Beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of Louisville. Very clean and surprisingly spacious for the size! All the amenities you need. Our Host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely book this property again when visiting Colorado. Couldn't have had a better stay! Thank you.

The house was a great location to restaurants, shops, and breweries. We only had to take a very short walk each day for dinner and breakfast with several options to choose from. The owners were extremely helpful with a few questions we had and were very accommodating. Our dog loved the large back yard. The home is very cute and comfortable. I will absolutely stay at this location when I return to visit family.

This place was so cute and charming. Definitely one of the best stocked rentals I've ever stayed in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need plus lots of extras. It's always nice when things like kitchen towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent are provided. The location is fantastic and you can walk to everything in downtown Louisville in minutes. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location to everything we set out to explore in the Boulder area. Accommodations were just as described clean and comfy. House had all the necessary essentials. Highly recommend as communication was excellent throughout

The house is amazing and had everything we needed for our getaway….great kitchen, tv, WiFi and so comfortable. Andrea was super great on checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The town of Louisville is just a short walk and has tons of great shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Pros; close to town, nicely updated kitchen, well equipped. Beds ok. Cons: neighborhood run-down, very uncomfortable furniture in living room, airstream not available, noisy duck next to bedroom, weird air conditioner unit in bedroom venting through window. House is very old. We have rented plenty of VRBOs and feel this was overpriced.

Spent Christmas here visiting my daughter & her husband! Hung out at the house and cooked, puzzles & Christmas movies!! Kitchen very well equipped! House is walking distance to coffee, Bagels, Ice Rink and tons of restaurants!! Great walkable location. Great communication from host, very accommodating !! We would definitely stay there again!!

The house was clean. Beds were firm not hard but perfect for me. Cooking supplies were great. Fun time cooking and hanging with the fam. Walking distance to very cute town. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this property. Came to town for a wedding and was able to walk to and from the venue on Main St! The house had everything that we could've needed and loved its decor and style! Absolutely would book again.

Close to farmers market

Our stay was amazing home was furnished with everything we needed. Backyard was spacious enjoyed using the fire pit to spend nights outside. Owner was nice enough to allow us to have a small event one night (cake cutting) and checked in with us throughout our stay as well as answered all our questions we had. Would definitely recommend booking this home.

The house was perfect size for us. Well maintained and updated throughout. The portable AC units did their job against the 95 degree heat. One issue with the hot water heater but it was easy to relight and no further issues. We would definitely stay again. And as former Louisville residents, it was right by downtown shops and restaurants, so we could visit our old haunts.

We loved our time in this perfectly appointed home. Every detail was taken care of, and every amenity needed was available. The home is perfect walking distance to the town, and I enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. Andrea was so attentive, checking on us several times throughout our stay. We had a perfect and enjoyable experience all the way around!

Older home but newly renovated interior, the kitchen and living space is very nice. Very well stocked for family needs. Fenced back yard and setup to entertain.

We had 4 generations come together in and around Lewisville for a bunch of great family dinners and photo ops. The house was perfect, we would stay there again in a heartbeat if we come back to the area!

Clean, cute property!! Right next to Old Town Louisville (short walk) where they have a ton of restaurants and some cute shops. There’s lots to do during the summer in Louisville. Andrea was easy to communicate with. Will rent this property again in the future.

Comfortable charming home with a five minute walk to downtown Louisville. The downtown area has restaurants, shopping, shave ice, and a great street fair on Fridays including live music. The home was perfect for our stay and an easy drive to CU Boulder where we went to a concert and also an easy drive to red rocks which is a must see. The home was well equipped and it had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the fabulous front porch enjoying the weather rain and shine. The house is near a railroad track but it wasn’t an issue, no horns and the train maybe comes by twice a day carrying freight, we were never disturbed by it and didn’t hear it from inside the house. The owner checked in with us on arrival and departure and was available to easily contact if we needed anything. The neighbors are so kind and helpful and everyone in the town was so friendly we will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay and wish it could have been longer. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you could need. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but only 5 minutes walk from downtown Louisville and which has lots of shops and restaurants including many dog friendly ones. The location is ideal if you want to explor Denver, Boulder or the surrounding area. Andrea is a friendly and attentive host.

This is a fun house, just as pictured, in an amazing location. We walked from the house all around Louisville, enjoyed the farmer's market, etc. Highly recommend!

Lot of attention to details

This is a perfect vacation house in Louisville, CO. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. I appreciated not having to do major cleaning before we left and that we had basic amenities. The property manager is very easy to communicate with and returns emails/ messages quickly. The location is walking distance to old Town Louisville and other shops and restaurants; close to Boulder as well. Highly recommend this property and we will stay here again.

In town for a family reunion. Everything was perfect. Host politely checked in frequently, just right, and made sure our stay was fun and comfortable. It was! Great location, walking to Main Street, restaurants and bars. We would definitely come back!
