Really nice place.
Really nice place. Modern kitchen. Own parking space. 5 - 10 minute walk to town centre where there are a few food places although a lot seem to close during the week.

Lovely cottage, well equipped. Really nice neighbours also.
Literally the only 'problem' I could think of was no real ale pubs around, with one decent looking one now out of business (covid lockdown loss it seems, sadly) , a bar type (not for me) and a working man's club type with only 2 ales on tap, so that's more Millom's issue than the cottage.
Worth the money, well done to the owner for a proper holiday home and very helpful on the phone.
