Great location ! The layout of the condo is very nice ! But the condo was really dirty , dirty sheets , mold in one of the bathrooms . The floor had not been swept very very disappointing ! To bad because it’s a beautiful unit with a great location .

Ice maker runs all the time which kept up the guest on the sofa bed as well as No block out curtains! Cable was not working in 2 bedrooms. Lamp burned out other lamp no outlet! No hand towels and not even 1 towel per person! Trash can doesn’t work right and is dirty. Not enough chairs in eating area for all of us Maintenance was responsive.

The dryer needs to be replaced- it takes approximately 140 minutes to dry the unit towels...longer for beach towels.If you are bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella, you'll need to set up around 6:30am because the Ike beach rental guy starts his beach takeover around 7am He'll take up all oceanfront areas plus 3-4 rows in. A lot of those chairs never get rented and just take up space.Plenty of restaurants and shops near by.Overall a great place.

Great condo enough room for 10. Loved the following: close parking, separate ice maker, balcony view, layout of condo,Keurig, trash shoot across the hallway Add: more kitchen and bathroom towels, more Tupperware, better dryer, fix refrigerator shelf that was missing and broken patio chair, better toilet paper. Add chair and umbrella rental and Earlier check in. Close shopping is nice…go early in the morning for fully stocked shelves. We would stay here again.

The Master Suite bathtub faucet didn't work/leaked, so we weren't able to use the tub at all. Every single toilet was loose...with plastic shims noticeable under one of the toilets. Otherwise the place was great and tastefully decorated and clean. We loved the view! When a dead bird was reported in the lazy river, the maintenance guy was there literally within minutes. We overheard someone complain of kids throwing trash over the balcony, and again, security was there within minutes. They took their job seriously, which was refreshing to see. I would definitely recommend this unit / property to others and would could back again also. One thing that would be nice is if the lazy river was heated. Overall every single person in my large group was extremely impressed!

Great property. Do wish it was a little cleaner when we arrived, (sand all over in every room, tub/shower needed to be cleaner, jets need a good clean out) need to provide garbage bags, and simple things like dish washer tabs, vacuum for hard floors. Other then that is was a great place to stay and would come back.

Plenty of room for 3 families to stay! Kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils. Kids loved seeing the dolphins from the balcony every morning. Had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Overall it was just as it showed! Views are wonderful, pool was very nice. Beach was nice and close. Grilling area was nice with lots of room. There were 10 of us and it did not feel crowded at all. The only complaint I had was the late check in time, 4:30 seems late. The dryer did work very well, took several cycles to dry. Overall I would definitely stay there again, we had a wonderful stay.

I rent several times a year, therefore property reviews are very important to me. I try to provide both pros and cons. The property is located in a wonderful complex with excellent amenities. The views from the balcony are stunning. The balcony is large with lots of very comfortable furniture. The condo is wonderful and spacious, however, it desperately needs a deep clean and some updates. Handprints on windows/doors, floors dirty-particularly in corners/under furnishings, etc. and the furnishings are well worn.

Views on beach from balcony are amazing. Check in/out process was easy. Considering the cleaning fee, it should be cleaner especially the floor. We bought a mop and mopped them ourselves and the mop pads were filthy. Also the provided paper towel toilet paper are the cheapest anybody could provide, be sure to pack your own.

The views from this corner unit are beautiful and we really enjoyed the views from the balcony to watch the sun come up each day. If you like sitting outside at nighttime you may want to bring a little lantern as the outside lights don’t provide any light basically. There isn’t a single rug in the entire unit which I think would help to buffer noise a little bit. With a condo full of kids and adults it tended to get a little bit loud. Charlie was wonderful and promptly had maintenance there to fix the small issue we had. Now, the only negative I’ll share that could definitely help improve the experience is cleanliness of the condo. The shower had black mold all around the edge and the shower door drops a mildew mess. The floors were FILTHY! I think they’d been vacuumed because there wasn’t sand everywhere but our feet were all black. There was a mop and bucket in the condo that I tried to use but it was disgusting and actually made the floors worse. I’d suggest the owners provide a nice mop and bucket. I do understand that help is difficult to find these days so I was fine with mopping, but I refused to spend more money on a mop in addition to the cleaning solution I had already purchased. We just dealt with it and wore socks, flip flops and slippers when walking around the condo. The other thing I’d suggest is providing more than one hand towel for each bathroom. Overall, I would stay here again as the condo is nice otherwise and the building amenities and location were great!

The number of BRs, beautiful water views, lg common space, lg balcony, beautiful furnishings ... were all reasons we booked this condo. The only negative .... Upon entering everything “looked “clean and perfect but.. we had crawlers and toddlers. Although no debris on floor.. the toddlers and adults had black feet from dirt on wood floors. Obviously not mopped! We went to store that first nite to buy swifter to clean all floors. All hardwoods black .entire condo appeared very clean but floors obviously not touched.

there was 14, 6 adults and 8 kids there was no place to keep beach toys. and the pool was always closed, but other than that the place was good and the beach was very good

The amenities were amazing, the condo had everything we needed and the location was awesome! The panoramic view of the ocean was breathtaking, and you could see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room, extensive balcony and 3 of the 4 bedrooms which was a huge plus! The kitchen was large enough for us to prepare meals and store everything we needed. A separate ice maker at the wet bar was key for filling coolers and water bottles before heading down to the beach. The lazy river was a hit with the entire group and the kids loved the water slide. We highly recommend this condo and will keep it in mind for future vacations! One note to add is that a previous review mentioned there weren't large stock pots for cooking meals for a large group, so we packed one in the car with us. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find 2 giant stockpots and wouldn't have needed to bring ours after all. Thought this could help someone save room in the future! If you are on the fence about booking this condo, do it!!
