This is our second stay at this property, the first was our son’s wedding 2 years ago and this time we welcomed home our son from deployment with a much needed family vacation. We added a granddaughter on this trip which was so much fun! Thank you so much to the property owners who were so accommodating and always there when we needed them.

This house was a wonderful retreat for our family vacation. It is even better than described/pictured. We used the pool/ yard and lagoon areas every day. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Everyone loved having their own bedroom and full bath in each bedroom.

This home is spectacular and would definitely stay again. The owners were very nice and took immediate care of any questions we had at the beginning of our stay. Location was so nice, from being right on a gorgeous part of the lagoon, to within a short walk to the beach. Pool was really cool and all the amenities ( kayaks, bikes etc) made this home a great choice for our Palmetto Dunes vacation..!!!!

The home is very clean and well stocked with necessities we take for-granted in our own homes. Excellent update to an established HHI home. Owners very helpful with any questions. Love to stay there again!!

From the start of our inquiry to booking and our stay both Susan and Dale were great communicators and ensured we had a perfect experience in their oasis of a home. The interior is breathtaking, but the excitement begins out back. The backyard provides complete privacy and a multi level pool provided excitement for all family members.

Twelve Sea Lane is fabulous. Susan and Dale provide a home that is equipped with every conceivable amenity and they are extremely attentive to all communitcations. The floor plan works well with extended families, the pool is wonderful and the location in Palmetto Dunes and closeness to the beach is excellent. One family in our group has stayed at two other properties in Palmetto Dunes and to quote them “hands down this is the best”. Future visits to Hilton Head hope to be spent at Twelve Sea Lane.. Thanks Susan and Dale for a wonderful vacation.

The owners thought of everything we might need. The house was great and we enjoyed the kayaks and the beach chairs. Perfect for our group of 11. They were great at responding to all questions immediately. I hope to stay here again.

Susan’s and Dale’s house was so clean and well appointed. Susan and Dale were clear and thorough in their communication prior to arrival and were very responsive to questions we had during our stay. The house was comfortable for all of my family members ranging from ages 10 to 78. We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire pit each evening and listening to the sounds of nature all around. We will be back!

We can’t say enough good things about this house and property. This was our second stay in the house and it was every bit as good as the first. The home is all one level but still spread out so every room has privacy. The kitchen is well stocked - we ate in every night except for one! The pool is the best though, and was a blessing on rainy days where our kids couldn’t go to the beach but we’re happy swimming in the backyard. Can’t wait to go back again!

This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, from pool toys, beach chairs, plenty of room in the house to every kitchen item you may need. The bedrooms were big with awesome showers in each room. Plenty of toys for the kids to play with when not swimming in the pool. Beautiful scenery, it was just a great place for our family.

We had a wonderful visit in Palmetto Dunes. 2 famines with kids 9, 12 and 13. This home is wonderfully laid out with everything you need to cook and play. Nice easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed everything from boating in the lagoon, riding bikes around town, swimming in the pool and hanging at the beach. Owner was super kind and responsive. We will definitely rent again!

We really appreciated the extremely attentive owner. The house is in a terrific setting with lovely pool/backyard/canal area. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised.

The house was just as advertised, and then some. Really comfortable bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful backyard with access to a lagoon. We used the kyacks, bikes and hot tub and thoroughly enjoyed all the other golf, tennis and pickle ball facilities. A great vacation!

Twelve Sea Lane exceeded all expectations. We especially loved The sunroom area which turned into kids/toy land leaving the great room open for adults. The heated pool and hot tub were great. And the garage had everything needed for a day at the beach. Loved starting the day drinking coffee on the sunny lagoon dock and watching the deer. Wonderful communication with owners Susan and Dale. Great choice for HH vacation.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week together. The home/property/amenities were exquisite. Hats off to the owners for being incredibly flexible as we had to change our dates 3 separate times due to COVID & my cancer diagnosis. 4th time was definitely a charm. The house and location were great. The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The pool was amazing. The house was very accommodating for our toddler with the shallow area of the pool, the children’s room, high chair, and various toys.

The home and its furnishings are even nicer than pictured and the amenities were an unexpected bonus. The owner supplied 12 beach towels, more beach chairs than needed, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, kayaks, fishing rods and 2 bikes. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The owner even provided a bottle of wine to celebrate the beginning of our vacation and a bottle of grape drink for the grandchildren. We highly recommend this property.

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictured. The pool was such an amazing place to relax. We took advantage of the two sea kayaks and the kayak launcher. Our kids loved the bunk room, and the house was the perfect size for our group. The walk to the beach is quick, and all of the extras are so helpful. That beach cart was greatly appreciated. We could not have been more pleased with this property. The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the owners truly thought of everything.

Where to begin! This house has it all - excellent location with lagoon frontage and easy walk to the beach, phenomenal pool that’s especially great for families with small kids, single level floor plan but rooms are all still spread out enough for privacy, and every additional amenity one could hope for in a beach stay! We traveled with so much beach gear/toys and we really shouldn’t have brought a single thing because Susan and Dale provide everything one needs to have a great week at the beach - beach wagon and sand toys, beach chairs, beach games... the list goes on. We were so impressed! Inside the house, the kitchen is a dream with top of the line appliances. Beds were all very comfortable and having a private bath for each bedroom was so nice. Our kids loved the pool most of all and spent hours moving between the deeper pool and the tanning shelf/shallow bubbles area. We also enjoyed the lagoon views from the house and pool and spent several nights by the fire pit on the back deck. We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and this is the first time we’ve ever written a review! This house has won us over and we will be returning! This house was wonderful, and was much bigger and brighter in person!! Dale and Susan have thought of everything with this home. Having all of the wonderful resources made our trip that much more enjoyable. The layout of the house is open and spacious, and outdoors is just as great! This house was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!

Everything about this place is great. It’s a perfect place for extended family. We had 6 adults and two children and this house had everything we needed. The pool is as perfect as it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was so impressive. The bedrooms, bathrooms and beds all well appointed and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and staying at this beautiful house made it one of our favorite vacations! Every detail was perfect and easy. It felt like we were staying with family - the kitchen was very well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and everything was modern and clean. We loved kayaking, biking and going to the beach. The proximity to the tennis center and General Store made my teenagers very happy. We would happily stay here again!
