Location! By far the best most convenient location you could ever ask for! Corner unit in the bottom floor with tons of space for a large group!

Clean with oodles of amenities. Loved being on the first floor for easy access to ocean, pool and car. Our family (grandparents and family of 4) had an excellent stay. We look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our week at the corner ground floor condo. Easy walk down the boardwalk and sand mat to the beach which was great for the older person in our group (85).
We had a problem with one of the showers and Cindy able to get it fixed that very day. We really appreciated her responsiveness. Thanks for a great week!

Great condo right on the beach with quick access to the beach bridge. The condo was very well stocked, clean and the owners were so kind and communicated well. It was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

With the beach in the backyard, this home is as comfortable and convenient as it is beautiful. You can see and hear the ocean from the patios, and enjoy the luxury of no stairs, ultra comfortable furniture and mattresses, and large screen smart tvs in the living rooms and in each bedroom. Clay tennis courts and a heated pool are a short walk away and the owner, Cindy, is so responsive to any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back next time we visit the folly field area of the island!

We really loved this property, the ease of walking to the beach each day was the best! Plenty of grills outside, and the tennis courts were wonderful. This is a really great spot that we hope to come back to!

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 2104 Atlantis at Island Club. The unit is large enough to easily accommodate our party, very clean and plenty of notes/information provided to know how to operate and/or find items. Cindy was very helpful in getting us ready for our trip. Will definitely contact her when looking for a 3 bedroom unit in Hilton Head.

Great location. I doubt we could find another property with the same amenities closer to the beach. Unit had everything we needed and more. Cindy handled any issues quickly. We loved Harold's diner. The BLT was fabulous. Thanks for the suggestion. The beds were very comfortable.

We loved the property and location! The owners answered every call and text immediately. Very responsive. The unit really feels like a home. Perfect beach location and easy access. The kids loved the pool and playground. We will definitely book again.

This fantastic property made our family vacation one of the best ever. The property had a marvelous ocean view on ground level. The great location allowed us to travel to restaurants and activities in usually 10 minutes or less. We highly recommend this property for any family wanting a beach getaway on Hilton Head Island. 5 stars.

We are a group of ladies that have known each other for 60 years! We loved the beach so close to the condo and spent a lot of our time there. The condo was perfect, especially each 3 sleeping areas having their own bathroom. We could not have been happier and I feel blessed to have found this condo! Thank you Cindy!!

Condo was perfect 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family the location on ground floor walk out patio and be at beach access. The host had a wagon, chairs, beach toys.Check was a breeze the guard ask my name got pass for stay unlocked door and was in. Host was great

Our family enjoyed our visit and together time in this comfy home. We traveled with our three “kidults” and a couple of their friends. Plenty of space for everyone with the 3 full bathrooms. The entry level floor is very convenient and being so close to the beach & beach walkway was perfect.

This vacation rental was top notch. The unit was absolutely perfect and the reservation process couldn’t have been easier. The owners were more than accommodating and we are currently planning next years reunion.

This place was in great shape - spacious, everything worked well, and the closest to the beach of any of the units. The host's communications were complete, timely, and she was responsive when we had questions. The unit was much larger than it appeared in the photos - plenty of space for the eight of us. Thanks!

Lovely location right on the beach. Three large bedrooms and room for 8-10 people. It was quite cold this trip, but didn’t stop us from enjoying the island! Great way to spend Christmas 🎄

Cindy was a WONDERFUL host and made our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday very enjoyable. The unit has a great ground level location with easy access to the beach. Lots of space for hanging out, cooking and entertaining. Parts of the condo were dated but did not impact our stay… we will be back! Thank you, Cindy!!!

This condo has everything you will need for an on beach vacation including helpful owners. We had a great time with absolutely everything provided including sand toys. Lots of room and could not be closer to the water than any house in Hilton Head. We're coming back as guests if they won't sell it to us. Thanks again for the beach memories.

If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach vacation, this is the spot! It is a quick and beautiful 2-minute walk from the porch to the shore! We have 4 young kids, and this location was SO helpful -- we could pop back and forth to the beach multiple times a day. We also loved the pool and the playground! And everyone at the resort was very friendly to our young family. Cindy made our stay extra wonderful; she's a fantastic host! The apartment truly had everything we needed! The kids especially loved all the beach toys and boogie boards, and the cart that helped us wheel them to the beach every time. We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to HHI!

The best part of this property is its proximity to the beach. This made it easy to move back and forth from condo to beach when the little ones needed a nap, a meal, etc. There was lots of room for everyone - the spacious condo made it easy for everyone to have their own space. Cindy, our host, had great suggestions for our stay - including the singer/storyteller and the dolphin cruise. We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head!

The location and size of this beachfront condo can’t be matched. It was the perfect size for our growing family. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus. The back patio was steps away from the boardwalk to the beach which is so convenient. The description is accurate. Cindy also left notes and sent messages about places to eat and things to do. We used many of her suggestions and she was right in target.
