I’ve been coming to HHI for 15 years. We always stay in Forest Beach area. We have had 2 bedroom condos to 10 bedroom houses. This accommodated my sister and I and our families and there was enough space we weren’t crammed. The pool area is fenced in so to speak so you have to go through the condos to get there thus no one can get in from the outside. It’s very safe. Dishes are plentiful, couch was amazing. Within walking distance to the beach and coligny. Perfect.

Great condo! Well appointed and location was perfect. If you have little ones, would recommend a baby gate as the stairs are a little steep. The only thing I would say negative (which wasn’t a big deal) the downstairs bathroom door doesn’t shut well and there’s no lock. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. John was quick to communicate and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

What a great place to spend our spring break!! There was plenty of room for 9 of us, mostly adults, to spend time in the clean, beautiful indoors. But we didn't want to do much of that! The pool was well-maintained and never busy, even for spring break time. The beach was a quick walk away, and the Piggly Wiggly got lots of our business because it was so close and convenient, as were the shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental!

The townhouse is clean and in a nice quiet complex with a pool. Being close to all the Coligny restaurants, shops and piggy wiggly was perfect. The beach is nice and a pretty easy 3-4 block walk or bike ride. Bike shop is a 4 minute walk away. Just rent some bikes and leave the car parked for the week.

Perfect weekend stay for RBC Heritage Tournament. Condo was very clean and we couldn't have found a better spot.

Clean and close to many restaurants

We loved the condo for our family and friends. 2 spacious master bedrooms, wonderful kids bunk bed room and an extra special nook for relaxing. The owners were quick to respond and all was there that we needed for our stay.

Walking distance to Coligny Beach and the shopping center. Very quiet area, house was super clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed staying there very much.

We had a terrific time. The Townhome was clean and week equipped with all we needed. Very close to every shop with access to a pool and the beach. Great place to spend a relaxing long weekend before all the craziness coming with a wedding!

I really enjoyed this place, when I first walked in the place smelled and looked clean. I had one issue that was not the fault of the hoist but John the hoist did everything he could to help fix the problem. John was a great hoist and I would recommend this place as a great place to stay.

We had a great trip! Place was extremely clean and cozy for two families of 4. Was great addition having the pool and grill. Walking distance to the beach wasn’t too bad and took advantage of getting ice on the way from Coligny.

The location was great close to shopping and beach.

This place is the cleanest condo we have ever rented! It is well supplied with all of your kitchen needs as well as some perfect touches of comfort such as cozy blankets to use while watching TV. The kitchen setup was convenient in that the trash could easily be taken out by using the kitchen “back door” right directly into the outdoor trash bins which were odor FREE. Our bikes could be stored into this trash bin area as well where a hose was also located to clean off sand before entering. My mother could not stop commenting on the unique decor in every room! It was so convenient to be supplied with ample bath towels and bed linens. The beds were very comfortable as well! The condo is nestled in a quiet area right in town. Only .2 mile walk or bike ride to the beach! The Piggly Wiggly is even closer! There was no need to use our car once we arrived! We had groceries delivered when we arrived and sent our teenagers to the store when we needed anything! Coligny Beach is one of the nicest beaches we have visited on the east coast. The tides are extreme which leaves for a long, flat, hard sand beach. Bikes can be ridden on the sand by the water, and we enjoyed playing all kinds of beach sports. The water was so warm and clean! The swimming pool is about 10 steps from the condo patio too! My niece absolutely loved her unique bedroom/office on the third floor. The third floor could get quite warm even with the added air conditioner unit. There is a ceiling fan and additional fans to use. We arranged sleeping arrangements for our family by placing people in bedrooms based on their temperature preferences to sleep. All in all everyone was pleased with their bedrooms! We are typically not kind of family who repeats vacations, but we all agreed that we would be happy to return to this exact condo next summer!

We had a blast at this place. Four adults, one preschooler, one infant. The location and walkability was perfect. The place was well appointed and plenty of space! The access to pool was especially nice being right outside the back entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. This place cannot be beat if you hope to travel by foot or by bike to the many area attractions. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and has ample space for two families of four. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

Great location near the beach, restaurants, park and more, and convenient access to the pool on-site. The bunk room was great for the multiple children in our party.

This home was the perfect size for two families slept 4 adults and 5 kids comfortably. Pool was clean and right outside our door. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time! Thanks John and family.

Loved the location, so close to everything. The rental itself was super comfortable for my family. You can tell the owners of this air b&b take extra steps to make sure you have a comfortable stay. More then 1 roll of TP which was a bonus and has never been the case with any previous rentals. Much appreciated!

Definitely a family type vacation property- beach close and pool closer. All amenities and great owner!

Great location. Couldn't get any closer to the sand without booking a place on the beach. Despite having a car for transportation we walked to the beach, shopping plaza, and restaurants every day. Location felt very safe at all times and our kids loved it. Unit was well cared for and clean. Great communication with property managers. Would stay here again for sure.

The Upstairs Bedroom (in Closet) does not have proper Ventilation
