This beach house was a treasure! It was a five minute walk to put our toes in the water. Perfect for a daytime hangout, close enough to run back to the house is something was needed. The house came with everything you'd need for a fun afternoon - bikes, boogie boards, ping pong table. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, safe, and fun to walk through. The house itself was great, too. The living room was big enough for the five of us to spread out comfortably for movie nights. The bedrooms were huge and beds super comfy. I loved snuggling under the fluffy comforter. A bonus was the showers - great water pressure and plenty of hot water for all of us in the mornings! We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family get-away! It is definitely on my list of places to come back to!

This home is awesome for a large family get together. We've been here 2X celebrating a birthday. Great beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, bikes. Loved it all The house is great but I'm not sure if anyone really checks out the necessities. There are can openers that did not open cans, light bulbs out in each of the bathrooms, very little dish soap to hand wash dishes, and NO steak knifes. But these are little just little things you need to over come. Yes I would rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect and the house is large and very comfortable. The owners are wonderful to work with! We will definitely be coming back!

Our family of 4 and another enjoyed 2 nights at the house. Our teenage boys loved the paddle boards! They paddled all throughout the harbor and then rode a wave into the beach where we were set up. They also rode the bikes to a frozen yogurt shop not far away. The bikes, chairs and boogie boards were in excellent condition and there's no need to bring your own. The house is just a 1 minute walk to the beach. The sunsets were gorgeous. We found the owners to be very prompt in their communication and had absolutely no issues with the house. We'd definitely return!

Easy from start to finish. Comfortable clean and on top of the beach. Great adds in the garage for beach football and biking followed by evening ping pong. Great kitchen and gas grill made isolated cooking a breeze. Great stay!

The home was lovely, super clean and perfectly accommodated our large extended family. The location was very close to the beach we easily walked back and forth many times a day. The living area and kitchen table made for a great gathering area for food & games! The bedrooms were huge with soft comfy beds. I cannot say enough about this two day family stay....all was wonderful! Thank you, Laurie Steinfeld

Want a large place for family reunion or girls weekend this is the beach house for you. Beautifully furnished and a great home away from home. Has all the beach toys cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, paddle board, kayaks and even ping pong in the garage!! Peaceful beach, great walking and gorgeous sunsets!

The house is great . It has everything we need and just step away from the beach . The water is a bit cold . it is very relax and not crowded . Great place for relax getaway.

Our group had a terrific time at this beautiful beach house! The house is in great condition, and is a 90 second walk to the beach - what more can you ask for? We brought a group of 12 and the house still felt spacious. The owners were easy to work with, very friendly, and responded right away to any questions I had. I have rented several places from VRBO, and this was the best experience. Can't wait to come back next year!

We seriously LOVED this house! We had 6 adults and 6 children and we fit just perfectly. Loved that the downstairs is so open so we could all be together whether we were in the kitchen, living room or dining room. Bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms were nice. It's on a nice, quiet little street and we took the kids on walks and bike rides along Ocean Dr and felt like it was safe with few cars and a big bike lane. Tons of towels were provided and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We all loved the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and will be buying some for ourselves. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage which came in handy. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. We would not hesitate to return to this house and even rent the upper unit if our group expands much more.

This is a great place to stay for a large family. We really enjoyed our time in this area and the home made the experience even better. We haven't ever stayed this close to the beach before. We would come and go from the beach at our leisure. Other beaches we have stayed by we would load up with all the gear we needed for the day because it was too far to do in more than one trip. At this house we could go home to make a sandwich or go take a nap or grab a camera. If we forgot something, we would simply go home and get it. We would be back in our beach chair within 5 minutes. It was very convenient. We spent most of our time at the beach. We spent a day down at Point Dume and another day up at the Santa Barbara Zoo which was nice. We cooked most of our meals at the rental. The house is very clean and easy to clean if kids tracked sand inside. The beds are very comfortable. The stand up paddle boards are a lot harder to operate on rolling waves then I thought they would have been but it was fun trying them. The beach toys and chairs were sure nice to have. We had one little issue while we were staying there and the owner responded within the hour and took care of the problem very promptly. The downsides...It was a bit noisy when the upstairs neighbors stayed up talking and laughing. You can hear what they are talking about. At night we needed the widows open for cool air but the next house over had night owls that would stay up until early in the morning. When you are 8 feet away from their open windows it made it hard to sleep. We ended up buying earplugs and a fan so we could close the windows. There was not any parking on the streets during the 4th of July weekend and it was tight squeezing 5 vehicles in the driveway. I think it would be easy to get 6 small cars in the drive, no problem but SUVs and trucks are tricky. Once the holiday traffic left we could park at the end of the street with an easy walk. Over all it was really nice to stay here and I think that we created some memories for our kids. When we do it again, we will rent the whole house though. I would recommend this house to others.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The bedrooms are huge and lavish. We felt like we were at a 5-star beach hotel :) The beach is just a few houses away and is an easy walk. There are plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use along with a kayak and 2 paddle boards! Parking was easy. The kitchen is stocked and very convenient. We will definitely be back!!

The property was clean, new and spacious. We loved being so close to the beach. The Garage was stocked with, bikes, beach toys, kayaks and a ping pong table. The owners were extremely helpful and we would highly recommend this property!! Jill

Nice quiet location right next to the beach. The home has recently been renovated which is a plus. Also the owners are very nice and let you use their bikes and other beach toys! Overall, great rental!
