A lovely clean property- cosy feeling but with plenty of space for 5. Everything was provided and the flowers, cookies and cake went down a treat- Thankyou! The drive was resurfaced while we were there so you can ignore previous guests comments about how bad it was (we didn't see it as an issue before it was sorted anyway!) Excellent stay at the Hayloft. Very comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the courtyard garden. Layout inside worked really well for us: our teens enjoyed the downstairs bedrooms and the large upstairs bathroom was great. Very friendly host and good communication about everything. The Hayloft is a spacious, well-equipped and comfortable cottage in a quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it. The only negative, which is nothing to do with the property itself, is the pot-holed road on which the cottage is sited. However this is mentioned in the details when making a booking, so was not unexpected. It would certainly not put us off returning in the future.

Lovely little cottage, plenty of towels and spare bedding. My son loved the selection of DVDS, Netflix and the 3 big boxes of toys in his bedroom. We stayed over Halloween and the owner had decorated the cottage and left us a pumpkin to carve. A nice touch.

Fantastic place. Really enjoyed our stay. Great value for money, pub down the road, well equipped for kids and grown ups, and a very cosy cottage.

The cottage was very clean, in a peaceful setting. We were a family party of four, and found the sleeping, bathroom arrangements difficult, my husband and myself were to have the bottom room, but we were not able to access both sides of the bed, the space along the bottom being only 6 inches wide, the shower room was so tiny it was impossible for us to use comfortably , even our daughter and her partner, found the shower room uncomfortable. Having changed rooms and having a large beautiful bathroom I was not able to access the bath/ shower because the was a fixed shower screen, this in no way would be a problem to many people but was for me.
