Beautiful place in a nice quiet area! My 1 and only dislike was that people before us didn’t remove their items before checkout like required to do and the housekeeper didn’t double check it. Other than that it was perfect! Great view of ocean and city, friendly adults and children all around, had 0 issues with other guests there. Me and the family will definitely come back and rent from Lisa. 100%

Clean and comfortable rooms. The third bedroom is very small. Only one bed per bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. We had 3 adults and 4 kids. It was a little tight, but we were not cramped. Would stay here again.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and I have to say I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Ms. Linda has great communication and if any issues come about she makes sure resolved expeditiously. Great views. Anything you can think of needing beyond food she has in the unit provided for you.

Our 1st time In Panama City Beach. Fell in love with the area. View from the balcony was amazing. Bathrooms were nicely updated along with the floors. Linda quickly responded to all of our needs very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

My title says it all. I'm from the mountains of MT. The only other place I'd rather be is by the ocean. I spent 35 glorious days in this wonderful unit. Woke up and went to sleep to the sounds of the surf. I witnessed the most amazing sunsets, moon-sets and storms right from the balcony. Beach access was right there. Went shelling at least 3 times a week. Once things started opening up around the area, March 1st (which was also my 70th B-day & reason for booking an oceanfront property; Happy Birthday to me! :) ), things livened up quite a bit; making way for Spring breakers. The Regency Towers team were great. I would chat with the morning cleaning crews as I set out for my shelling walks. But best of all, was the owner of this property, Linda Miller. She was so friendly & accommodating. She was always available to answer questions & familiarize me with the area prior to my arrival. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to one and all!!

It was as described would suggest newer sheets on bed and extra sheets/ pillowcases.

We had a wonderful stay in Linda's condo. It had everything we needed and slept the 7 of us perfectly. It had a great view from the balcony . Everything was very clean and organized and booking was easy with Linda responding to us very quickly. The tiki bar had the best food and was very convenient. 10/10!

Great experience, Linda was a very responsive owner that wanted her tenants to enjoy their stay. Beautiful: sunsets, beach views, view of the city and Thomas Dr. Loved the location being on the quieter east end of the beach. Condo was well equipped with kitchen items, bedding and also had beach chairs and few water floats. Regency Towers was a good facility, everyone was friendly and everything worked! Overall great stay, Thanks Linda!

The beach was beyond beautiful! Calm waters and crystal clear. I think the cleaning crew is overwhelmed with COVID standards and may be skipping rentals. Our rental was very neglected. After speaking to Linda and sending pictures, she offered to resend the cleaning crew back out. She was very disappointed. We really appreciated her concern and follow-up.

Linda is awesome to work with! She responds to every email very quickly! We had an issue with the showers not draining and she had scheduled Maintenance to come fix it within no time at all. Condo was extremely clean as well.

It was a first family vacation and we loved it! The view is fantastic and the condo is great. We would definately stay there again.

Ms. Linda is completely amazing. The property looks exactly as pictured. I actually had to unfortunately do some work remotely and needed secured internet and not just the building wifi and Linda did everything she could to accommodate me and I greatly appreciate it. Also, this unit has every dish, utensils, and appliane you can think of and plenty of it so that made me very happy. My husband loves to cook breakfast kn the griddle and I have stayed almost every place in Panama city even at another unit in RT but this was by far the best unit for a family.

Had a great time at the property. Great condo! Dealing with Linda was great! Linda is a great hostess and kept us up to date on Covid news and regulations. She was most helpful and we appreciated her efforts.

Everything was perfect except the cleanliness of the unit. Being an older unit makes this more important. The bedding didn't fit the king bed and I do not believe the comforter and pillow shams had been washed.

This spot is wonderful for the family! The owner, Linda was a joy to work with. She was informative about the area and when we had a small issue in the room, we let her know and she got it fixed right away. The view is absolutely beautiful. My family & I sat on the balcony every single day! And it’s a super short walk to the beach!

Excellent sunset and sunrise views. Waves a tremendous therapy. Beds to sleep in. Kitchen to cook Balcony to lounge and watch the sting rays in the water. Then of course the sand to lie on and soak up rays. And waves to sing you to sleep or play in at will. Five exhausted teachers not so exhausted anymore.
