is fine in the center of the Medina. The television worked well and the internet was good. The place was quiet for sleeping. The refrigerator was fine. I liked that the owner provided me with a map of the city.

The location information on booking.com needs to have the street number of the property which is 21. There was no sign on the outside of the building telling you are at the right place. The front entrance area is dirty with with trash and needs to be clean. The cleaning lady told me I was at the wrong place when I knocked on the door. Staff need to be aware of incoming guests. I got a two bedroom unit which was good because the first room with the large bed had a box spring to sleep on which was impossible to sleep on. The other room had two beds and the mattress there were fine. The hot water did not work in the 2 bedroom and there was no shower spray holder. In the room with the single bed they need to put a barrier on the floor in the shower area to stop the water from flooding the bathroom floor after a shower and install a soap holder on the wall. There was no soap, body wash or shampoo provided. In the kitchen, there was no dishwasher soap provided and I had to buy some. Light bulbs were missing in fixtures in the bedrooms. On the roof, the wooden railing around the roof needs to be repainted as the paint is cracking and peeling. I don't like to provide a negative review but these are the facts I experienced during a 6 day stay.

there were mice in the place, and we took one with us afterwards. They ran on top of us while we were sleeping. The beds were also damp. The location is a little stressful and the walk there was very loud and crowded.
