Highly recommended!! Played baseball in Nashville this past weekend and is amazing place for a baseball team/family. Several bed options downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. It fit us very well!!

Stayed here while son wwasnplaying a baseball tournement. Was in a convenient location was clean and had all we needed.

The hosts were incredibly fast at responding to messages leading up to and during our stay at the house. Everything was exactly as photographed and matched the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

House was as described, was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Hosts were very prompt to respond with any questions we had, we will definitely stay again!

Property manager was super responsive and friendly. Have a lot of suggestions for everything. Check in progress was super quick and was easy. I have already showed this property to family that will be traveling in the future. Location was great. Under 15 min Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Thanks for everything!

We pretty much only needed to use the house to sleep because we spent all day every day downtown Nashville. It was nice and clean, we all felt very safe

The house was perfect for our Girls Weekend of seven moms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was great to be able to laugh, cook and play games together before exploring Nashville which is easy to access. Nina and Lynn are so sweet and wonderful to work with and we’d definitely rent from them again!

We were visiting family in town and this house was perfect. Clean, peaceful, easy. Everything you would want from a home away from home. We did go in town for dinner one night and it was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house. Fit all our needs for our elvis reunion. There was a bed for each person and we had 8 people. Location was only 15 minutes to broadway. Has a large kitchen table to gather for breakfast

We had the most amazing time on our visit to Nashville. People are just genuinely happy. Must be a great place to live. From our place to stay, interacting with the owner Nina, everything was just amazing.

This house was a perfect location for our wedding in Brentwood and also downtown. Very clean and well stocked. Also plenty of parking which is a great plus!

We rented this home for a long weekend in Nashville. There were seven adults. The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s clean, comfortable, and the location is ideal. Everyone slept comfortably- which is a must for adults over 40! Also, the home is close to everything but not too close. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. We drove when it was just a few of us and used Uber when the whole group went somewhere and the Uber rides were inexpensive. I’ve used VRBO for my vacations for the last several years so my standards are pretty high. This home exceeded my expectations and the owners were helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again, but next time we hope it’s for a longer stay!

Very clean home, we had a great stay. Good homey feel. Plenty of room for the 9 of us and loved the basement with the 4 twin beds. Worked great for the kids. Close to the zoo. Driveway was a little difficult for parking and getting the two cars in and out.

This is a Great house if your looking for a get away in Nashville. It is a quick 15 min drive to Downtown. Great neighborhood close to stores also. There is a lot of space for large groups and it is very cozy. Nina was great with communicating the whole time. I would recommend this property and hope to come back soon.

Great place, loved the deck. Played cards at night on the deck enjoying the warm bugless evenings. Easy Uber ride to Broadway but expensive to get home late at night. Since it sleeps 12 it is stocked very very well with everything you need. Wish it was a little closer to Broadway but we would definitely stay there again.

House was clean and had nice larger kitchen that was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the fourth room was perfect for the younger cousins to stay in. Would rent again.

This property was amazing!! It was just perfect for our group of 8. The hosts were amazing and gave us plenty of helpful information before getting to Nashville. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party. Lots of beds/couches, stocked with everything you could need. Quick & easy communication with the owner. 10-15 min Uber downtown. Lots of parking space in driveway

Kitchen was very well stocked which made it very easy to prepare thanksgiving dinner. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us (including 4 teens). Neighborhood was very nice and a quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville.

This place was perfect for our daughters 21st Birthday weekend,,, in a nice neighborhood,, plenty of room and love how there’s enough beds for everyone and they are not bunk beds or air mattresses,,, close to Walgreens and Walmart just 5-10 mins away,,,And 15 mins to downtown

We had the most wonderful experience at this home. It’s 15-20 min from the airport, and 10-15 min from downtown Nashville and Broadway. The neighborhood is very nice. The neighbors are the sweetest. We needed to wash one more batch of clothes and I didn’t want to get an uber to get one more pod, so I went across the street to ask the neighbor for one. He graciously gave me a a cup of washing detergent. I offered to pay him, but he refused. The home was clean, and so cutely decorated. There is lots of space: if you like it to be cold, sleep downstairs. I loved it!! In the garage there are chairs to hangout, along with some games to play. The back patio is the perfect spot to hang out or have a meal. And they have the cutest lights stringed across. There is a nice size yard. I’ve always had issues with water pressure when I stayed in other places: this house has unlimited hot water water and the water pressure was great! There are roku’s on the TVs so you can log into any of you streaming accounts. The Owners were absolutely amazing. They left us a detailed not with all the information we needed including WiFi combination, how to alarm and disarm the alarm etc. They quickly respond if you have any questions. I was super impressed with everything. I plan to stay in this home again the next time we visit Nashville. I highly recommend this wonderful home.
