El trato del personal. El buen ambiente que había.

El alojamiento está ubicado a unos 10-15 min. caminando de la terminal de camiones R1 que van a la zona hotelera , a unos 20 minutos caminando de una zona comercial donde venden ropa, artículos electrónicos, del hogar etc. y a uno 30-40 min. caminando de la terminal ADO. Además por el sector encuentras locales de comida típica de Mexico, jugos, micheladas etc. Estuve en una habitación en el segundo piso bastante cómoda y sin ruidos, el baño en el segundo piso era bastante amplio y la sala de estar también era muy amplia. El alojamiento cuenta con terraza y brindan un desayuno gratuito de té o café acompañado de tostadas con mermelada y además cuentan con una cocina bien equipada para que puedas preparar tus propias comidas si lo deseas. Robert y Moisés que son quienes están a cargo del lugar son muy amables, están siempre preocupados de tu estadía y el lugar se mantiene impecable siempre. Particularmente Robert amablemente ofreció ir por mi a la terminal ADO y luego me dejo en ella cuando debí partir. Hospedar acá se sintió como estar en casa sobre todo por la atención entregada por Robert y Moisés, a quienes aprovecho de dejarles un abrazo !

Es war angenehm ruhig und ich hatte mein eigenes Zimmer zu einem zahlbaren Preis. Das ganze zwar ohne viel Luxus und schnick schnack, aber dass brauche ich auch nicht, ich habe mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie welche dort lebt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Unterkunft daher jedem weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank 😊🙏🙃🙂

Excelente hospitalidad, Rober y Moshe son geniales, me hicieron sentir comoda y me ayudaron en todo momento. Facil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. Sin dudas si vuelvo a cancun sera mi lugar 😊

I liked everything - first the staff is really nice and helpful. House is big a super clean. Well equipped kitchen a laundry. WiFi works amazing, 15 mins walking from the beach. I would stay there again when in Cancun

Amabilidad del host, amablemente ofreció transporte de recogida y de ida.

Sin aire acondicionado, el calor fue insoportable durante la noche por lo menos para alguien que no este acostumbrado al calor, dormi muy poco. El desayuno era preparalo usted mismo, es una fruta, pan y mermelada y no había cafe fresco la mañana que estuve. es difícil llegar en transporte publico y taxi hasta alla desde la terminal de bus es costoso. Las instalaciones son antiguas no bien cuidadas, Si bien es una habitación individual sin dudarlo pase mucho mejor en una habitación compartida en un hostel en el centro con buen transporte publico, con aire, limpieza e instalaciones nuevas por el mismo precio.

I had an amazing experience in Cancun. Robert and Moise are friendly people with good vibes and also very helpful. When I was leaving they drove me to the bus station. I didn't even feel like in a hostel there, haha. They treated me very well. The place itself was nice, clean. It has everything you need.

Honestly for said value for a single in Cancun I really can't pinpoint anything.

For what it is, it's a great option to have. No delusions of grandeur here, what you see is exactly what you get. The photos/description are very accurate. If you can't handle minimalistic accomodations then you're not the intended audience. Roberto was a fantastic, engaging host (pretty nice eye candy too 😉) so the vibe of this spot was on 1000.

The owners becomes your bros. I got surprisingly nice vibes with them because it's a working and gym atmosphere like I am lusting for. Kitchen well equiped, clean and large bathroom on the first floor. They were taking great care of customer. Robert took the care to pick me up at like 2a.m. from the bus station, which made it so pleasant to start the stay.This is an amazing place. Absolutely recommended.

If you are a budget traveller like me or you are looking for best hostel experience with the best host, this is the place. Robert and Moshai, both the guys are amazing 👍

Robert is an incredibly helpful host, he picked me up from the bus and dropped me off at the airport the next day. The hostel is very clean and the private rooms are great value with good wifi. The hostel is in a non-touristy area of Cancun, with nearby shops where I managed to find some amazing avocados! A large shopping centre is either a 20min walk or short taxi ride away. It's a friendly place with good vibes and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Cancun.

The hosts are so friendly and helpful. Never been hosted by someone so helpful and accomodating before.

Staff was so kind and helpful, he even picked us up from the ferry terminal and drove me to a salon apt the following day as well. Very welcoming environment, we felt right at home. Great rate/night-it's a simple room which is fair for the price. Full working kitchen and coffee and toast included in the morning. Super close location to the ferry to go to Isla Mujeres.There's a fun bar right around the corner too. Thanks for everything Robert!!

No air conditioning but we knew that when we booked it, the fan did the trick!

Literally from the moment of arrival to when I left, Roberto was the most amazing and accommodating host. I caht rate him enough. This guest house is a great base to be when visiting Cancún. Roberto and Moshee were there to help with every question asked. I visited two beautiful beaches that they recommended and the bus stop is very close by and each bus ride only costs 50p. There is many great local restaurants and taco spots near Robertos guest house too. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Cancún who's looking for their own room with a very friendly atmosphere at a great price :)
