Unfriendly stuff, no toilet paper and nobody there to ask, kitchen with table but no chairs, could be cleaner, no possibility to charge phones in the upper beds of the dorm, no lockers

So many cocroaches... The accomodation is not really the cleanedst. We wanted to leave our lagguages and we were asked 50 pesos per lagguage...

The room smelled like mold. There was no toilet paper or bathmat. We did not recieve any information at check in. Construction work started right outside the room in the morning. Just overall not great but for this price you can't expect that much

You get what you pay for. No common areas, no kitchen, would be nice to have a fridge (either a small one in the room or shared). Staff were uninterested in the guests.

The location is perfect

No toilet seat in the private room with the private bathroom, and no hand soap provided. The bathroom also had a “air freshener” in the toilet and it made the whole room smell like a bathroom. It was the same price as another really nice Airbnb we stayed in that had everything to offer in Palenque.

Great location on a quiet street, close to good restaurants and the bus station. Bed was comfortable.

There is a huge gap in the mosquito netting in room #2. I saw the species of mosquito which can carry dengue in the bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when no bed nettingis provided. No ceiling fan in the room, lightbulbs missing.

It was difficult to find this Hostel as there was no signage. The room had no windows and no ventilation, so it smelled bad.

Quiet airco, cool room The beginnings of a kitchen were there.Has potential to become something nice but still needs a lot of work. Although the kitchen was not mentioned in the ad, so we were happy there was something and we were able to make basic meal.

Had Neither a common room nor a kitchen. Just bedroom and bathroom. No place to meet people

They let me check in earlier, that was cool.

Just like everything else in Palenque, you have to pay to breathe, to walk, to think. Upon check out, if you want to leave your stuff in the cleaning room (it isn't even a proper storage), you have to pay. If you want to take a shower after check out, you have to pay. The reception provides incorrect information about public buses. Heaps of mosquitos everywhere. Hot as hell. There's no outside window in the dorms.
