we had a fabulous friendship reunion- four women. The host was fantastic. Met us and brought us into the condo. Gave us nice recommendations for restaurants so check in was a breeze and every evening we enjoyed the beautiful view. there are quite a few homeless people in Vancouver in general and once in a while, one or two were near the condo, but we felt safe while we were there. The entrance into the building requires a ke fob Also, sometimes there are sirens at night. However, the place was beautiful and I would definitely stay there again I would post the pictures if I could

Four seniors back from an Alaska land and sea tour decided we wanted to spend time in Vancouver. Stressed over finding an affordable but lovely condo. We did it! Also found a ten star owner/manager in Julie…so very efficient, met us early to accommodate leaving luggage, advice on where to go, and also helped us on leaving with a late flight. Loved being close to Olympic Village and water transportation. Just a joy!

The location was perfect for us, near Science Center metro station and the Olympic Village area for dining. Group of 5 stayed in the spacious condo. We sat on balcony at night sipping wine and looking at the amazing view. Host met us on arrival and was in constant contact regarding our stay.

Julie arranged to meet us to check in to the property which was beautiful and accurately depicted in the photos. The city view was beautiful! Neighborhood left us feeling a bit uncomfortable and uneasy due to the homeless and drug use. However we never felt unsafe. Location was convenient and it was easy to navigate the city from this property.

Great property. The 3 bedrooms handled 5 adults with ease. Very good access to harbour. transit and dining.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location was a little sketchy but we felt safe in the the secure building. The host was really personal and accommodating.

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable. The condo was spacious and made one feel relaxed and at ease. The decor was that of a fine home. The toilet seat bidet even made the bathroom experience exceptional, and I am researching buying one or two or three for our home. When I think back on our Vancouver trip, the views from this home take me back.

This is a very nice and well appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a small balcony and great views. The owner lives here part time and you can tell - everything is top notch. The neighborhood is on the fringe of some significant homelessness and drug activity, so we didn’t walk around as much as we typically would.

Beautifully decorated home, and one that perfectly served our needs. My wife and I were affected by the software issue that plagued services around the world that week when our flight got cancelled. The home was reserved in my name and our friends were flying in from another state, and were unaffected by the software glitch. Julie, the homes owner was very understanding, and worked with us to get our friends checked in and saw to it that they didn't have to scramble to find alternative lodging for the night. Can't thank Julie enough.

We stayed in Julie's beautiful condo with our son and his family. Julie was extremely helpful and responsive and the location was right across from the science world and close to the Metro which worked out great for all of us. We loved coffee on the balcony overlooking False Creek.

The apartment is beautiful with a great view and summer breeze. The rooms and very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. Close access to the water taxi and the train.

The condo was amazing! It had spectacular views, privacy for 3 couples, comfortable beds, convenient public transportation, and it was super clean. Our family of 6 adults loved being in the heart of Vancouver for 4 nights. Host, Julie, was accommodating and available for questions. A perfect vacation!

View is wonderful. Condo is well appointed and well maintained. Walk to some nice groceries and restaurants. Take the fun water taxi along False Creek. Great walking/biking paths along the shoreline. Get to rest of downtown easily by bike share (Mobi) or Uber.

What more could 3 couples ask for after an Alaskan cruise? This was super clean in a great location and the host even met us and helped with the luggage!! Julie was super responsive before & during our stay-thank you Julie.

Our stay here was wonderful! Plenty of space for six of us and the absolute cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The views were stunning! Julie was great to work with and had lots of good recommendations. We would come back and stay in an instant.

Julie was the host of our property and offered us so many extra niceties I can’t even mention all of them. The condo is extremely comfortable. Extremely clean close to Chinatown Science World False Creek Skytrain just to name a few. we would definitely come and stay here again, thank you again, Julie.

My only concern about the otherwise excellent location (including easy access to public transport and gorgeous views) was with the prevalence of hard drug use near the property among the unhoused population. The benefit of the nearby train station may be a contributing factor to the problem, but it's also part of what makes the location attractive. Homelessness and hard drug use are problems all over Vancouver and I did not feel threatened at any point, but as a general safety issue it did give me some pause. I felt more secure when I was accompanied by other adults. Beyond that, the host was extremely hospitable and the apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed.

We were in town for the Rugby Sevens Tournament and had our VRBO cancelled out from under us 5 days before it was to start.
Luckily, we were able to rent this absolutely beautiful apartment from Julie. The location cannot be beat for easy access to BC Place, Yaletown, Rogers Arena. and downtown Vancouver.
Julie was fantastic. The apartment was lovely- great beds, towels and linens. Well stocked for cooking, yet close to restaurants, and shops.
The views could not be beat.
We hope to stay here again soon!

It was a great stay in Vancouver, great location, wonderful condo, and walkable to places you need to go. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very nice and arranged a friend to welcome us at the property, Ms. Li was a terrific “PR” person for the property.

A fabulous four days in beautiful Vancouver made extra special by staying in this amazing apartment. The location was perfect, the view spectacular and Julie was a brilliant host. Thank you for all your help with our vehicle.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The condo unit was absolutely beautiful and so clean. I’m a clean freak and was very pleased to se how this clean this unit is kept.
The only thing we had trouble with, was the location. No fault of the condo owner at all, but the amount craziness around the building itself was a little concerning at times if we left the condo building. Once inside the unit all was normal again.
Communication with the owner was fantastic, she was so prompt with her communication and extremely helpful. She was so quick to address the smoke alarm beeping, she was able come into the unit and change smoke alarm batteries!
All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Julie was wonderful to work with. She responds quickly and shared valuable information. The day we arrived was quite warm and the condo was very warm. The next two days were cooler. The condo is on the small side but well equipped. Very close to the train which was convenient. The only negative is the neighborhood. Vancouver seems to have a large homeless population and this area is on the edge of that section. We did eat at a great Spanish tapas restaurant in the area. You are close to the Olympic Village which had several restaurants.

Our condo was conveniently located across from Via train station, we were able to check in early on our arrival to Vancouver, the balcony had a wonderful view of False Creek Harbour . I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area

This apartment was so clean and so nice it is a shame it is located in such a bad area. The location is quite a walk from Coal Harbor area. Not much in the area in terms of restaurants or fun shops. The area was full of homeless people. We were amazed at the amount of noise at night. Sirens, music, alarms, trains, street noise, construction all kept us up at night, and without AC you can't close the windows. Second bathroom was not functional due to low water pressure. The place was well stocked and wonderfully comfortable, but a big disappointment for the money.

We loved staying here! When our flights were delayed Julie was super understanding and able to meet our in-laws who would be arriving before us. The location was amazing for us. We would stay here again if in Vancouver.

Beautiful views of the city from the condo’s balcony. Many sites easily accessible with public transport. There is dedicated underground parking spot if you bring a car, a little tricky in and out but definitely doable and condo seemed very secure. Place was spotless, really beautiful condo. Master suite very spacious, 2 other bedrooms with queens but the bedrooms themselves were small. There isn’t AC but there are fans so can warm up toward the end of the day but cools pretty quickly as well. As with any big city, occasional homesless folks on sidewalks outside the building. Owner very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The property was better than expected!! Host, Julie, has thought of everything!! Property was is the perfect location and had everything you need or want. Julie went above and beyond!!
