Truly ski in ski out. Comfort condo. The property needs a little work and updating. Hot tub on our floor was out of order and, gym was small and old equipment, and the indoor/outdoor pool was ok outdoor hot tub was not hot. Enjoyed it but could be a little better

The hostess was very responsive. The area was a little smaller than we anticipated. The condo was super close to the ski lift. Overall, a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The couch and beds were comfortable. The location is amazing with easy access to the slopes. We loved the balcony and the fireplace. Highly recommend.

The owner of this condo is excellent. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the condo and get in. Plus, she provided eating options and activities in the area. The condo is just a short walking distance from the Alpine slide, coaster, the zip line, and several chair lifts. We were there in August and were not aware that in the event of an electrical storm, the zip, chair lifts, coaster and Alpine slide are shut down. If possible, check the weather before you plan your stay. The condo was perfect for the three of us. The loft bedroom was a hit with the teenager. The beds were comfy. Note: if you are short and not too spry, you may have trouble getting into the bed in the master bedroom, as it is really high. One last thing - this condo has an A/C unit above the sliding glass door in the living room and the master bedroom. We turned the unit in the master bedroom as low as it would go for cool and found that it drips water, but if we kept the temp around 70, it had no problems. The A/C in the living room works well to cool the loft. There is a ceiling fan that moves the air and a nice big fan in the loft to keep it from getting too warm. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for the slopes with the lifts being a couple of minutes walk. Condo was well fitted out. We had the best time.

We had a great time staying here, and Christy was a great host! The location was amazing, the check in/check out instructions were clear and easy. We had a great time and would love to come back.

The unit is steps from the lift! It is very close to everything in the mountain village, and it is a short drive from town. The kitchen area is more efficiency-sized with a regular size refrigerator. The living room is very tiny and almost too small for four of us but definitely doable. Great small place close to the slopes!

Loved being right in the middle of everything! And the bus stop is right there too. Everything was just like vrbo site described. Also loved the entryway coat and ski rack … held all our gear so we didn’t have to check it everyday. Wonderful stay!

We loved our time in this ski in ski out condo. Perfect for ski school drop off, apres ski at Pig Pen and a wonderful sleigh ride up to Snowed Inn. The condo is well stocked and kid friendly but well maintained. The beds were comfy and the sheets were amazing. We will be back! So much fun and so much snow!!!

Had an excellent 5 night stay. Place has lots of room, it was super clean, Christy was a wonderful and easily accessible host, and the location is unbeatable. Steps to the lift and we easily caught the bus to Main St. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor/outdoor facility, and we loved the hot tubs. 100% recommend!

Loved the amount of space and location. Got to check out village and iceskate without having to drive. My daughter is 10 so she does not last all day. The convenience of ski in ski out was great, Very clean and host was quick to respond.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, very clean & well equipped. Christy, the condo owner was very responsive & super kind + helpful. The only little glitch was the elevator wasn’t working when we arrived. So we had to carry all of our luggages 3 flights of stairs to our condo. Luckily the next day, the elevator worked again. Other than that, great place to stay & ski.

Overall excellent unit. Great location . The host was extremely helpful. Indoor parking . Nicely furnished. The outdoor heated pool and tub with beautiful view of the mountains was great. I would be definitely rebooking this unit in the future.

We loved our stay. It’s a great amount of space for a family of four. The location can’t be beat for skiing. We appreciated the humidifier and boot/glove dryers (and other thoughtful touches). The shared laundry down the hall was also convenient and never too busy. We hope to stay again!

If you are going to ski or bike Park City Mountain this is perfect!

This property was fun, accessible, and a pleasure to stay in. We were surprised at how many area attractions were within walking distance. Some of the utilities outside the apartment were difficult to access, but this had nothing to do with the apartment owner. This property was a beautiful location for our Park City stay.

This property worked great for our family and it is located right in the mountain village. The owners were great to work with.

The location is great! There is a bus stop right in front of the resort. The buses will pretty much take you anywhere in Park City or at least walking distance to the attractions! The rooms were comfortable for tired feet! The fireplace was a welcome warmth to a cool evening! It is a great location to the ski slopes. It was a wonderful stay!

Just what we were looking for. The unit is a modern and nice one bedroom with a loft, separated by an adjoining door. We liked this feature as we could keep it closed so the kids didn’t wake us in the morning. Nice views of the mountain as it is slope side, with a fun inside/outside pool in the neighboring building. Covered parking was a nice perk as Park City was insane with people. The common areas of the building were a bit dated and worn - nothing I wouldn’t expect for a location that gets as much traffic as it probably does and there isn’t much the unit owners can do about that. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed even though we didn’t cook much. We all had a great trip and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great spot at PC. Everything is convenient. Ski in/ski out. Hot tub. Ice rink nearby. Coffee shop close. Cozy condo. Parking was convenient as well. Would stay in again in the future.

WOW, what a great property!! The condo is literally steps from Payday lift, ski lessons, ski rentals, shopping, restaurants and more! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay! Check in was a breeze, and parking available in garage right under unit. Condo has everything we needed for a comfortable stay after a long day on the slopes, and an added PLUS is the hotub 2 doors down! We will be back next year!!!

My husband and I, daughter and son-in-law stayed in this wonderful condo during our ski vacation this year. First time in this condo, but we have stayed in Christy’s other condo numerous times. Christy is friendly and responsive - everything you could ask for in a host. The place itself is comfortable, spacious for the 4 adults we had there. On an under-the-weather day I was able to watch the college ski races while sitting on the sofa. The location is outstanding! We will be back!

Just returned from 5 days at this terrific condo! It's located steps from 4 lifts (Payday, Crescent, and First Time and 3 Kings). The condo sits above a coffee shop/breakfast place and across a path from a coffee stand. Both were perfect. We rented skis and Jackson's Base Camp which was right around the corner. They were awesome and fit us perfectly for our skis. The ice rink is right there as well. The condo was super clean. The beds were great! Furniture was clean and comfortable. Overall, a truly great property in a perfect location. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great access to the payday lift and gets you anywhere at PCMR. Free Bus system is just steps away for access to the town for dinners and drinks. Great communication with the owners before the trip.

This place was a win. The location was great and the property had everything we needed. Close proximity to historic downtown was also a plus.

It’s so nice to stay at Park City Mountain Base, convenient to go back to condo and take a break and then back for afternoon skiing. This condo is clean and comfortable, not as roomy as others I’ve stayed in, it has all the gadgets you need for cooking, however the appliances are very small, the stove is not made to cook a real meal. We did enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, fully equipped, and cozy. Cristy and her husband were very accessible and quick to respond to any of our questions. Loved the location! Would definitely stay here again!
