This place was just what our family was looking for. The kids had a blast on the lazy river and the water slide. When we arrived at the condo everything was ready and very clean. The code to the door was sent to me a few hours before we arrived which is great timing. All the rules and information was sent to me as well. I had to contact the manager only before our stay to make payments to this place and he always answered or called back promptly. I had no issues at all with this place. I definitely recommend anyone with kids and a family to stay here. And the beach view was great.

The location of the property was great. We were across the street from the grocery stores. We were walking distance from the Coastal restaurant. The views from the balcony were great. Being on the 6th floor was awesome as we could park on the same floor as condo.

Perfect views and location! Parking right outside our doors! Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The view!!! We saw dolphins while we relaxed on the huge balcony! The furniture is a little dated, but we were hardly in the condo due to all the amenities.

This beach front condo at the Phoenix Orange Beach was perfect for our multi family group of 9! It was very clean and spacious with a great layout and design. The location was so convenient. We would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Our family just left 601 Phoenix and wanted to let you know we enjoyed our stay but as noted by several of the people in your reviews the place could use some TLC. There were many holes in the walls and a few things that just were in need of repair. We tried to use the jets in the masterbath several times and it just spewed black moldy plastic. The carpets should be cleaned or replaced, the first 2 hours we were in the place we all noticed our feet were filthy. The tile was immaculately clean but the carpets were just horrible. We also could not get the remotes to the television in the living room to work. We had to download a universal remote app to watch tv. Not sure if that was us or a remote error. Also, the pots in the kitchen are pretty scrapped up with the non-stick coating flaking off. We however chose to weigh the pros against the cons and enjoy the beach and facilities. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we are now big fans of the area. We hope to return and stay in another Phoenix condo. Hope this list will help you make some minor tweaks to the place for the next visitors.

We went the week before Labor Day when the AL schools had started. We enjoyed the fact that we had no wait time at bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded and sand was clean. We had a few days of red flags but utilized the lazy river. The condo was sufficient for 9 adults. Needs some TLC on things like drapes, ceiling fans, etc. we would go back. 6th floor was perfect. Parking garage was basically empty,

Property is as listed. Great location, easy parking with this unit, and beautiful view. We had a family of 7 with ages from 17-75, and all enjoyed it. Great bed and bathroom setup. Pool area is for sure more for kids but that would be only concern if you wanted a nice pool area. Not a concern for us as we stay at the beach. Would most definitely stay here again

Everything was great with the condo. Beautiful and spacious balcony. The indoor pool was over dosed with chlorine. Both of my grandchildren developed mild chlorine poisoning. No hospitalization but was sick for a few days. Maybe better ventilation in that area would help. We did really enjoy the outdoor lazy river.

Minor issue... could not find any excess toilet paper... went and bought some across the street so, no big deal. But, I though there would be some minimal supplies... tp, dishwasher pods (only 2), paper towels?

Family Vacation
Plenty of room. I think the only thing we were kind of disappointed in is that their were not a lot of pots for cooking, no starter kits like soap, or games. Maybe it was just this condo. But, in the past others were fully stocked with more items.

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect for our family. I thought the cost of the parking pass ($55.per vehicle, we had 3 cars) should have been included with how much the condo cost. Overall an enjoyable time.

Family vacation with kids of all ages and grandparents
Great location, so easy to walk to the beach. Nice indoor swimming option too for evening, rainy day. Plenty of room in condo for all 8 of us and plenty of bathrooms. Staff was great and barely saw other guest. Great location to go multiple places with a 10-20 min drive all directions.

Love the beach
There were a lot of small cosmetic issues. Such as shelf in one of double rooms was missing with holes in wall, kitchen faucet was annoying as it was hard to shut off; one refrigerator door shelf was cracked which we had to fix, two of three of the toilet paper dispensers had one side loose which came off and some electric outlets had one outlet not working. Additionally the cleaning lady came in at 9:30 instead of 10 am which was our checkout time.. These were minor issues and didn't affect our overall stay or enjoyment but seemed noteworthy due to the high caliber of the rest of the condo. I would highly recommend and would consider renting this condo should it still fit our needs.

Excellent property! Clean and comfy for large group.
Great accommodations for large family. Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen and overall location. Charlie was very kind to check in on our stay and had someone immediately take care of a small issue with a faucet once reported. Ms. Woods at the front desk was wonderful to deal with and helped us secure an extra parking pass when needed. The lazy river is a favorite for our family and Ike’s rentals took great care of our beach set up for the week. Wonderful vacation. We will definitely be renting this unit again in the future! Thank you for providing such an amazing place to make great memories with our family.

Awesome Condo Complex on Beautiful Beach
Our group included 4 adults. Pros = excellent newer complex, parking on the same floor as condo was very convenient, condo is large and well appointed, balcony is large with tile flooring great/comfortable furniture, beautiful view of the beach and sunrise, easy access to the beach, booking agent/staff were very prompt and very helpful, there is staff on duty in the lobby of the complex, directly across the street from Publix and a Walmart. Beautiful white sand beach.
Cons = 6th floor- view to west is impeded a bit and you are right above the water slide (loud kiddos below, but if you want to watch your kids it's perfect!), lots of large furnishings make the space seem smaller it seems, there were just a few cleaning concerns upon check in...but perhaps we are all just very sensitive right now?! Bathroom rugs did not appear washed, handprint in shower stall and children's handprints very evident on the inside of the entrance door (obviously had not been sanitized). Pros far far outweigh any cons. Thank you.

The elevators were also faster than other Phoenix properties where we have stayed. The unit management was very responsive. Our kids (3,4 and 8) loved the indoor pool. Cons- the unit is overall a bit less upgraded than others we have rented. The ice maker doesn't make enough ice for ice chests so be sure to plan to buy bags. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest con, with 12 guests, it was a bit difficult. We didn't end up going anywhere but had we all needed to get dressed at one time it would have been an issue. With 3 kids we made frequent trips to the bathrooms located near the indoor pool which was pretty dirty. Someone dropped cookies in the bathroom four days before we left, they were never cleaned up which made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned during our visit. There wasn't a particularly high cleaning presence (wiping down pool rails or elevators) as we've seen in other hotel properties where we have stayed during COVID.
