Had a very pleasant stay at this condo. We had family of 5 with kids between 10-16 years old. Condo has three bedrooms which was nice. It was well equipped, great view of the gulf, and location was great near restaurants, grocery store, and anything else needed. The pool was clean and we used every day on way back from beach. We also grilled out one night by pool and was nice to have grills close to pool to hang out while cooking. The owner was very responsive to my couple of questions. Thanks!

The condo was very nice and very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was near everything. Would stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Had in small issue with the tub the owner had it fixed within a couple of hours.

We enjoyed our time at this condo in Orange Beach. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The balcony had a great view of the gulf. This condo is in a great location. We were in the heart of all the attractions we wanted to see (The Wharf, beach, Flora-Bama, an abundance of great restaurants).

We loved the condo! It was extremely clean, love the all white bedding! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any condo I have ever stayed at, and it has an icemaker! Will definitely book again!

Wonderful place to vacation with the family. Plenty of space and beautiful views from the balconies. Washer and dryer were a huge plus for our stay. Highly recommend.

This was a well supplied kitchen and a comfortable stay. Our grandchildren were a variety of ages and there was something for everyone.

This was the most well stocked kitchen and bath in a unit I have ever stayed in . I would give it 6 stars if I could .

Front door dead bolt lock didn’t work

Unit was nice but for the price it needed some maintenance especially in the shower.

Would stay again. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced soon. My complaint with all condos is lack of hooks along long hallway for beach hats, towels, beach bags, swimsuits etc....

We enjoyed our stay. Most of our time was spent on beach or on the balcony. The location of condo and unit were great! Kitchen appliances were clean and kitchen was well stocked. Linens were clean!!!

Overall we had a wonderful experience and loved the condo!! Great location to everything in town!! Especially loved the corner balcony being so big and had a great view of the beach and pool. The size of the condo was great, but pictures made it seem a bit larger than it actually was for the living space, but otherwise it was a great place to stay. Appreciated the extra mattress we found under the master bed for use. My only complaint was with the cleanliness of the condo and this was on housekeeping and not the owner. I had to speak to them three times about the condo’s condition when we arrived and it never got fixed until we had left. Again, not the owner of the condos fault at all. I finally spoke with the manger for housekeeping and she is taking care of my concerns and addressed them appropriately, even after-the-fact. Just wish she would’ve done so sooner. Would love to stay here again!!!

great place to stay. Cleaning could have been better.

The bathrooms were too small. The furniture in the living area was out dated. It sit too low to floor and was hard to get out of. The Recliner was rickety.

My family was absolutely pleased with the condo at Phoenix 7.Beautiful views.The condo was spacious, clean and happily decorated.We wil definelty come here again and stay at same condo.My husband spoke with Susan and she was very gracious and informative.

Wonderful location, fabulous views and spacious condo! footsteps from the beach and centrally located to everything! Owner was quick to respond if we had any questions. Complex was quiet and spotless!!!

The condo was over the top with nice furnishings with every pot, pan, dish or gadget you can think of. The unit was quiet, had an excellent view and, to us, perfect. We had planned this beach vacation for years and this unit met every expectation.

Wonderful, home feeling condo. Great views. Also, I was impressed with the amenities offered...racquetball, wolley ball, basketball, tennis, and so on. Each one the kids were allowed to check out the necessary equipment to play. This is my favorite location - near OB downtown, the bridge, close to everything. Great shower, beds, ice maker, keurig coffee maker.

The unit was great. The building could have been cleaner but still nice. We will be back!

We loved staying here. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Great access to pools, beach, restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely stay again!

What a great stay we had. And such a roomy place. And because it’s at the end the balcony is really big. Definitely will be going back.

We stayed from the beginning of January until March 8th, 2022. The condo was okay, outdated, and not real clean (Mold in areas) and the furniture was not comfortable(outdated). Maintenance was good. The balcony overlooked the beach, and it was a spectacular view, although, there was construction happening on a high-rise building next door. Sitting out on the balcony was great on some Saturdays and always on Sundays. Otherwise Monday thru Friday/some Saturdays it was so noisy and loud with construction noise that you couldn't hear the other person you were talking with. We were not informed about this before renting the condo. We asked the owner to compensate but Su Su refused. If you plan to rent, please ask if there is construction next door before you book.

This was one of the best vacations we have had! The condo was wonderful! Games, Keurig, view, and labels on the switches were all appreciated! The decor was beautiful! Wonderful stay and would stay again! Thank you!

My sister and I just completed a weeklong stay in this lovely, comfortable condo and we did not want to leave! This spacious condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished with stunning views from every room. The weather was very uncooperative (thanks, Tropical Storm Nicholas) so we were very glad to have a comfortable home to hole up in and watch movies while we waited out storms! When the rain wasn't blowing sideways, we loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the beach. We used the two king bedrooms and both beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful and well-stocked for simple meal prep. The condo was immaculate when we arrived so we had zero apprehension about cleaning protocols. We had no problem with parking or elevator access, as we were in OB just after the end of the summer season. The Phoenix VII building is well located to everything you could possibly need. We're already hoping for a return visit to this lovely condo in the near future. The owners were so lovely to communicate with, as well! The overall experience was perfect and I can't recommend this condo more!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in! Very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and the kids loved their time here.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The location was great! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the master suite balcony watching the boats go out from the bay and then the wonderful view from the gulf side balcony! Definitely had the best of both! Many times the lines were so long we had to take the stairs. Luckily we were on the sixth floor still with two very pregnant moms and three children ages two, three and four it was a challenge. That is to no fault of the owners they were great. Highly recommend this condo.
