Everything was excellent. Only thing that would have been better is if there was an induction hotplate or something other than a microwave to heat / cook food.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Asheville, and the treehouse made the perfect home base! Excellent location within walking distance of downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Super quiet at night and we loved the front porch with all the wildlife!

Very old home in old neighborhood that is in transition. Close to grocery stores, downtown Asheville and 5 Points diner. Parking on the street was not as difficult as I expected. Host was very responsive.

Stayed there with just 2 of us. Easily could’ve been 4. All on the second story, but the rooms were spacious and the living room was very open for a good morning coffee and a relaxing evening. Walking distance to get groceries. Nearby to Downtown and a short drive to the arts district

Such a cute house and a perfect place for our trip. I took mom and we loved the treehouse feel and that we each had great space in the bedrooms. Excellent location close to it all. It was so nice to have Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's just steps away. Five Points diner is just feet from the house and was also a great breakfast spot. Management was very responsive and even offered a Biltmore discount. It was also a really clean rental. All-in-all... EXCELLENT! There are a lot of stairs, that would be the only downside I saw for some groups. There is no drive, just side-street parking, but we never had any issue finding something closeby.

This is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful with a huge window in the living area that overlooks the tops of trees. It's a very old (1907?) house with the high ceilings and large bedrooms that has been updated and very well maintained. We found it so charming! The temperature of the apartment and mattress/bedding were both very comfortable. There lots of interesting books and games, coffee, creamer, etc. We parked on a side street as the street in front was a bit tight and be prepared for lots of stairs to climb. The location is perfect for us -- close to a very beautiful walking trail that ends at a botanical garden with Harris Teeter/Trader Joe's just up the street a bit. One heads up, the kitchen has a nice dishwasher, microwave, and toaster but no cook stove.

Great property and location in Asheville! Walk to great breakfast, grocery stores and cute cocktail bar. Short Uber to entertainment. Wonderful two bedroom, tree top apartment. Nice front porch for morning coffee or evening wind down.

My friend and I were in Asheville for a wedding; I wanted to stay in/near Historic Montford and be able to walk downtown. I came across The Treehouse which was in the perfect location, and it offered my friend and I separate rooms with our own bed which was a bonus as most places within our budget were 1 bedrooms with a sofa sleeper. The apartment had everything we needed for the holiday weekend and was very cozy. So many vintage and charming details too! I even had the pleasure of meeting Pete on our second day, and he was delightful to chat with! The porch was so beautiful and the treetop views from the apartment were lovely. I would certainly stay again!

My friends and I had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed from dishes to towels. Such a beautiful home!

Clean property in a very walkable location. Felt secure and safe. Good energy. Would be nice to add an electric tea kettle for the tea drinkers of the world, but overall a great stay.

My mom said “I wish we could live here” and we all agreed! Great place for a fun weekend.

We were in Asheville for a girls’ getaway and this was just what we were looking for! It was close to downtown, within walking distance to 3 grocery stores and had a great porch to hang out on reading, chatting and watching the sunset. The space was perfect for the two of us with comfortable bedrooms and a nice “living room” with big windows and a comfortable couch. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Tree House to others.

Lovely stay in a charming place, in a charming neighborhood

This was great. My daughter and I met in Asheville for a long weekend. This unit was clean and affordable. The location was close to downtown, so walkable during the day. Central to other attractions. It was dark and quiet @ night. The neighborhood was safe. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights, 3 adult friends total, and this place was perfect. Easy check in, property owner is responsive and nice, gorgeous old house with great views and light, and location couldn’t be better. Loved it!

First visit to Asheville and from initial booking to check out everything went great! Great communication throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, rooms were nice size and we loved the big window in the living room area. Convenient to town, attractions and great restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Fine place. Lots and lots of stairs and parking on street is a bit awkward due to narrowness and traffic. No oven/ stove so be sure to read description thoroughly. Close to town for walking since parking downtown is difficult. No where to place a suitcase in rooms except on floor. Bathroom could use some hooks to hang up towels.

Adorable spot close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. There was no stove/oven. We enjoyed our stay.

This is right in the middle of things in Asheville - easy to walk right to the middle of downtown, also one block to grocery store and Trader Joe’s. Very spacious quarters in the upstairs of an old house. We stayed cozy the whole time even though the temp one night dropped below zero. The water line did freeze but the host worked much of the day Christmas Eve to get it fixed. Parking can be an adventure, as you have to park on a busy street, but we had no trouble. Overall a very nice experience!

Great location if you want to access downtown without needing to drive. The space was clean, comfortable and more spacious than I expected. The one street parking was available right across the street. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Asheville.

First I want to say that the property manager(s) were very easy to work with and helped us reschedule our original stay from earlier in the year due to a family emergency. The location is great for being able to walk to downtown Asheville. The house itself was great as well. Very relaxing and charming place to stay. Sitting on the front porch on a fall morning and having a cup of coffee was really nice. Definitely would recommend if you are wanting to stay somewhere nice that is close to downtown Asheville with the ability to walk there if you wanted.

This property was extremely comfortable and located close by to downtown Asheville. We were able to park the car and pretty much walk everywhere, including the grocery store which was next door. The space itself had a very warm vibe, was clean, and truly was represented well in the photos I viewed prior to visiting. If you are going to Asheville, this spot is wonderful!
