Very impressed with everything. Absolutely nothing missing!!

This was our second time staying at the property, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The fireplace is cozy and the view unparalleled. My husband and I spent some delightful hours walking the rail trail in St. Alban's as well. Magnificent!

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, but the property was everything "advertised." Clean, warm, comfortable...Thank you!

We were visiting for our daughter’s wedding. We hosted a small dinner party for the bride and groom and a few of their close friends. The deck and lake views were the perfect respite from a very busy week.

Beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Clean and well equipped property with good sized kitchen. Really enjoyed the pool table on the lower level!

The cottage is everything described. It was well equipped, comfortable and private even with neighbors on each side. Amazing views from the deck. Having our meals on it was wonderful.

Just returned from a lovely stay in this great house on lake Champlain! The deck is just awesome for watching breathtaking sunsets and just relaxing! We enjoyed lunches in st albans and loved our walks every morning to st albans bay park with our pit bull bam bam..we just love how dog friendly the town is! We also loved kill Kare state park..just beautiful and so close by! The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The owner left thoughtful instructions and info that we found very helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay in your great home on the lake..we highly recommend it!!

We've stayed multiple times and you can't beat the view or sunset.

House was clean and comfortable. The breeze off the lake made the deck a perfect place to be until about 2 in the afternoon when it was just to hot (80s) the breeze of the morning would die out in the afternoon most days. I would rent again. Thanks

Very nice house on a private road fronting St. Alban's Bay. All amenities included. Very quiet neighborhood, great views of the bay.

The house was perfect. Very clean and the view was amazing. We couldn’t have been happier-wasn’t anything more we could have asked for. The location was perfect for long walks for us and shorter ones for our dogs. Very close to some great restaurants as well. The deck was fabulous for sunsets and watching all the birds. Everyone was so friendly. We loved it so much that we are booked for next year.

This property was lovely! The view is exceptional and the home had everything that I needed. St Albans is a great little town, about 8 minutes from the home, and had fantastic restaurants, bakeries, and a farmers market on the weekend. Host is very responsive and would highly recommend!

Place was clean and had everything I needed. Very peaceful. Great place to sit on the deck over the lake with coffee in the morning and wine at night.

Beds uncomfortable. Description didn't include can't drink the water and the 40-pound water jugs were outside and needed to be carried up a set of steps and the full length of the house before flipping on to dispenser. After 3 days of rain, left 2 days early. I know you can't control weather - but you did ask for a review of the stay.

Great house. on water, fabulous propane gas "wood" stove, comfortable bed and furniture. Hated to leave..

We absolutely loved staying here. The water views and sunsets were simply spectacular. We also had a great time shooting pool and going to the local bookstore and bakery. Also we biked the fabulous Island Line Rail Trail. Nice touches abound, like the rectractable awning, gas grill, and spring water. We are planning to rent again next year!

The house is great, very well stocked and comfortable. Great view from the deck. The yard needs a lot of work, the area from the house extending to the waterfront is overgrown with weeds. Shoreline needs to be cleaned. The algae blooms are extensive in this area of the cove so swimming is not good

Second year we have rented this house, still love it. Great location, very quiet, off main road but still close to the center of town and only ~ 30 min to Burlington.. The deck overlooking the water is our favorite gathering spot, spectacular views, awesome sunsets. Huge bathroom, 2 sinks and full shower/tub with plenty of hot water-very rare to find in these "on or near the lake" rentals (also very clean!!). Plenty of room for 3 people and 1 pup. Kitchen well stocked. Hope to return for many years to come.

This was the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely be back. The house is exactly as advertised and the location and the views from the deck are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the people nearby are very nice. Anything we needed in town was a 5 minute drive or bike ride away. The public boat ramp is just across the bay and the dock here at the house was perfect to get on and off the small boat we brought. St Albans Bay is small enough that it is protected from the larger waves and heavier winds of the open lake but big enough that the water isn’t stagnant or full of algae and plants. We spent most of our time up here just swimming at the house. Highly Recommend!

We had great time at the lake house. It has almost everything you need. The dock made the difference. My husband and nephews were fishing like crazy. It is clean and big house. The downstairs is a huge bonus for extra sleeping space and play day for not so sunny days. Walking distance to town to get delicious ice cream. Kitchen has everything and anything. The view from the living room and the deck is unbelievable. The only downside is lack of AC-for hot days. But it did not take away from enjoying our stay. We will be back again. Thank you for sharing your vacation house with us.

Property was very clean, kitchen was fully equipped (could use more dinner plates), beds were comfortable, location was very convenient for shopping, dining, etc. Having a marina right around the corner was nice as we rented a boat slip for the week. The only downside was the lack of a dock that was specifically mentioned in the property description. This was a key factor in renting the property. Two of our party have balance and back problems and wanted to fish off the dock as they feel uncomfortable on a boat. If the dock doesn’t go in until a certain date, that should be mentioned in the property description. The public boat ramp across the bay is convenient with plenty of parking.

Our time was much to short but while we were there it was spectacular! Well equipped and very comfortable. Can’t wait to come again!

Very good location for hiking. Kitchen had almost everything you could need. The deck awning was MIA but that did not stop us from enjoying the view.

Literally could not get any closer to the lake! Deck overlooks St Albans Bay with fantastic sunsets. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was unseasonably hot for a couple of days, and it was rough to not have air conditioning but otherwise no complaints. We closed all the blinds in the afternoon to keep out the sun in an attempt to keep the house cooler, which helped a little. On cooler days, we opened up the windows and loved the breeze blowing through and spent a lot of time on the deck. If you are not early birds like we are, be aware that the bedrooms do not have blinds, so it is very bright as soon as the sun comes up. Neighbors are very close, but we didn't have any noise issues. We appreciated having a dog-friendly rental, and would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a nice lakefront getaway.

This placed is as advertised. Great view, very quiet, and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for hours and looking out over the water. The house was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very peaceful. We are already looking at when we can book this place again.
