We loved being on the beach, waking up and sitting on the balcony every day and the convenience of many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Checking in is a bit of a hassle and the alloted parking spot is a little tough getting into. You can definitely hear the airplanes starting around 3 a.m which the description says you don't hear them at all. Not to much later, around 6.m people come to work out on the beach so you will hear them also. We did love opening the sliding doors and enjoying the breeze. The a/c has a musty basement smell any time it's turned on. The king size bed isn't comfortable. The connection with the t.v in the livingroom isn't great. It was nice having a washer and dryer but the condo gets hot with the dryer is on and with the smell of the a/c I didn't want to have it on much. The shower has hardly any water pressure and the way it's set up the floor gets soaked. Water doesn't get to warm either. Although there was a few things that can be fixed we didn't reach out to the host only because we felt these issues couldn't have been resolved in the period of time we were there. However we did have to reach out in the beginning for check in and everything was pleasant.

We had such a great time at Beatrice’s condo! The condo is immaculate! The location is perfect!! The pool was great! And the views from the condo are to die for! We can’t wait to return!

Stayed here for 1 week with my husband and and 2 kids. The location was amazing, plenty of shops/restaurants In walking distance. Just 8 minutes from the airport, can’t beat that! The view from the condo was breathtaking. Working with Beatrice was top notch, I highly recommend staying.

The property was located wihin walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The unit was well appointed and clean. Our only issue was the internet and television were not working when we arrived and, being the weekend, no one could be reached immediately. As it was a working vacation for me, no internet did create a problem so I would suggest getting an after hours contact number beforehand.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at the condo. We were grateful to Carmen and Beatrice for being responsive to text messages. They arranged to have someone come and clean after each week and the cleaning was spot on! We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. The beach and the pool are lovely places to take a book and read., The condo provided us with a delightful place to enjoy our beach vacation.

Needs some TLC (Tender Loving Care) New Pots & Pans. Refrigerator Ice Machine did not work, panel was coming off, kitchen ceiling and balcony railing needs to be painted, the towel bar in the bathroom was rusted and kept falling down. The beach and the view are beautiful, but when you pay for an upgrade and don't get all the things you paid for It's disappointing. The street area outside the building is not as described, It's run down.

We enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde. The beach was gorgeous. Beatrice was a great communicator and very helpful!

Beautiful apartment view is exactly as pictured, I really appreciated Beatrice’s ‘cheat sheet’ she took the time to put together with area recommendations. Very convenient location, I decided not to rent a car and there was no issues many options within walking distance and Uber were readily available and cheap if I felt like venturing out further. I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. It is stocked with 3 beach chairs and even an umbrella! The 8th floor is just right - you can hear the waves. We have stayed at the Marbella Oeste for 8 years in a row, and it is our favorite place to stay. The location is great. The ocean view is breathtaking and unbeatable. I haven't been to Puerto Rico in December, and it's magical! If you go in mid December, plan to see the Christmas boat parade in OSJ!

PLEASE USE THE WAZE APP AS YOUR GPS!!! IT HELPED US GET AROUND THE ISLAND WITH GREAT EASE!!! PLEASE DON’T LOSE THE KEYS(AS I DID) IT WILL COST YOU INCONVENIENCE AND FINANCIALLY!!! NOT TO MENTION INCONVENIENCE TO BEATRICE!!! THANK YOU BEATRICE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID!!! YES, I RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!

We had a great week celebrating our 1-year anniversary at the Marbella Del Caribe condo. The unit was a perfect little home away from home. We loved that we had laundry on hand so we didn't have to pack as much, and the A/C was a great perk. The views were amazing, and easy access to everything. I would note that on Friday/Saturday nights it can get quite loud, as all the kids listen to music on the beach until the early morning. Overall, we had a great stay. Thanks Beatrice!

We recently spent 8 nights in this condo and loved it! Perfect ‘home base’ for our vacation. The condo was clean, and located right at the beach. There is a nice pool as well, it was so warm and relaxing! Beatrice was great with communication. We didn’t have hot water the first day and she took care of it first thing the next day. She was responsive to any questions we had, and even tried to help us find a place to stay when Hurricane Dorian delayed our travel back home. There are beach towels, a cooler, and chairs (camp style) available for use. I prefer loungers, and there was a rental place right outside with $4 chairs and $10 umbrellas! There were a few things that could use improvement but that didn’t make our trip any less enjoyable: the ice maker doesn’t work, so we had to buy our own; the pots and pans aren’t great quality, but served their purpose; the sliding glass door handles were broken and the door was very hard to open and close. Like I said, just some minor things that didn’t cause us not to enjoy our stay! Overall I would definitely recommend staying in this unit, you won’t regret it!

From booking, check in, check out and the apartment itself was perfect! Everything you could need from cooler, beach chairs, cups, towels, ect.....PERFECT! Will be back soon!!!

We loved our stay here. It was very clean, secure, and looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable! Beatrice was kind enough to send us very detailed information of things to do on the island. Great location, just 15 minutes from old San Juan. Located right on the beach, the beach was super clean!! We loved that there was beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella for us to use at the beach!! Such a nice touch!! It made our beach day so much more comfortable!!! Definitely will rent from her again and also recommend this place to others!!! Thank you, Beatrice, for a great stay!!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The unit is very clean and well-maintained, with everything you would need, including cookware, beach chairs and cooler. The beds were very comfortable. The view is priceless and the Marbella building is very secure with many amenities, including a nice pool and a playground. The location is perfect; you just walk through the back gate and you are on a beautiful beach. There are many choices of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Old San Juan is just a quick Uber ride away and the rainforest and snorkeling excursions are only 45 minutes to the east. Beatrice was a pleasure to work with; she was responsive and thorough, and provided clear, detailed instructions on everything in the unit as well as a much-appreciated detailed list of information and suggestions about restaurants, nightlife, day trips, and transportation. It’s like having your own personal tour guide! We hope to return to Puerto Rico in the future and would happily stay at any of Beatrice’s properties.

Beatrice's place is the PERFECT PLACE for a getaway to warm weather. We visited the last week of January when Upstate NY was in a deep freeze. Perfect. We have rented two other units in this building in the past. The layout of Beatrice's is the BEST. It is open, has the washer and dryer, and updated AC. We never had any real issues, just small ones. Some lights & bulbs, no big deal. But, Beatrice was ON IT! Very nice lady. If we could have given it (10) stars, we would have. The staff in the building are friendly and very helpful. Rent it ! You'll love it!

First let me say Beatrice is a wonderful histess. She communicates promptly which is critical with this type of booking. The location is prime as we are right on the beach and steps from restaurants, stores, and bars. The apt. offered all that we needed if we chose to prepare our meals. The A/C and wi-fi were spot on. My daughter and I rented Beatrice's condo for 3 days, and it had to be one of the best locations I have stayed in my 16 years of coming to Isla Verde. Close to everything, there was nothing that we could not get within a short walk from the condo. The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated, and we loved the balcony, and that we were right on the beach. Beatrice was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Place was as advertised, spotless and perfect location. We stayed May 4th-14th and spent most days on the beach. Everything she recommended was spot on, from restaurants to car rentals, even the beach chair and umbrella guy was outstanding. Beatrice was very easy to deal with. Any question or concerns were answered or handled promptly. Location was perfect, close to airport, restaurants, big hotels, very active yet very peaceful. Can’t wait to do it again. Looking forward to next time.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our brief stay in this apartment. It is a perfect alternative to a hotel in the San Juan area. Amazing to wake up to the views of the ocean out the bedroom and living room. The apartment is clean, the bed and the sleeper couch are both very comfortable. Everything you need is there along with some little extras in the kitchen. The building is a little dated but it did not detract from our stay. We used the beach and the pool. Old San Juan is about 20 minutes by car. Isla Verde kind of reminded us of North Miami Beach if you are familiar with that residential area. Stores and restaurants across the street from the building were great. You might try Los Gorditos, which is a sort of fast food restaurant for Puerto Rican food (well 3 of 4 us really liked it).

Perfect oceanfront vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Beatrice's condo in February 2018. It was spotless, well-maintained, comfortable furniture (comfy bed!), and a perfect location. We spent most of our time either on the beach playing in the waves, on the balcony, or at a great beachfront restaurant a five-minute walk away (El Alambique!). Highly recommend!

Clean. Comfortable. Up to date. Great views. Nice night life, yet still quiet. Close to freeways. All the ammenities I have in my home are here. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Thank you Beatrice! See you soon. God bless.

Omg! Just like the pictures beautiful. The condo has nice decor, stunning views, Very clean, everything one could ask for to use and The security is perfect and everyone is friendly and helpful. My husband and I were there for over a week and felt at home. Beatrice was very quick to her response when we had questions and can't wait to go back next year.
