La alberca está muy bonita y las bebidas de cortesía en la llegada
La atención del personal es poco amable y el wifi no funciona, casi no hay señal de la red telefónica en las habitaciones

Hotel was almost empty and the room was at the side without view (not the side with the view on pool)

The hotel is clean and well located, also de food at the restaurant is tasty
The rooms weren’t ready for the check-in and the keys didn’t function properly so I had to wait for them 2 hours to use my room, then they cut the service of the key at the check-out and our stuff was still in the room, we asked for a couple of minutes to take our things and they were kind of rude about it, finally we requested to used the pool and they didn’t allow it, in general they were rude and ask us as guest for comprehension but they were really inflexible

Great location near city center about 10min. walk via a main road, great wifi, neighbourhood was OK , rooms were spacious and very clean , great breakfast !

The swimming pool and outside area are amazing. The on-site restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced compared to the rest of Palenque. The room was clean and the cleaning man was really friendly and helpful!
The reception staff were not the most approachable, although they were not unpleasant. The WiFi did not work for one of the days we were there, but when we mentioned this to the reception, 7 (!!) Internet provider repairmen showed up later (talk about service we don't get in Europe). The beds were also not the comfiest and the room was a bit dated. Overall, not a terrible place, but not the best either.

Very loud & busy. Maybe avoid the weekend if you want peace & quiet.
The restaurant offers no vegetarian breakfast options. Food is low quality. I also ordered a drink on the first day that never arrived.
Lastly I had water thrown onto us from balcony from above.

The place has a lot of nature and a pool. It is relaxing.
The hotel has come to age and everything seems a bit run down. It can get quite noisy when people are hanging out until the middle of the night at the pool.

The hotel has a good atmosphere. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Good and affordable breakfast.
