Room was great. Fireplace such a nice feature. Bathroom was spectacular, plenty of room, separate toilet and separate shower and tub. Bed was comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. Kitchenette had everything we needed to make drinks, coffee, and store cold items. My only reason for the 4 stars was the choice of restaurant options on the property.

The most amazing thing about the casita was the view. It was panoramic and breathtaking! We had coffee outside on the porch in the morning and a drink outside in the evening. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The only drawback is that there is no closet. We went for a wedding and had a lot of dress clothes, so we hung everything on hangers on the bathroom door. It looks exactly like the pictures.

Excellent communication from host. Clean / perfect accommodations for our stay in Stowe! Will come again

Could not have been happier with the room, location, host and property! I would definitely recommend staying here and renting through VRBO versus the hotel! Saved us money and so great to already have so much stuff in the room :)

Amazing is an understatement.. I had booked this stay for a small get away for me and my girlfriend. After we went snowboarding at stowe for the day we checked into the lodge, The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating in every way possible. The room had everything we needed with a remarkable view off the balcony! We will 100% be back!! If you are considering booking a stay here, do it! I promise you will not have a single regret!

I had to reschedule plans for Labor Day weekend and the host was super accommodating! We stayed in November instead, and it was an awesome stay!! We will be back!

We just got married and chose here for a 3 day ‘mini-moon’. The actual apartment was perfect! It literally came with everything you could need. It even had a mini dish washer! A HUGE plus was the valet service that was included with our stay. They were prompt, friendly, and made us feel like VIP’s! When we woke in the morning, we noticed someone had a little accident on the railing of our balcony(it looked like it came from the apartment above us). We contacted the room service (which is totally separate than the property management we booked through). They came and cleaned it up with no issues! Very pleased. Just an FYI however, many things were closed at the resort since we stayed there Monday-Thursday and not on a weekend. So that was a bummer but no fault of the actual owner of the apartment. We made the best of it by taking the gondola up to the top of the mountain, using the hot tub/pool, and venturing into downtown Stowe. Just something to keep in mind if you’re going there off season. Overall, we definitely will come back and stay at this property again!

We were surprise to be woken up by construction noise before 7AM. Would've been nice to know that there was construction going on before we booked but the hiking was great.

Great location with all the benefits of Stowe at your fingertips. Super views to wake up to each day and set out on next adventure. Will be back.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The balcony view was great and we were within a quick drive of lots to do. Easy, informative communications from the host. Would definitely stay again!

Wow! We booked last minute for 4th of July week. We had such a great stay. The resort and the rental were very nice.

Room was as described. Washer and dryer worked very well. Upstairs is very light and bright. Main level living area was fine for a couple; would be a little small for a family. Note this is a review of unit 1302.

Had a great stay at this Stowe property! Had everything we needed! Very easy check-in process and made for a great ski vacation!

It was enjoyable

Perfect little studio unit within an impressive ski resort. Little kitchenette had everything needed for a few easy meals, bathroom was huge, and the studio room was just enough space for two adults and two kids (under 10). The fireplace was a nice addition that made it feel cozy. Heated pool and hot tubs were a huge hit, especially with the weather not cooperating with our ski plans. Resort had some very good restaurants, and the ski valet was such a nice surprise and made it easy to stay in a big complex and still get onto the mountain quickly.

Nice room in the Stowe mountain lodge. It's essentially a hotel room with a micro kitchenette. Exactly as expected.

Room was perfect for our family of 4 for 4 nights and 3 days of skiing. We were only in the room for meals and to sleep, and the kitchenette made reheating takeout convenient. We used the hot tub and pool every night and the ski check was the most convenient process we've encountered. Thanks again!

We stayed here for 4 nights mid week. The hotel is great location for skiers! The condo had a great view of the mountain! It was clean and as advertised! Great place.

This is a gorgeous lovely lodge with all you want but be sure you don’t fall for false advertising this property management and manager ( Stephanie i believe) had. Basically don’t rent from independent owners having their units managed bu these guys. Go directly to the hotel, “the lodge”. Same room rate but you get so much more and don’t feel like you are being treated like second hand citizens at the lodge. Since everything is advertised as “ the lodge under spruce creek Resort” you naturally may make the same mistake we did checking out the resort website and expecting access to everything. But think again. I wanted to go to the gym , my card wasn’t working so asked the staff and the min they saw my pink card they were like oh no you have no access to the gym cause you rented through property managers from an owner. The second day we left the room and returned expecting our room will be cleaned but again was told since we did not rent Through hotel we don’t get daily maid service. And many more little incidences. They did apparently have all these in a foot note or a follow up email that went to my junk. All and all great lodge but stay away from the super rude manager who told me “ i am done with this” upon asking A few questions and got all frustrated with me and just rent directly from the resort. And save the extras they charge you and don’t explain why.

Love the Stowe Mountain Lodge and Stephanie was very responsive when our unit needed maintenance.

The Lodge at Spruce Peak is a magical place. The room uses space efficiently with lots of good storage for a family of 5. This room has a shared entrance off of the main hallway with Room 1334, also there is no freezer, but the ice machine is just a few doors down (if you need to keep your baby's food cold during a day out). We usually book directly with the hotel and were initially disappointed that the same lotions, shampoos, etc were not provided. This was quickly overcome when we settled into the comfortable space and realized everything we could need was available. The dishwasher was quiet, quick, and worked well. The fireplace was great to have. The pull out sofa was made with pillows easy to find and extra blankets too. The resort itself is amazing. My kids love the pool/hottub, skiing, and skating areas. We love the Whistling Pig apres ski. Just a short drive away are other amazing places to eat like Doc Ponds and The Butler's Pantry. It is a Winter Wonderland! We are heading back in a few weeks. It is such a great place.

The lodge was beautiful. Our balcony had amazing views of the mountains. The lodge has a hot swimming pool and also a hot tub which was perfect for us considering the weather.

We had a great time. The room is very nice with a good view, too. We would definitely stay again. The bed was comfortable and there was everything you needed in the kitchen for a light meal. The staff were all so friendly and the valet service was efficient and very polite. The only downside is the door situation. The way it is configured, if your neighbor doesn’t attempt to close the doors manually and softly (like we did) it is very loud, enough to wake you up. Ours even screamed at each other in the connecting hallway. Maybe add something onto your welcome sheet to be considerate to your neighbors with the doors? Thank you for the great stay.
