Everything about renting the property was easy and convenient … booking, check in, location, accommodations, property management, and check out

This rental property was not clean. There were grubby handprints on the doorways, the pans were greasy, there was damage to the microwave. The heat was provided by baseboards, but the thermostats appeared to have settings - off or on, so you either roasted or froze. The fireplace, however, was very nice, and the hike-a-bed was comfortable. It is also conveniently located to the Park City ski hill. This is not a good place to stay if you want to cook - very little counter space, and insufficient pans - in fact nothing that you could use to bake anything in the oven.

Tom’s property was the perfect place for a long ski weekend. The place was an excellent and cozy home base for two - conveniently close to Park City lifts complete with a hot tub for apres ski. Tom was very helpful answering any questions we had!

The host is kind and easy to comunicate. We have his answer very quickly, and also support. The place is really nice and a few blocks from the park city resort (ski runs).

Stayed at Tom's condo during Sundance for the weekend it was great! Really great location, very clean and comfortable. Didn't ski this time but walking distance to the Park City Resort. Easy to get around with shuttles and buses a very short walk away, or 15min walk to Main St. Thanks so much!

Everything you need for a great trip. Tom is very responsive if anything should arise or for questions. Close to Park City and could walk, or catch the bus stop right outside and it will drop you closer to the Payday lift. We rode the bus in the morning and exit by the First Time lift in the afternoon and walk back, it is down hill for the return. Also, a quick bus ride to the Canyons if you want to start your day at the bottom of their runs. As many others have stated, close to grocery stores and some eateries. Would definitely return.

Tom’s condo was perfect for our week long trip to Park City. Very well stocked with everything you’d need for the trip (dishwasher, laundry, etc). Will definitely book again in the future!

This is an ideal location to stay if you want to ski/board on the Mountain or spend time on Main Street, especially if you don't have a rental car. For skiers/boarders, the Eagle, Three Kings, and First Time lifts are a 5 minute, up-hill walk from the condo. I paid to valet my skis at one of the many rental places at the base. It was money well spent as there isn't a lot of space in the condo for ski gear, and I didn't have to haul them back and forth. For Main Street shops, bars, and restaurants, we took a Lyft/Uber to get to our destination on Main Street and then walked back to the condo at the end of the evening. It was usually a 15 minute, down-hill walk. The condo is also a 5-10 minute walk to Fresh Market grocery store, Walgreens, and Starbucks. Tom is a great host! He is very easy to communicate with via email and text. He kindly replenished a few items during our stay and was very responsive. We loved our stay in Park City and highly recommend a visit during any season!

We enjoyed our two weeks in Tom's condo. He was so helpful before, during and after our stay with suggestions and information. The condo is a quick walk from the slopes and walking distance to town. We skied everyday! Thanks Tom. We will be back.

Everything about the condo was perfect ! The walk to the lift across the street was easy and only about 5 min. The condo had everything we needed And the boot and glove warmer ( heater) was a great touch. Pool and hot tub were nice too for after a long day riding Thomas was very nice and checked to make sure everything was ok. I’ll definitely book here again and recommend it for a small group of 3-4 people Thank you again my son loved it. Everything about it

What can I say? I came out to Park City not knowing anything about this place. I found this property, much like most of us, hoping it works out and is a good location. Well, do not hesitate to rent here and the owner is the nicest person you will meet. Communication was excellent. Place was clean. Pullout couch had a foam mattress. Slept great. Close to downtown (10 minute walk or free bus on walk) and we put on our ski gear and walked to the lift (less than 5 minute walk). Close to Starbucks if you are craving that but also a 7 Eleven across the street. Pool and hot tub were clean. Overall, do not hesitate to rent. If we come back, we are staying here The owner, again, is a wonderful person. .

Second time staying at Tom’s property. It has everything you need. The unit is clean and cozy. Close to the free bus and a short walk to Park City Mountain. Don’t hesitate booking with Tom. We will be back.

Tom’s place is perfect. His place has everything to have a great stay, even a humidifier! The location is a few minute walk to the mountain, to the bus, to a few shops, and maybe 20 min walk or 4 min car ride to the town. Super convenient. Easy check-in and check-out. He was also great to deal with and excellent communicator. I highly recommend and will be back!

This condo was perfect! It was easy access to the town, bus stop, and the mountain. The apartment was super clean and I loved having access to the hot tub. Tom was also great - my boyfriend left a shirt there and he was able to ship it back to us! I would definitely recommend this palce and would stay here again!

Great stay, owner was very nice and communicative, and it was incredibly close to the resort which made it very easy to go back and forth for my snowboarding days.

Enjoyed the stay - clean, nice, as advertised. The owner even had boot dryer provided, which was a nice touch.

Our experience here was better than we had expected. Walking distance to the beginner lift which was awesome for my friend who was his first time on the mountain. Will definitely be back for another trip

This place worked out perfectly for us! It’s a pretty good location to all things around (we could walk to the lift but rode to Main Street). We loved the hot tub access! The place had updated furniture too compared to the pictures. Tom also helped us out when we needed it and kept good communication!

We loved how close the condo was to both the lifts and to town. Thomas was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo itself was great – we loved the wood-burning fireplace and the access to the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect - right across the street from the main lift access to the ski area and an easy walk to a grocery store and the cute downtown. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if/when we come back to Park City.

We have never been to Park City and this place was the perfect size and had all the amenities we wanted, and the location was perfect. Short walk to lifts, nice walk to town, right near bus stop. We also enjoyed the fireplace one night as well as the hot tub each night. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location! We spent a few days just relaxing and enjoying the snow! Communication was great and the value is excellent. Place was clean and ready to go when we arrived! We will definitely consider booking gain when we come out to visit again...
