Loved our stay at Soaring Eagle Cabin. Had everything we needed available. Loved our evenings by the outside firepit. Beautiful view from cabin and drive to cabin was easy. Would love to stay again.

The design of this beautiful home featuring three separate bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect for us. Each bedroom has a private access deck from each with a small patio table and two chairs. The bedroom deck above the dining/ kitchen area included a outdoor patio fire pit as well. The main living room area has two large and very comfortable sofas. There’s a two person recliner/rocker as well. The layout and furniture could easily accommodate 8-10 adults comfortably. The kitchen and dining area is very well appointed to accommodate a large group. All of the appliances were in good working order and appearance. The kitchen was stocked extremely well with cooking utensils and such. More than sufficient to prepare large meals. The dining table will accommodate eight adults. There’s another deck off the dining area that includes a patio table and seating for four. Perfect for morning coffee and my personal favorite area of the house. From here you have access to lower tiered decks and access to the separate fire pit area. The hot tub was in good working condition and included a small bar area and seating for two. Overall, we found the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The photos and descriptions provided in the listing are accurate. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

We loved the home Compliments to the owners. However, I would recommend you replace the beds. They are obviously very old and for the amount of money people are paying you need to upgrade the beds. Also, the hot tub had a green tint when we got there and smelled. Took four days to get it cleaned. The reason it took so long is because Vacasa did not respond to my calls. Finally, I found the phone number of the property manager who acted swiftly. We still would not use it. The smell still lingered. Could be attributed to an improper covering. Thank You

The cabin was so wonderful! Spacious and beautiful, we loved the decor as well, it felt like a home which we appreciated! We did find some leftover food in the microwave when we arrived, as well as some other spots in the home that weren't super clean, just a heads up! Otherwise it was picture perfect.

Overall the stay was amazing! Beautiful home, exactly as in the pictures but even more spacious! Large bedrooms and baths allow for families with little ones. Beds were comfortable and linen smelled great and fresh! Bathroom/tubs could use a little more detailed cleaning, but overall home was clean and homey! Ran out of gas on Dec 31st, but quickly got replacements on the 1st. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery-but no spices or cleaning products. Big suggestion would be to stock it better with essentials (soap/shower gel, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper-as we got bare minimum for a 5 night stay! Worst part was having to take the trash daily to a dump site about 2 Miles away in your own car which is ridiculous…especially with $800+ in service/utilities fees NOT good! Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a lovely home! Thanks

This is a really nice property. My children said that it was the nicest place at which we’ve ever stayed. Very clean. Very comfortable. Spacious. All of the furnishings seem to be relatively new. The pool table was a nice addition. 5-10 minutes to Helen.

We loved the lay out of this house and the pictures are just as shown on the website. It is a very relaxing place with good energy and plenty of elbow room for a family of various ages. We would like to give it 5 stars but found that for this price point and all the service fees, the management should be more customer friendly — for example, there was no coffee to be found on site, and so we had to go out to buy some (at least a 15 minute ride one way to a store) before going to bed. As another example the management has checkout on a Sunday at 10am, and also expects you to take your trash to their office when you leave — sure seems like all the service fees they charge should cover this. Overall though, this is a beautiful house and sufficient for a quick trip to the GA mountains.

This house was perfect for three couples. We really enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and fire pit!

The property is beautiful, home is maintained well and we enjoyed the deck each morning with our breakfast. Check in was smooth, communication and booking so simple. Will be returning very soon.

We loved everything about the house! The views were spectacular and so were the accommodations!! I believe you can see every star in the night sky from any of the 4 balconies!

Wonderful roomy house tons of privacy, very comfortable. We did our Thanksgiving this year, good kitchen where I cook my turkey and all the trimmings! Love the set up, the comfortable beds, clean linen and beautiful surroundings!

Fantastic property - great for multiple couples. Piano and breathtaking views. Very clean - only odd thing is having to take your garbage to a central location (~5 min drive away).

This cabin was everything expected and then some. Beautiful, just as pictured. Everything worked will and kitchen stocked nicely. Hot tub was clean and was perfect for relaxing with the beautiful mountain views. Morning sun and evening sunsets were gorgeous. Very picturesque. Only one thing that could have made the stay nicer would have been able to turn heat up a tad. It got very chilly at night.

This property is as advertised and beautiful. We thought the location was great and loved having 3 king beds. We had an easy check in and the proximity to Helen was perfect. We used the grill nightly, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The view from the back is stunning. However, after staying in quite a few VRBO properties, there were some things lacking that were surprising given the cost. We loved the pool table, but there weren't any other games/activites for us like puzzles, playing cards, board games, etc. There were two "corn hole" boards but no bean bags to actually play them. There were relatively few towels given the amount of bathrooms and the hot tub. Other properties I have stayed at had towels just for the hot tub. The downstairs king bed was very uncomfortable and loud. Every time someone gets out of it, it creaks. You aren't allowed to use the fireplace inside. We were given the bare minimum for dishwasher pods and laundry pods (1 per day). We couldn't find a lighter for the fire pit so had to purchase one, in addition to the wood. Lastly, there is no trash service. I would not have expected to have to put bags of our trash in our cars and drive them a couple miles down the road to the Vacasa trash dump. Again, given the cost of this place with fees, etc, I would have expected this would be taken care of. There is clearly a trash service in the neighborhood as we saw others with trash cans out.

This beautiful home is located within minutes of downtown Helen and is near several outdoor adventures! We enjoyed the Georgia Mountain Coaster, mini-golf, zip lining, and three different hiking trails (Ana Ruby Falls, Duke’s Creek, and Raven’s Cliff Trail). There are several great restaurants in Helen and local artists have their work on display. We are planning to return for for more adventures next year!

The cabin was beautiful and in a very convenient location. The driver vent was not connected so we couldn't use the dryer and we did find some roaches in upstairs bedroom which we reported. Otherwise we were very pleased with our cabin and would stay again.

Really nice home in the north georgia mountains. Great decks, nice hot tub, comfortable beds, clean, well appointed, roomy, and a nicely stocked kitchen. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the keurig was dirty and the showers lacked water pressure. The only other thing is the view would be so much better if a few trees were cut down. Everything else was great! I’d recommend this home to friends and relatives.

Great cabin with wonderful views!!!

We had such a great girls trip and this cabin was perfect because it had three king bed suites with their own bathroom! Large living and kitchen area that was perfect for us to all be together. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin. Full of amenities. Had a couple of minor problems with thermostat and one shower. We called and it was addressed immediately. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Found something for everyone in age range (13-68) between pool table, hot tub, horseshoes, piano, nearby hiking. Home well equipped and furnished. Glad we brought some games/cards as there were none there.

Had a wonderful time. We were a 2 family party of 7 and all had a comfortable place to sleep. There was always something to do at night in the home (jacuzzi, smores by the fire pit, pool table, or just enjoying amazing sunsets). The only mishap was that on the 3rd day there the upstairs bathroom shower leaked over the kitchen. We called Vacasa and they sent someone immediately but we were told that it was not a quick fix so they would have to deal with it after our stay. We just did not use that bathroom the rest of the stay, which was a bit of a hindrance. But I still gave the house 5 stars because that can happen anywhere. Would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome cabin in the mountains. Very Clean and centrally located to everything in Helen. The cabin worked perfectly for the 2 other couples and us. Would recommend to everyone.

The house was comfort .my family hope comeback next year .beautiful place.
