My family and I stayed here and will definitely be coming back! The check in process was easy, the space was clean and the area is SUPER convenient. Definitely recommend it if you have a big family.

We stayed in this area previously and had a much better unit. This particular unit had ants and we found a cockroach. The accommodations have two queen beds in the master bedroom... not the most convenient arrangement. We might try again and see if we get lucky on the better unit.

The property was perfect for our family and things we wanted to do was in distance. Cleanliness of the property could definitely use attention. Overall, our stay was joyful.

The location is perfect. 5 minute ride from the boardwalk. The house, itself, is nice. Very large and accommodates a large group well. A few problems though. The refrigerator leaked the whole time we were there. Notified the property manager and was told that it needed 24 hours to adjust to additional items in the fridge. The refrigerator is obviously old and needs to be updated. The tub in yhe hallway bathroom upstairs did not drain properly so we avoided showering in that bathroom. The lock on the door malfuctions. At times we had to out the code in 3 or 4 times before it would unlock. Cleaning was not great. We found trash beside the night stand in one of the rooms and cobwebs/spiderwebs all over the house. Finally, the description of the rooms is slightly misleading. The room with the 1 set of bunkbeds is not an actual "bedroom". It is in the basement where the 2 queen beds are. There is a "wall" that seperates the sets of beds but they are basically all together. My family is pretty easy going and not the type of group to complain a lot so we just made due. But for the amount of money, i would say the place should get a lot of upgrades. Would not rent again.

The location was good. Pool was nice. Beds were very uncomfortable. Outside railing on steps was loose. No ice maker. Otherwise, kitchen was furnished well.

Nice Home Great Location
This townhouse was perfect for our large group. It is super close to the outlets and only about a five minute drive from the beach and boardwalk. They were plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us and we were very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay!

The place was as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet. It accommodated 10 of us easily. Lots of space to gather and have fun. Close to everywhere we needed to be, including the Board Walk. I would recommend this place for large family or group

The place was as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet. It accommodated 10 of us easily. Lots of space to gather and have fun. Close to everywhere we needed to be, including the Board Walk. I would recommend this place for large family or group

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It’s a huge townhome and accommodated all of us. We loved the two decks and the large kitchen/living/dining areas. Our master bedroom was huge and the bathrooms were clean. Although the furniture throughout the home made it a little cluttered, it was still spacious. I wish we had access to the garage, but it wasn’t totally necessary. We also didn’t have access to the closets in the rooms. The place looked better in person than in the pictures. The location is right over the bridge into the ocean city strip area. The outlet and many stores/restaurants/amusements are nearby. The owner was great with communication.

One bedroom had no power the entire stay and I recall reading the reviews and some one also mentioning it so I assume they have an electrical issue they will need to sort out. Also there was a pornographic magazine behind the couch which was clearly used by a prior guest which is not something anyone is looking forward to coming across. But overall the house was nice and fit all of our needs.

The property is old worn and literally falling apart at the seams. It is dark and dreary even with every light on and nothing about it says beach vacation. There is too much cluttered and furniture packed into the space and nothing matches. Molding is falling down, doors hang ajar, rugs furniture and walls are soiled, outside stair railing is coming loose, ice make is broken, power completely out to one of the bedrooms and no access to circuit breaker, so no light in there. Pantry in kitchen is locked so a weeks worth of groceries for 7 adults has to sit out on the counter. We paid more than $5,700 dollars for a weeks stay and were very disappointed. I have stayed at a unit in the same community just 2 doors down that was way nicer for less than half the price. I emailed the owner right after check in to tell her about the ice maker and was told to use some ice trays. I later emailed her about the condition of the property saying we were very dissatisfied, felt we had overpaid and asked for a $1,000 credit. She said sorry I was disappointed but they don't give refunds. Please beware of this rental, it will leave you longing for home.

The house was very spacious and beautiful. Very clean upon our arrival. Parking was great for us and all of our guests. The visitor parking is right in front of the house so you don't have to walk. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely rent here again.

Everything about the property was better than i originally thought. It was extremely nice and spacious. The process of getting in and out was great too. I would definitely use this one again.

Needs Work
The property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood right across from downtown Ocean City. The home was clean upon arrival. We had 2 issues with the property. The electricity in one of the upstairs bedroom kept clicking off on the circuit breaker. We had to keep going to the fuse box. Our major issue was the refrigerator leaked water for our entire 3 day stay. We had to keep putting towels and sheets in front the refrigerator to catch all the water. We had to alternate hanging the wet towels and sheets over the balcony to dry to keep up with the refrigerator leaking. When we checked in we informed the property manager that it was leaking and we were informed that it was because of the refrigerator had to get back up to temperature because it was defrosted. Nevertheless that was not the case. We had to avoid walking by the refrigerator to avoid slipping on the water.

This was everything it said it was, we were close to the boardwalk and the pool was nice having there since we had little ones that got tired on the beach. House was great for the amount of people we had, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for being so accommodating with us.

We were a large group of friends, who enjoyed staying at this property. Lot of bedrooms, in split levels to give enough space for guests. Nice location to restaurants and shopping in the area, and not too far from the boardwalk. Great communication with owner.

NEEDS REPAIRS, UPDATES!
Someone is being paid to clean this place & not doing their job. Was not clean. We had electrical issues in one bedroom... they had to come 3 times. Stained carpets, broken chair & table legs, futon terrible, also was broken. (listing says ALL NEW FURNISHINGS)
Two parking spots in front of unit. But was told we only get 1. Other cars park in community parking. Every unit looked to have 2 spots. There was a black jeep parked in the other spot for the entire week, never moved once.?? (which is the car in the picture posted- if owners car why would they not park it in community parking so the guests PAYING can have that spot?) Iron was missing, they did bring another. Crappy porch furniture. For a place charging so much per week, this was not good. A few thousand too much for what we got. Pool was fine. Served it's purpose but have stayed in much nicer places for same or less money.

Great location! Great house!
The house was very well stocked with everything you could need. It had tons of sleeping space and lots of places to sit and relax, which is unusual for a place that sleeps so many people. We highly recommend it.

Great location across the bay away from all the congestion
Needed a place due to last minute power outage cancelling our OBX vacation last week. This place was great and met our needs. Quiet community with pool access. Kitchen mostly stocked with utensils, cooking equipment, and dishes/glasses/mugs. Could use some minor additions/upgrades to kitchen stocking, but enough to get by. Plenty of seating and sleeping. A little crowded in areas, but again was not an issue. Location is great...short drive across bridge to lower part of Ocean City, close to shopping, amusements, Food Lion, and also close to Assateague Island which also has some great beaches with less people.
Definitely would stay again if in Ocean City.
