We loved the location of this property. Our daughter and her husband came from Austin and we came from So Cal to stay on this quaint home and town. Loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home was clean and met all of our needs. JoAnna was easy to communicate with although we had no problems to address.

Only there a couple days, but worked out well. Both our boys had their own bedroom and it was only a short walk to downtown Louisville which was convenient.

This was the best maintained and well appointed houses I have ever stayed in on VRBO. Everything in the house functioned and the house was spotless. The house has some basic cooking essentials such as cooking spray and some spices. The location was perfect. It's a block off of the main street with shops and restaurants. It's a safe neighborhood and its within driving distance to all main attractions in the area. The host was very kind and attentive. She even left us welcome snacks of chips and salsa, coffee, and chocolates. This stay was absolutely perfect!

3 of us stayed at Joanna's for 3 nights so we could visit our daughter/sister in Boulder for Thanksgiving. The house was just as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the host always responded promptly, and on our last morning there, someone came by to shovel away the snow that had accumulated overnight! I definitely recommend, and will return for future visits.

This house is well kept and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 adults that stayed there. Walk to town was great.

The location was fantastic! The owner was great and the house fit our needs perfectly. The only suggestion I have is to clean under the beds (we found a couple of items that were not ours) and have a trash can in the kitchen especially since there is no garbage disposal would have been very helpful.

We only stayed for one day and two nights, but we greatly enjoyed how walkable the neighborhood was. A very short walk of only a couple blocks will take you to a huge selection of restaurants and multiple parks with playgrounds. The size of the house was perfect for us. We were traveling with Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and two young children (3 & 5). It was great to find a place with three bedrooms, including a room with two twin sized beds. We arrived in the evening after a long day of travel and the kids were thrilled to find sidewalk chalk ready for them on the porch. This kept them well entertained while we unpacked and figured out dinner. Later, once the chalk had lost its luster the kids found a cache of books in their bedroom closet. The backyard had a couple kickballs and was large enough for the kiddos to run around a bit. On Saturday we walked around the farmers market and let the kids run off some steam at a nearby playground. The house was a perfect break between traveling by car Friday & flying home from the Denver airport on Sunday.

This house is better than the very well written description on VRBO. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The historic designation of the house is carried out inside with well selected antiques. Beds comfortable and outdoor spaces enjoyable. New grill works well. JoAnna, the owner, is quick to respond and alerted us to any lawn maintenance workers. We have used VRBO for over 15 years and this rental is in our top three. Boulder, Denver, the mountains, the wonderful downtown Louisville are all easily accessible. The personal touch of leaving a half gallon of milk and a quart of sparkling water in the fridge is only topped by the bag of chips and salsa and chocolate bars. I would highly recommend this property. We rated all areas as a 5 but would be higher if a score of 10 was available.

Friends and I stayed over Mother's Day weekend for a friend's reunion. The house is lovely and everything was clean and very pretty. The property has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in them - two queens and one room with 2 twins. There's a washer/dryer and the owner is SUPER communicative. Really loved Louisville and we can't wait to come back.

We’ll definitely come back. House was old and historic, yet modern and clean with every thing we needed. The location cannot be beat (1 block away from downtown) and the owners were welcoming, responsive, and available to help with anything. House was warm and toasty through the Christmas freeze, and we had fun watching movies and playing the xylophone. A true 5-star stay. Thank you!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is historic and very special, but also updated with a modern kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances. The owner was extremely thoughtful and supplied high quality household products, including coffee! The interior was also spotless and the beds very comfortable. We also enjoyed the location, which is two blocks from cafes and local shops. There is so much to do in the greater Boulder area and we only regretted not having more time at the property.

What an amazing place! We were lucky enough to snag a reservation here- staying with six of us total (including two small children). The house is wonderful, and JoAnna does a fantastic job making you feel welcome. Super close to so many amazing stores and restaurants. If you’re looking at this property and thinking about it, just go ahead and book- you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed out stay very much, JoAnna gave us good instructions, responded to questions, and has the home well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Great location for easy drive into Boulder, only 1 block from downtown Louisville with restaurants, 5 min drive to groceries and other conveniences. I would definitely stay there again. This home is quaint, cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Recently renovated and even looks better than the pictures. Everything is fresh and clean. Highly recommend.

Host was gracious and had the house well provisioned! The home had wonderful historic charm and modern amenities alike. We enjoyed the front porch, and quiet green space out back. Main Street was a short easy walk and many choices for dinner. Would definitely stay again!!

Loved this house! Decorated just darling. Clean, many amenities available. We had two extremes of weather, one day was 96 degrees outside, the next day it was in the 50’s and we were so comfortable with the ac and heater! Property manager was available and kept in contact throughout the entire visit. Walking distance to many great establishments. So sad to leave! Such a great visit.

The location of this cute cottage is wonderful. It is only 1.5 blocks from Main Street Louisville that has coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and a great ice cream shop and much more! The beautiful tree by the back porch is very relaxing to sit under and socialize with your friends and family. The cottage is very well kept and clean.

We absolutely loved our 3-month stay at JoAnna’s gorgeous house. It’s a one-block walk to restaurants and shops in old town Louisville yet also close to trails and parks. We’ll remember this house and JoAnna’s hospitality so fondly for our whole lives. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

Our group consisted of two grandparents and two adult children and one two year old. We found a house to be very comfortable for our group. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped and had an abundance of dishes and utensils. The house had many nice touches including a patio with outdoor furniture. We really enjoyed walking downtown to restaurants and to get coffee. We took advantage of the walking paths in the area. We would definitely return and stay again.

So many extras of everything -- sheets, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, and more! The home was well stocked with children's books, games, musical instruments, snacks and coffee. We rented the home while finishing the process of moving out of state. After the moving truck left our home empty, we needed to spend a few more days in Colorado. JoAnna's home was everything we needed -- a comfortable place for our family. We hosted friends for dinner one night and had everything we needed at hand -- including a delicious takeout dinner from South Street Market around the corner. We walked to the Parade of LIghts and enjoyed everything that is quaint and lovely about downtown Louisville. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at JoAnna's and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed the patio and porch in the sunshine.

We had a very short overnight stay. We were pleased with the accommodations and how could I say anything bad about both Caribou coffee! and chips and salsa!

The house was clean and neat, and filled with wonderful touches like the towels, the coffee and the linens. Great layout for our group. The neighborhood was very pleasant and we walked to “town” for dinner. Our hostess was attentive with texts to welcome us and checks to make sure we were ok. She was wonderful! Would stay here again without hesitation.
