Loved the condo, it was just as described. It was perfect for the 9 of us. The only issue we had were the elevators. It took 1hr and 30 minutes to get from floor 20 to 10. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Our group would definitely stay in this condo again. The view!!! Is incredible. The condo was super clean. Well equipped. The ice maker was so nice to have. Saved us money. It's centrally located. If we had any complaints, it would be the beds. And that's why I couldn't do 5 stars. One room, the one side of the box spring was on the floor, so it was off kilter. The master bed was way too limp and soft. Its a sleep number bed, but the remote was broke. Couldn't use. Was not the most comfortable. The unit is very secure and safe. The check in and check out was very easy. The other star that is missing is the hot tubs in the lower level. Way too hot. And an adults only period of time would be nice.

This is the second time I stayed at Phoenix west. The condo was wonderful and did not disappoint. When I booked I did not notice that the condo was on the 20th floor. I was afraid the gang would be afraid of the height, they were on the deck throughout the entire stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Excellent stay.

This property was great. It had everything I was looking for. Plenty of room for a family of 6 that included my mom and mother-in-law. The view from the 20th floor was breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!

So much to do for all ages and the condo was very spacious! We had 8 adults and 2 kids with still plenty of room.

All was great except waiting on elevators and getting back in condo parking on the weekend. Just because of all the cars trying to get in the parking deck to check in.

We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, along with the standalone ice maker! The condo was very spacious and nicely appointed. We also loved the Phoenix West II overall, especially the lazy river and short walk to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was beautifully decorated and extremely welcoming! We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was top notch! Each space was large and roomy. I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and then also the hall bath. The balcony was large as well. I enjoyed sitting out there listening to the waves. Kitchen was stocked appropriately and we loved the margarita mixer! Overall wonderful condo. If I had to note a negative I would say cheap sheets and the coach felt yucky. I just covered it with the extra blankets from the closet. No biggie.

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at a condo at the Phoenix West II property. We love the location and amenities. The #2010 condo that we rented this time was very spacious and had the basic amenities we needed. However, several pieces of furniture were worn and in need of replacement. The sectional couch, ottoman, and dining room chairs were worn and all of the mattresses were uncomfortable. One of the king beds was even missing a leg, making the bed lean to one side. It was obvious that this particular condo is just for renting and the owner probably never stays there.

First off, this was a gorgeous unit and the views were amazing. We were all very pleased. However, the only thing that was an issue were the beds. They were so uncomfortable...all of them. We joked that we'd just sleep on the couch, which was so much more comfy. The second "king size" bed was horrible. The right side of the bed slanted so bad, I was afraid I'd roll off in the middle of the night lol. The unit is gorgeous, clean and comfy but the beds threw us off as they did not meet the standards of the rest of the unit. None of us got good sleep the whole time. We would definitely stay here again, though, if the beds were updated.

The condo was fantastic! Everything was great / as-advertised, including, most importantly, the beach access and view from the condo / deck. Condo itself was spacious and beautiful with lots of amenities. Parking / check-in were both easy (parking does cost extra). There were some minor maintenance issues but other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely stay there again with our 11-person family/group.

We had a great stay. The condo fit us perfect. Location was great. The only thing negative was the chair rental people took up alot of the beach front and was rude.

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The elevators were an issue and being on the 20th floor was sometimes challenging with small children and toting their beach stuff back and forth. Condo was excellent. Plenty of room to have your own space . The washer and dryer were loud … maybe time for upgrade. No laundry could be done at night due to the noise. But all in all it was a very pleasant vacation.

Our stay in Unit 2010 at Phoenix West II was good. Unit was maintained and fairly well equipped. Elevators kept up for the most part, except in afternoons when everyone wanted to go upstairs at once (we planned around it after day 1). We stayed mainly on the beach/in the ocean and not the pool - although we did use the lazy river and water slide one day for about an hour. Lazy river was REALLY lazy, like almost didn’t move you around kinda slow. Regular pool was always real busy with families. Chair service was great on the sand. If you bring your own chairs and umbrella and walk just past the condos in either direction you’ll have plenty of room and way less people around if that’s more what you’re looking for. Close to restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a good family vacation.

Would not recommend this particular condo as it was so dirty that my grandson had black feet and knees when he was crawling on the floor and it had just been “cleaned” . Furniture was wore out beds were sleep numbers but couldn’t adjust nor inflate one of the queen beds chairs in dining room were rickety we loved the complex but the condo was definitely not worth what I paid for 4 days

The check-in and check-out process were easy and convenient. The unit also had beach chairs that we used each day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend.

I sent a detailed email to the property managers. This condo has the potential to be amazing but no one has given it much attention for quite some time. In serious need of updates. The location, the view, access to Orange Beach area is amazing. I would stay at Phoenix West ll on another trip.

It was a very clean and very nice condo, however, in the description of bedding it was reported all sleep number beds. Only two rooms had sleep number beds and one with no remote. Third bedroom had a regular mattress. Also had two men hired by the realtor just barge in our room unannounced wanting to do work in the master closet During our stay. Came in with the same door code we had. Felt very unsafe. After talking with the building management and the realty company our door code was quickly changed.

This condo unit was outstanding. Very clean, someone was there inspecting the unit after it had been cleaned as we arrived. We were provided a number to text with any issues and we received quick responses. We got an amazing deal on this unit or we would not have been able to afford to stay there. Thank you to the owners for providing us an awesome, relaxing vacation!! This is just a note for future beach travelers that we wish we had known. Our only issue which has absolutely nothing to do with this condo or the owners/management company is that the beach rental companies ( there were two of them at this location) were allowed over 90% of the beach area between the condo and the ocean, with about 10% of the rental chairs being occupied. We were there at the end of August, so I can't imagine what the crowds were like during peak summer time. I assume that the HOA/Brett Robinson Co. is the one that contracts and allows Ike's and other beach rental companies to take over the beach area in front of the condo complexes. Anyone with their own personal beach chairs etc. had very little space. Every large condo complex lets Ike's take over with their rental stuff and you can't just walk down a little bit because you are then on another private house or property owned by another unit. The city has also passed new laws and tents/canopies can't be any larger than 7' x7' and they are not allowed close to the edge of the ocean, all tents have to be back behind a line marked with posts. Which prevents you from even being able to see the edge of the water. Only umbrellas are allowed close to the shoreline. The Police are actually driving up and down the beach patrolling and "the tents block their view of the water". I guess they could see through the 4 and 5 umbrellas that were grouped together every 6 feet apart......?
