Incredibly happy with our experience at Phoenix West. This condo and property were both beautiful! The condo was very clean. We had 6 adults and a toddler traveling and this unit has so much room for all of us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. If we are ever in Orange Beach again we will definitely be coming back to Phoenix West.

This is a great unit, very clean and so cute inside. Perfect location with lots of space and large balcony with wonderful water and sunrise views. Easy beach access. The pool, slide and lazy river were enjoyed by all. Highly recommend.

Excellent location . Absolutely beautiful condo. Had everything we needed. Every single employee of the property was friendly and asked how we were doing.
Had an issue with dishwasher and broken toilet seat which was resolved very quickly!

The room was spectacular. It was decorated very nice.
My review is based on the week we stayed and the AC was not working - this review does not include this and we are to be compensated for this but will update this review once this has been taken care of. We stayed during the week of July 4th.
We had 9 total that stayed during this trip and we enjoyed the room. Everyone had plenty of space and bathrooms galore. The balcony view was spectacular. The only complaint about the condo in general was how busy the elevators were. But we learned the trick is to ride the elevator up or down to not wait twenty mins for the specific direction you were heading.
The lazy river was a nice treat and the slide at one end is fun for all ages. The outdoor pool was nice treat. The indoor pool is large and is not heated but the two hot tubs were very enjoyable.
The beach was mostly clean and easily accessed. The beach chair rentals - not through the condo - were over priced compared to other locations.
The condo was close to some attractions such as fat daddy’s arcade, adventure island, and others. Docs seafood was close and very good place to eat, we also went to bubbas seafood which was very good as well.
There was multiple fireworks shows on the Fourth of July. Great view from the beach but from the balcony some of the other condos blocked some of the views.
Overall we enjoyed our stay besides a few small things and would probably stay again.

We had a great time, there was plenty of space for everyone and everything was clean. Any/all staff was very helpful and polite. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for a better time to just relax and have fun with the kids and grandkids. Definitely will be where we stay for future vacations.

We had a nice stay. Lots of space for everyone. Wonderful views of the gulf and it was so easy to enjoy the beach. Kiddo had lots of fun with lazy river and the water slide.

The property fit our family perfectly. The great room was spacious and ocean views were spectacular. We so appreciated the indoor pool and hot tubs. We'd highly recommend staying!

Pros: Fabulous location right on the beach. Stunning view & sunrise can't be beat. The condo has generously sized rooms & living area. Nicely decorated. Each bedroom has own bath which is a plus for all "adult" guests. Large separate ice maker.
Cons: Desperately needs deep cleaning throughout. Kitchen appliances are old & in disrepair (missing shelves in an old fridge that is already undersized for # of guests. Temp/Time display on oven not clearly readable) Kitchen trash can cabinet is super dirty. Inside trash can was a gooey mess. Not sure it's ever been cleaned. Lacks some kitchen basics: no cutting board, or missing measuring cups & only 2 wine glasses for a place that sleeps 8. Bedroom fans loaded with dust. Dust on bedroom baseboards. Drawer of nightstand was filthy with crumbs, lint & hair clip left behind. Towels are very thin, rough & cheap. When they say "starting supply" of kitchen supplies - they mean it. Maybe 2-3 days of dish soap & one dishwashing pod. Bring your own!

Plenty of room for all of us! There were 5 adults and 2 teenagers staying together in this condo. It was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and spacious so we never felt cramped or in each other’s way. The sunrises from the huge balcony were absolutely breathtaking. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze, even with 3-4 “chefs” in there at the same time. The lazy river with a slide and the pool were fun and relaxing for both the adults and the teens. We will definitely recommend this condo to other friends and family. Can’t wait to book here again! We loved every minute of our stay.

Super beautiful facility as soon as you pull up on the property. The condo was beautifully decorated & every one in my party was impressed, so much so they were video taping & sharing with their family members. We will be back for sure.

Everything about this place was fabulous. The house was super nice and the property was great too. The kids went down the slide no less than 500 times each over the course of the week and we all enjoyed the lazy river. Everything was easy access and enjoyable.There were 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 kids ages 3-11 and we all had plenty of room. I highly recommend this property, it will not disapoint.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. View was gargeous. Condo was exactly at it appeared on the photos. It was really nice having a bathroom for each bedroom and an extra half bath in the hall area. Pools was nice...loved the lazy River. The only suggestion I have is the balcony is so large it would be nice to have another table or more chairs. We will stay again.

Beautiful spacious condo
Beautiful condo on the 21st floor of Phoenix West! The unit had plenty of room for all of us - 5 adults, 2 kids 1 toddler. Was very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The balcony is huge. The only negative I have is that the unit was not clean. Sticky counter tops, food on the floor from previous stays..the vacuum didn’t work so not sure the last time it was done. Overall, happy with our stay, just hard to swallow the cleaning fee when we had to come in and clean the place. Would stay again and looking forward to our next trip to Orange Beach!

Love the Lazy River & the View
Very Nice and awesome view on the 29th floor of the sunrise/sunset! We saw dolphins swimming in the mornings!
Lots of room for families with children. The Netflix came in handy as well for the kids. We'll be back!

Could be great
Our first time at Orange Beach. We loved Phoenix West, the lazy river was a big hit with the kids. The unit is very spacious with a huge balcony. The family room and kitchen had tons of space.
The unit was dirty when we arrived, food crumbs and sand all over the floors. The kitchen counters was also sandy. The master bedroom sheets had hair on them. I addressed the cleanliness issues with the property manager however I never received a response. We paid over hefty fee for cleaning, it really should have been in perfect condition.
For the price tag the unit could use some updating, the walls need repainting, the sheets don’t fit the beds properly and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable.
I hope the property manager and owner reads this review and does something about the housekeeping since this isn’t the first review mentioning the condo being dirty at check in.
