Quite possibly the best vacation we’ve ever had. The home was impeccable and comefy. Pros: location! We were minutes to the ski slopes and sledding! Also the hosts provided some of the best cookies! The kids loved em! And the grill was gassed up and ready to cook filets on! Cons: downstairs bedroom was colder than the rest of the house. So you’ll need the blankets the hosts provide. Frankly, that’s the only “con” I can think of. So that means the place is darn near perfect.

This cabin is so convenient!! It is so stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is cozy yet there was a lot of room for the 7 of us!! Most important..the cleanliness also no pets! Sorry..I love them too...its just not easy for the maid to get all the pet hair!! Jim and Michele were great host...she even had my birthday cake waiting for me!! Would recommend this cabin....I would give it 10 stars if I could!! We tubed at Tube World and also visited the slopes....Sure hope we can return for my next birthday!

Great location for winter skiing, house is large and comfortable

This please was so great! We are a family of 5 with 3 boys ages 19,17, & 12. The floor plan was perfect for having our own space and yet very cozy at the same time. The owners have decorated it so nicely and was so tastefully decorated for the holidays for our stay for 6 nights, including Christmas Day. PROS-The internet worked great. The location was just off the main road which was great as I was able to drive alone to a nearby store and was totally comfortable doing so. We went skiing and snowboarding and this house was on the road that leads up to the Cataloochee Ski Resort-so convenient! The kitchen was stocked. Made chili in the crock pot before a day of skiing and returned to dinner rocking and ready to go and the smell of a home cooked meal. The dresser in the master bedroom was large and held alot of clothing. There is a door at the top of the stairs which made it more quiet when boys were downstairs playing PS5 and hoarsing around. There is a massive washing machine and dryer in its own room downstairs which was nice. You could not hear them upstairs while they were on. The view was wonderful from both large balcony porches. The owners were very accommodating, genuine kind people. CONS-ZERO Thank you for sharing your lil slice of heaven with us! Making memories is what it’s all about!

Not sure if the hosts read a book or are in the process of writing one about hosting a home, but they are phenomenal! Easy and thorough communication from booking to getting access to the property. As we walked in we were welcomed by a Welcome sign that was personalized to our family! The home is well kept, super clean, and has plenty of notes to help you get around and use the property. Well equipped kitchen and clean appliances. Coffee maker and Keurig (with k-cups) are available. Location is at the foot of the hill towards Cherokee nation and Blue Ridge mountains... super easy access. They are great communicators and run a great home. Thank you!

I was traveling with three 80 year old ladies. One of them my mother in law. They were concerned about being isolated in top of a mountain and far from town. This house was perfect! In a great neighborhood with fantastic views and very close to Maggie. No stairs to get in the house which was great for me since I was doing luggage duty. Michele could be an interior decorator, the house was so pretty. She was so nice and understanding and answered all communication promptly. Would love to stay again. Thanks for having us!

Staying at Maggie Memories was so enjoyable. It felt as though we were staying at the home of a friend. The fresh-baked cookies and a welcome sign on the kitchen counter were such a personal touch! Michele let us know she was just a phone call away if we needed anything. I've stayed in several rental properties throughout the years, but this is the only one where the owner made sure the guests were comfortable! The view from the two decks is beautiful! The cabin was clean. The beds were comfy. They stock the kitchen with all the items needed to cook. It's just a super comfy, cozy cabin! We plan to go back!

This is our second visit to Maggie Valley. Michelle and Jim responsive, exceptional hosts. The cabin is very clean and kitchen is well stocked. The cabin was tastefully decorated for fall with special touches. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had great smelling hand soap, small cups and cute makeup washcloths. The back porch was beautiful providing a wonderful view of color change on the mountains. Rocking chairs on the front porch provided a relaxing place to read a book a quiet place to just veg. We found great restaurants, went up the mountain to the National park to watch Elk and visited Cherokee Indian Village and a quick stop at the casino was fun too. Should you decide to take a trip to Maggie Valley, I’m certain you won’t be disappointed in this home. We will definitely return.

Beautiful COZY CLEAN CABIN with the most AWESOME VIEWS. Very convenient to down town MAGGIE. Will DEFINITELY STAY there again. MICHELE our hostess was THE BEST!!?

We had a lovely stay in Michele's cabin. It was perfectly clean with all the amenities we needed...she even purchased a board game that she didn't have so I wouldn't have to pack it in my suitcase. So kind! She had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The house was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do, and I would definitely stay there again if we were planning to go back.

The house is well maintained and has all the necessary items to provide for a comfortable stay. Our host, Michele was very accommodating and helped make our stay a very pleasant one, including the great cookies she provided. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Maggie Valley was everything you could have asked for. Michele, the property owner, was always there to answer any questions we had. The house was beautiful and the view out the back was breath-taking. Thank you so much for the cookies you baked us, they were very good. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. This home was spacious, clean, peaceful and the view! The location was perfect for our trip plans. Quiet community of respectful owners and renters. Absolutely beautiful morning views from the balcony. Michelle made homemade peanut butter chocolate chip cookies for us. She checked in frequently and it was appreciated. We would definitely stay in this home again in the future and recommend others to as well.

Had a great stay in Maggie! The weather and house were amazing. The location is convenient for all the region offers. The house is in a great location for accessibility to food, hiking, dining, a casino, water-related fun, and shopping. The house was very clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed for making coffee, cooking and just lounging around relaxing. Michelle is a great communicator! Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Its clean, spacious and well maintained. The views from the porch/patio are breathtaking. You can see the clouds come down on a rainy day The cabin is close to many attractions, but feels very private and tucked away. We also enjoyed the outdoor grill a lot. We would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for private location in natural surroundings with views of mountains.

House was great . Good neighborhood. We enjoy Maggie valley and the house was only a couple of minutes from downtown. The owners were great .we will stay with them again if it's available.

This cabin is wonderful! Plenty of space and very clean! Michele is a great host, we felt like we were staying in a friend’s home! We hope to visit again next year and stay longer than just a weekend!

Communication is key. The owner of the property is a efficient effective communicator and I felt like they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions that we had. Case in point, there was an issue with the Wi-Fi login, which was promptly corrected. There’s a very beautiful view of the mountains from the upper and lower back porch as well. They have a very nice property. Didn’t have any issues with the space available. There are beds to sleep comfortably anywhere from 4 to 6 people. They were only four in our party, and everybody had their own space. Which is important when you travel with teenagers. Respectfully, -The Sperry’s

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Maggie Memories! 7 wonderful days of mountain views from the both the front and back decks. The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The living space on the main floor was a perfect size for us and the basement space was bigger than I anticipated. There were 2 kitchen cabinets left empty for the snacks we brought with us. I appreciated the choice of having a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. We met some other renters and became friends. Our favorite restaurant, the BearWaters Brewing Company didn't disappoint. This was the first time we tried Frankie's Italian Trattoria and they had a good selection and wasn't too pricey. We would definitely rent Maggies Memories again if its available for our next trip to Maggie Valley.

This property was wonderful, very clean and cozy. The location is great and the views are spectacular! The house had plenty of room and was well taken care of. Check in and check out process was very easy. We had a great trip and the owners were great to deal with. Worst part about our trip was we had to leave.

Was a great stay and we will be going back. Very friendly people and great to communicate with. And they left us cookies 🍪 homemade.😊🥰
