Our place was great. We have stayed there 3 years in a row. The owner is very responding. The condo is fully stocked of whatever you need. The place is always spotless.

We unfortunately picked a weekend that a tropical decided to hit. So we were very thankful to have such a nice place to stay. It was clean everything was label for ease of turning on lights and use of remotes. The condo was plenty big enough for a four year old to play without being under foot. The beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in the living room. The location was great. The owner was friendly and responsive to any questions.

This was our first time staying in this condo and we will definitely return. The condo was spotless, had all the essentials, was in a great location and Dan Z was very communicative. I truly appreciated the hand written welcome note. Nice touch. We will be back! Thank you!

For all but just a couple missed years between, we've been doing an annual golf trip to OCMD since '96 and we can all confidently say this was hands down the best place we've ever stayed. It is well appointed, perfectly clean, and the location is phenomenal. Just a couple minor things would have put it over-the-top perfect: 1) The code for the elevator was not in the check-in instructions. Luckily another tenant/owner showed up and shared it with us because had they not, we would have been stuck in the parking area until we were able to reach Dan. 2) At least one extra roll of TP for each bathroom and a few spare trash liners would have been useful. Had our stay lasted just one more day we would have run out of TP completely. And after tossing the kitchen trash liner the first night with some crab shells, we were surprised to realize there were no extras anywhere. It wasn't that big of a deal to go buy some, but I can't say it wasn't an inconvenience. That said, Dan's place is awesome and we're already banking on returning next year. Satisfied customers!

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Ocean City. Dan’s condo is beautiful, clean, modern, spacious and a short walk away from the beach. Dan’s very friendly and informative. We hope to return in the future!

They condo is ammaculate. Plenty of places to relax. Plenty of kitchen utensils & fully stocked kitchen. The condo is very convenient to restaurants, the beach and to jump on & off the bus. We love staying in the condo, lovely pool on the roof with beautiful views of the condo. Parking is awesome. You do not ever have to worry about not having a spot. The owner really takes care of the property. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy our vacation in your condo!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything was neat and organized beautiful and clean! It was close to everything the beach was not crowded and my family loved the waves great restaurants, nearby and shopping. We hope to come back again we had an awesome time!!

I really like this place and i’m going to stay again. you won’t be disappointed . everything very modern and a lot of space. very clean and perfect for a family of 6 . Dan is a first class guy. hands down easy to talk to and will help you with anything.

The place was beautiful….location was perfect….condo was spacious and clean and well kept! Wish the Keurig would had worked but not a big deal. Loved the storage for our beach stuff and not needing to worry with the sand. Our family would highly recommend this property and Dan was a wonderful host and was available for any questions we had before and during our stay

We went for my daughters wedding. The condo was very nice and very clean. Very convenient location not far from from a lot of places I needed to go. I was very happy and gracious with my stay. Dan let us check into the condo early.

The place was roomie, It is convenient To have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We were there in town for a convention, so we only really slept and showered in the home. It was nice to have such a cleans place to be in to do those things.

This condo was perfect for our group and the location made it easy for us to enjoy all of the events that we had planned. The condo was so comfortable and everything that we could have needed was there for us. We had beautiful views of the Bay also. We hope to be able to make a return visit next year. It was beautiful, wasn’t aware there would be no toilet paper when we got there. We had to use paper towels to wipe for our arrival pee. The one bathroom door was rigged open went to shut and came off track. And the book said we would have two parking passes and there was only one. But everything else was perfect and it was very beautiful and what we expected!

All was as advertised. Great trip.
