Maggies's place was in a really convenient location for me. A close walk to the bus stop, my work, a grocery store and only a 15-minute walk to a Skytrain station. It's a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-stocked. I loved that I was able to watch my Netflix account through their Apple TV. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice, clean Vancouver apartment in a good location close to the subway and Cambie Street. The furnishings were all comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was light and bright. Would give it 5 stars if it had a stove. If you don't cook much, this is a great place. If you cook, note that it just has a 2 burner cookplate and a toaster oven.

Stayed here for a week in November. Maggie, the owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is furnished in a modern style. The beds are very comfortable, towels and bathroom were clean. However, there are some less positiv things to be mentioned. The heating can be regulated by the owner only, outside the rented property. Whenever it was turned on a strange smell of kitchen odours occurred with an awkward draft from above. An especially uncomfortable fact in the bedrooms. Neither the kitchen cupboards, kitchen utensils like toaster and water heater etc. nor the sofa seat covers were really clean. Cleaning the kitchen helped a little, however there was not much we could do about the sofa cushions. Many of the cupboard handles were loose and need to be tightened. All this should be noticed! and fixed by a good housekeeping. It's a nice apartment but it has to be taken care of better.

With no air conditioner and no ceiling fan the air was very stale in the house even with windows kept open. 2) A trash bin in the kitchen is also necessary. We had to collect all our garbage in plastic bags and had to dispose it on the last day before vacating the house. Not sure about why they did not have it in the kitchen 3) Washer and dryer did not work. 4) The toilet seat nut was loose. Could not locate the nut, otherwise could have tightened it myself. With the nut loose, it made the toilet seat move around. 5) The condition of the sofa and love seat in the living room needs serious attention. Neither of them were comfortable. The fabric seat coverings put over the sofa and love seat need to be laundered. 6) Mattresses in both bedrooms not very comfortable. If you prefer soft mattresses that sink in, you might be OK.

Just came back from a week in Vancouver. We chose this apartment mainly for the location. We lived in the area several years ago and knew it was very central. Easy walk to Cambie Street for restaurants, grocery, etc. and close to the SkyTrain and West Broadway which gets you to more public transportation. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, more than enough room for the two of us. It was very bright and clean.

What a wonderful property. The host family is wonderful and the location is excellent. We had a rental car this trip but in future will use transit and walk. About 1.7k from Granville Island where you can access the hop on hop off bus to get to all the sites. The suite is immaculate and new with obvious care being taken for cleanliness and comfort. The beds are amazing and comfortable and the shower never let us down for hot water. On street parking is available if you arrive by car. We were charmed by the neighbourhood and walked each night on the different streets to see the houses being renovated. About 500m to a Starbucks was a hit for the espresso fan in our group. The couch and arm chair allowed for comfy TV watching after a tourist type day and the liquor store about 800 m away allowed us to grab a bottle of wine easily. We discovered a local Chinese food take out about 700m away and had two great meals. This property is 5 starts plus and has my full recommendation.

Good for those wanting a bit more room than an average hotel room. Nice kitchen with all the appliances you'd expect.

The property was in a great location, just ten minutes from the Canada line giving easy access to the airport and city centre. It was well equipped, spotless and provided a great base for our stay in Vancouver.

We loved every aspect of the place. Everything is white and seams brand new. We had everything to have a warm and cozy place after walking endlessly through Vancouver. Maggie was really nice to us and gave us good advice of Vancouver.

Myself and my mother travelled to Vancouver to take my son for allergy testing at the Children's hospital. The suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located and close to many parks-wonderful for my kids! We would happily stay in this suite again.

My wife had come to Vancouver for a private operation on her ankle, and this location was close to False Creek, where the operation was being completed. We found the home quite cool the first 2 days, but the owner increased the heat and it got better. There is no control in this apartment to regulate your own heat, and the portable heater they have was insufficient to improve the heat. We could hear the foot steps of young children upstairs above us most of the time, not excessive noise but noticeable. Only parking is in front of the house on the street, and parking is quite limited on the street.

Apartment is close to bus and sky train. 15 minutes to the airport. Close to restaurants, Starbucks and supermarkets. Very clean with full kitchen.
