The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel offers free secured parking. The architecture of the building is very spacious. Also the street where the hotel is located is really nice, with a couple of nice restaurants and coffee bars.

The place is very clean except for the pool area. The water in the pool did not look fresh and clear as on the pictures. Steps into the pool were slippery. Besides, the pool area was full of leaves. I personally thought the pillows are very thick and hard but that might be a matter of personal taste.

Our room backed on to a main road and so it was quite noisy in the morning.

It was perfectly clean, great compliment to the cleaners!! Nice big room. The shower was perfect, the big bed also.

Quiet noisy because of the road next to our room. Also you could hear the other guests.

it’s so close to the bus station and travel agencies, only a two minute walk. There are also good restaurants on the street and it’s close to the center as well. Staff was very helpful and the pool area is very nice. The AC works great!

We had a horrible experience. Below are some elaborating comments - keep in mind that we stayed at the hotel from Wednesday at 13 to Thursday at 21 - a grand total of 32 hours and only one night. - the swimming pool was super dirty with leafs and dirt everywhere. - the food at the hotel was average to poor and the waiters forgot the orders and we didn’t received what we had ordered. - the air condition had only two settings - arctic or off. - within the first three hours of arrival, two different employees locked themselves into our while we were in it. Note that this was between the hours 15 and 18, so it was definitely not cleaning. - our bathroom door locked itself so we needed help from the reception to get into our own bathroom. It is worth noting that the front desk and the employee that helped us where quick and nice. - we booked a tour through the hotel (their own company), which was horrible. The tour was supposed to be from 8 to 18, but we didn’t return to the hotel before 20. Among other things, we had to wait for a whole hour in the middle of the road due to poor planning (we were waiting for one person going somewhere else. There was no need to let the entire group wait for that). Additionally, our driver made a stop to buy food only for himself while the entire group had to wait on him in the bus. He didn’t stop with food but continued stopping to buy energy drinks, to smoke, chatting to some his friends for 10 minutes while we where in the bus not knowing what was going on. Upon return to the hotel, we told the staff about the experience. The staff was without blame but the boss who was responsible didn’t care to apologize let alone show his face. The delay in return was definitely not due to the speed of the car as the driver was driving exactly like you would expect someone chucking energy drinks to drive like leaving the passengers very car sick. Ultimately, we weren’t to bothered with all the unfortunate things at the hotel in the moment.

super friendly staff always ready to help and very knowledgeable of all things useful for our stay. we booked out tours though the hotel and it was a great experience. They held our luggage for our last day so we didn’t have to pay one more night. They let us use the showers, towels, pool and common areas while waiting for our bus. location is great right across the ADO bus station in La Cañada zone with great restaurants/bars and very pleasant walking on the street.

Small pool for a pricey hotel, very cute though. Breakfast was not included. Hard pillows on beds.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the bus stations, tour agencies and many restaurant around. You can also enjoy the pool if you want. The staff is nice.

They charge you for bottles of water and the room can be noisy if you are on the ground floor.
