Property was clean and appeared as pictured. We were a little bothered by how often First Accommodation reached out to us about our stay and asked for a reply. For example, they sent us an email asking to know when we would be checking in and out of the apartment, as though we had already overstayed our welcome. For the price of the accommodation, it would have been nice to have a bit of trust that we would follow the rules and expectations.

We were unable to fix it. The Tv definitely could use some updating. Our humble opinion for the $400 a night the place could use a new mattress, with updated sheets and pillows. There was a blood stain on the sheets. The bowls need some more that match and don't feel like dog bowls. The Hoa didn't clear the parking lot for 2 days. Couple of feet of snow was fun to move around in. The place could use a snow shovel to clear the walkways and car in the parking lot.

So to start with the good—it was fine and easy to get in. Parking was easy too since we had no snow. The many updates from first accommodations were helpful. It was smaller than it looked like but the loft was great. If we would have taken a fifth person as originally planned where would this person sleep? If it is on the bench in the master bedroom it has to be a child, so good to put that in the description. The bed in the master bedroom needs replaced. We had to prop up the headboard with the pillows so it would not bang to the wall. The sleeping pillows were old and stale. The electric blanket is unnecessary and uncomfortable and the mattress is saggy. The furnace needs to be surfaced— it makes an awful lot of noise when it comes on. I called for the fireplace if we could use it. The answer was yes but beware for smoke coming in. We bought-quite expensive- wood only to figure out that there is no upward draft. This was a main attraction from the advertisement so a big disappointment and should also be noted. It may need to be checked because it really should not be used until it can pull the smoke out. Two small towels for kitchen use is not enough. We ended up washing them 3 times. At the very least some dishcloth would. There is no recycling on site. With the ski resorts going zero we ended up dragging recycling with us. This may be a housing complex issue. Several lamps are not functioning. The worse is the one above the washer— I needed to use my phone light to read the instructions. The remote of the tv is a bear. Check. In all for the price we paid we would have expected more. It turns out we could have been more comfortable at other places closer to resorts, and cheaper. Sorry but this was not a good experience, and it feels like the owners just cut corners.

Everything was great except finding the right building. It was challenging in the dark. All else was good.

This was a perfect place for our family of 4. We loved the loft with twin beds. We walked to the lake (it’s very close). The condo came with lawn chairs for us to use. It was perfect for what we wanted. Would definitely rent again.

Great property for the price. Close to restaurants and short drive distance to local attractions. Property has a full size kitchen with all needed to cook and serve meals. Property has one TV with minimal channels, no air conditioning and master bedroom could use a new mattress. Overall, we would rent the property again and the three of us were comfortable and satisfied during our stay.

The interior was very nice and clean and the amenities were great. The community pool was clean and big and even on 4th of July weekend there were only a few other people there.

Overall, I was very pleased with this stay. The location is fantastic - about a 5 minute walk down to Lake Tahoe and right in the middle of a bunch of cute little towns. The swimming pool was huge and super nice. The condo size was okay for my family of 5 but would be tight for families with bigger kids. Complaints: 1. The microwave did not work at all. 2. Zero channels on the tv worked. Not a huge deal as we didn't plan on spending our time watching tv but would've been nice to have at least something to watch at night when the kids went to bed. 3. We had issues getting the ac to run consistently so the loft got super warm at night. When the dryer or dishwasher were running, the entire place was very warm. I would stay here again as these three things are not gamechangers for my family or me.

Our family loved this cute little loft apartment for our annual family vacation. It was close to all the hiking trails. Beaches and favourite sandwich shops plus mini gold and the water front blaring restaurant Gars with delicious food. Everything was super easy. Apt could be a little more modern with a newer TV and upgraded mattresses. However that did not bother us. The kitchen is super nice and new and the porch very homey in nature. It’s nice to have the porch to yourself there are not any neighbours in visas sign from the back porch. Fire place was great and kept the house warm. Pro tip, bring your own kitchen knives and coffee press. Only the basics are provided. We loved the available laundry machine for dirty hiking clothing. We would stay here again!!

The property was clean and the communication with the management company was good. Had a little difficulty finding it at night since there are multiple units on that address but the drama adds to the experience :)
