The process for getting room access codes and parking passes was really easy and convenient. We liked the Orange Beach location due to shopping being really close. The fact you exit your condo door into a large hallway versus an exposed balcony was nice. The property was clean and well maintained and elevator speed and access was never an issue. This location had two indoor hot tubs and small wading pool and that was used a lot. The check out process was easy and we feel like this was one of best properties we have stayed in so far.

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for all of us! The parking was so convenient, being right on the floor we stayed! The kids loved the pools and other water slides, etc.

It was clean, the view is wonderful and the master bed is super comfortable! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we did have some issues. On the first day, we had to have maintenance come to replace the garbage disposal as it wasn't working properly and was leaking below the sink. Maintenance responded quickly and were very nice. The toilet seat in the master bathroom needs to be tightened and the toilet paper holder is broken in there also. There are multiple knobs missing from furniture pieces as well. We saw some of these complaints in previous reviews, but figured they'd be fixed by the time we arrived. There is a cracked and hanging shelf in the refrigerator. We were afraid to touch it or put anything in it as it may completely break. We had to purchase batteries for two of the tv remotes that were dead and could never get the second king bedroom tv to work properly even after replacing batteries. It's also important to note that while the kitchen has several items available to use and cook with, there are absolutely no 'extra touches'. They gave us 1 dishwasher pod and a small dawn dishsoap for an entire week and it's in the check out instructions that you have to run the dishwasher when you none for you to use during your stay. Same thing with laundry. As a short term rental owner, we are aware that these things are not provided in full, but to have 2 or 3 dishwasher/laundry pods would be nice, especially for a condo this size. It is mentioned in the information that they send prior to check in that there are no spices or beach in case you want to know up salt/pepper/spices of any kind/sugar/plastic wrap/aluminum foil/beach towels/beach toys/chairs/cards, board games or puzzles for rainy days.

The property was perfect for our family of 12. The sectional couch in the living room , along with a couple of chairs, was a perfect gathering place for us to visit, play games, watch TV, etc. we loved the balcony overlooking the beach, the lazy river, the slide, the pools, and the hot tubs. We had a couple of things that needed to be seen about and one phone call was all it took for someone to be there within an hour or so. The ice maker in the bar area was very handy. It was a great place to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everyone agrees that we would like to go back.

There was 10 of us, ranging from 3 to 81 and this was the perfect place and unit to stay. The unit was beautiful and spacious. The parking made it easy to get your things back and forth to your car. We didn't like having to pay an extra $55 per car to park there, we figured that would have been part of the total unit payment... We would definitely stay there again though. Great place and friendly staff.

This property worked out perfectly for our group of 11. Orange Beach was a very fun destination and this Phoenix properties condo was amazing! The ocean view, the convenient location and size of this condo were stellar. The communication throughout the rental process and during our stay did not disappoint. Very clear instructions and easy check in/out process as well.

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area for twenty years. Our family first came to Gulf Shores when our now adult children were in high school. They each have families of their own and we all still love the area. In recent years we started to come to Orange Beach and have always stayed in a Phoenix property. Last year we stayed in Phoenix West and loved our unit. When I tried booking the unit again for this year it had been booked and I could not find another unit. Luckily I was able to book unit 501 in Phoenix Orange Beach. We however were disappointed in the unit after our experience the year before. I am not certain if this is the place to list our complaints but i am going to as well as send them to the property manager as these were not the fault of VRBO. The list of problems: IN the master suite the jacuzzi tub when starting the jets blew out an oily black substance into the tub, the toilet paper holder was broken and there were no towel bars close to the sinks. On the veranda the cushions on the chairs were covered in mold and mildew. The kitchen was not well equipped; there were no utensils or grilled and the ice maker in the freezer was not working. My son took it apart and found a frozen water bottle stuck in the opening for the ice, he was able to remove it and with some duct tape was able to get it going for the remainder of our stay. The laundry room door was sprung and continue to swing open into the hall. The dresser did not have knobs.

Loved heated pool and hot tubs. Ice cube unit with unchlorinated water was exceptional. Master bedroom and bath was on Gulfside with own door to balcony. Other 3 bedrooms on other end of unit with 2 more bathrooms provided separate family spacing. Loved kitchen that had all we needed. Spacious living room with gulf view off balcony. Excellent lighting everywhere. Washer and dryer much appreciated. Parking garage on same level as unit was the best feature! Can get cart in lobby for hauling in/from unit if desired. Hope to return to this unit again, maybe when Blue Angels return in March (thru October)

We couldn't ask for a more beautiful property. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Very spacious, everything we needed, convenient parking. Definitely will return next year. Only reason I dinged on cleanliness, which had no bearing on our stay, was while making sure our granddaughter didn't hide anything under the furniture, the dust bunnies and crumbs needed cleaning out.

Property was very roomy for our family of 10 adults. Wall of windows to view the water is amazing and we enjoyed the large balcony as well. Pool area is great for kids. Parking on the same level as the property was convenient for easy in and out. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and updated. We had 7 adults staying here and everyone had plenty of room. The location was great, shopping and restaurants were across the street. My husband liked that we parked on the same level as our condo. The shore was closer to the end of the boardwalk than it was in other condos we’ve stayed at. We didn’t have to walk very far on the beach to get to the water. We will stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The unit we stayed in was great. The access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was also great. Will definitely consider coming back here.

Our stay was enjoyable in this beautiful condo. We needed a couple of things done and the host was quick to respond. It is very close to great restaurants and being able to park on the same floor as your room is a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!!

It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and you could not beat the location. It had all of the amenities we needed for meals in the unit for the times we wanted to stay in. We loved the convenience of a parking garage that went to our floor (5) and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There were grocery stores, department stores, souvenir shops and tons of restaurants right across the street. We would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again in the future!

It was the perfect choice for us. Lots to do in surrounding area and fun for the kids with the pool and beach. We lived walking the beach early morning and late afternoon.

Girls trip for 6. Beautiful condo with all the things you could want. Beautiful view! Beds were very comfy. Very large spaces so everyone had privacy but we had plenty of gathering space. We will rent this condo again!

We had the most amazing fall break at this condo! The kids especially enjoyed the lazy River. Loved every minute and can’t wait to return!

The condo looked just like the photos, very large, clean fairly quiet. We were there in September so the crowds were not. Loved being able to drive up to our condo floor. That was a happy surprise. The condo is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Will try to stay there again in the future.

This was a beautiful unit with lots of space for our extended family beach trip. We did not want to leave!!
