The unit was perfect for our family. The unit is located next to pool which was perfect. We’ve been coming to HHI, specifically Palmetto Dunes and this unit does not disappoint.

Beautiful condo. We celebrated a 60th and 30th birthdays Two wedding anniversaries, 37 years and 7 years. The property is beautiful. Walked everyday. Loved that the pool was just outside the back door. The beach is just steps away. Deb is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this villa.

This property is great. Very spacious. Nice location at the back of Palmetto Dunes. Very quiet. We loved the screened porch! Short walk to the beach and just steps to the swimming pool.

Shower head in master bath could use some decalification

We had a very enjoyable winter get-away at Deb and Tom's Huntington condo. Nicely decorated with updated baths and kitchen appliances. Layout worked really well for extended family. Screened porch was great since the weather was unseasonably warm. Location was in a quiet area a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Importantly, Deb was very easy to interact with: she answered our questions almost immediately.

This is strictly a rental unit. Kind of run down. We had three families staying with us for a family vacation. Bathroom upstairs had the water turned off so bathroom shower was not usable. Kitchen was not stocked that well for cooking. The pool location was nice. The beach is farther than led to believe. We had three young children with us so we went and bought a wagon for the daily trek to the beach. Very surprised to find this unit has no smoke detectors anywhere in the villa. The outside light didn’t work 99% of the time. Walking to and from car to unload was difficult without lighting. The parking Pass for our cars was supposed to be$10.00 each. They charged $25.00 per car. I would look twice before renting this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the games that were available to play in the evening. The screened in porch was great with the baby as a confined area and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the closed proximity to the pool and beach. Hopefully we will be back!! Thanks for sharing your home.

Location of this property was perfect! Loved that it was at the back of Palmetto Dunes, so very private. Lots of trees for shade, we spent so much time on screened in porch. The pool was right there, a path from the back door! Beach was a short walk. We really loved our week away!

Information from owner said the fee for vehicle parking permits was $10 per vehicle. They were $25. Information also said condo was 150 yards from beach. Also untrue. Public access to the beach was at least 5 times that. We arrived at property shortly after check-in time and had to wait over 30 minutes for the cleaning service to finish. The floors, bathrooms, linens, beds, etc. were clean but the rest of the condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The screened porch would have been nice except for an accumulation of dirt on boards framing the screen and in corners. Lighting in many areas of the property was very poor, especially in the vanity area of the master bath. There was not enough light in that area for me to shave or my wife to apply makeup. I tried changing bulbs and tried multiple light switches and nothing worked. 2 positives were good beds and closeness of the pool. Pool was nice. 2 suggestions: be honest with information about the property and give it a good deep clean periodically. Also improve the lighting, especially in the master bath. Nice kitchen and and well equipped. Attractive property with great potential, but needs some serious TLC.

Only thing That was not accurate to us was the walk to he beach. From m this house it was farther than 150 yards. Everything else was great. Right next to pool which was excellent.

We enjoyed this trip. Location of property and amenities were great. Short walk to the beach, pool in back yard and lots of bike trails . We would return here again. Host communication was friendly and helpful.

We spent evenings enjoying the community hot tub that was 10yds from the back door (only saw others in it once). Agree with others that the place could use a deep cleaning but felt safe in the house and on the island as everyone kept their distance and wore masks.

We really enjoyed this property! The beach was extremely close, we were able to walk there easily with younger children. The property was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and hot tub area were great and right outside the door. Bike rentals were also close by and very easy. The owner was responsive and proactive to make sure our arrival was easy. We would definitely stay again and again!

This is an awesome property! I went by myself for a getaway and had a wonderful relaxing time. I felt safe and did not worry about being alone. The pool was amazing and right out the back door. The beach is just a short walk and was not crowded at all this time of year. I would definately stay here again.

Property needs a thorough cleaning. Beach access a little further away than expected.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Vincent. It is comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Everyone slept great and the screen porch was fantastic.

HHI is always a great vacation and Villa Vincent makes it better with the comfortable accommodations and close vicinity to the pool and short walk to the beach. See you next year.

We were unable to enjoy our rental because we stayed home due to covid 19.

We had an amazing stay in Hilton Head. The location was perfect. We were a few steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed riding bikes (we rented them from Pedals and they delivered them to the villa). The screened in porch was priceless. The villa is well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The owner was very response, she would get back to us immediately with any questions. I would definitely stay in this villa again. It had everything we needed and it is a fantastic location. We fell in love with Hilton Head and this in part due to being happy with the villa and it's location.

The beautiful, quiet and shaded location in Palmetto Dunes at the end of the street was enjoyed by our family of 6. We loved being able to ride our bikes each day on the paths and ocean sand. It was a 5-7 minute shaded walk across the street to the beach, which was easily done by our 4 and 6 year olds. This section of the beach was also never crowded like some other areas. The pool was steps outside the great screened in porch, and we had our own gated entrance by the spa. There is also a shower for your feet from the beach sand. The pool was like bath water and very clean! We had all the necessary items provided to make our stay comfortable. There were also several welcome starter items, which were greatly appreciated. The master king and large bathroom were an added plus. The villa is spacious, and we loved being able to park right outside the front door. We also used the covered extra storage space for our beach wagon, umbrellas and toys. We would book this villa again without hesitation! Debra was also quick to respond to several questions I had prior to our vacation. Thanks for sharing your home.
