Plenty of space for everyone

We enjoyed our time at the home. It was quite lovely and clean. The home is spacious and can accommodate a large family. The location was excellent. Athena was also helpful and attentive. Great vacation!

Pros: Location, house & pool was the best! 3 families with 5 adults and 8 kids under 14 years old. Kids enjoyed picking their rooms, the pool table in the game room and of course swimming and bbqing. Great communication before the stay with detailed information. Walmart is within 3 miles so close to groceries. We went to DisneyWorld & Universal Studios, all within 20 minute drive. Cons: Paid for hot tub & heated pool and hot tub didn’t work. Daily communication with host, she did end up refunding half. Not 100% sure look was heated, water felt the same temperature at club house pool. If you visit in summer, no need for heated pool. I understand the summer is when bugs infest, but there were tiny bugs on the top side of the stove. Didn’t bother us to much because we didn’t see it spread, but be careful if cooking and leaving a pot topless. Overall, house was well kept with extra towels, washer & dryer. AC was colder upstairs than downstairs but was comfortable. Can’t beat location. Clubhouse had a pool, volleyball & a bar with food. Was my first ever air b&b and can’t beat the price and comfort for all 13 of us.

The property was very neat and clean. It was just as the listing described it to be. But the surprise was that it was way more than we expected. There always ads that say one thing and you get another. This list was on point about everything. Close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and night life of the area. The home hot tub and pool were used daily. We also used the amenities of the resort's clubhouse as well. Pool, B-Ball court, suna and and the day room after our group eveningwalk aroundtheneighborhood. Although we went to a couple of parks, it was refreshing to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of Disney by staying at the resort. Will do over when we come back to central Florida

Property is nice a couple things could have made it better, but the owner corrected things within her control. I wouldn’t have changed a thing considering the great time we had being together as a family. Thanks Athena for a great stay.

This property was perfect for the family that doesn't want to spend their entire vacation doing 'touristy' things. We had younger children with us and knew they could not handle activities every day of the vacation. Having this property more than helped to keep them entertained. There were a couple times that we were out at the parks and the kids just wanted to go back to the house to swim and play. We had plenty of space and any time we had questions about the property they were answered and resolved very timely.

Stayed in the property for a week, Spend most of the time at Universal Studios the owner claimed that I threw a party which never happened also suggested that I damaged multiple items through out the property. Which never happened. Before leaving the property I cleaned leaving it in the manner which it was found. Within a few hour of my checkout my security deposit and much more was charged to my credit card without providing prior valid estimates and proof.

If I could give more stars, I would. The house was amazing and clean. It felt like a home. The check-in process was super easy. My favorite part was how easy it was to communicate with the host and how communication and instructions were clear and responded to quickly. An amazing experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and plenty big for for our family. We visited Disney, Universal, Sea World and Discovery Cove during our stay and felt the house was in a great location. My husband even caught a 6lb bass in the pond, which totally made his week. 😁

We needed a great deal of space for coaches and athletes. This was a quiet and comfortable house with a great game room for the kids to unwind and clean cozy bedrooms for them to get rest and perform. It was a great find in a lovely location.

Perfect location, size and amenities for our group. The pool and the game room were great for the kids and parents alike. Everyone had a great time, making it a special birthday for my wife. Everyone had a great time!

Our 4 couples stayed and golfed and played in the wonderful pool and spa and the game room. It was great and a beautiful community. The host was very helpful and responsive!

We have stayed on the Terre Verde estate many times, and it is amazing, with great shared facilities. Its the first time we have stayed at this villa, due to our ever growing family, and it is impressive with plenty of room for a large group, and great features such as the pool/TV/games room. However, the property was not up to the standards we have seen at past visited Florida villas. We are not overly fussy people, and you expect to come across some issues in a villa this size, however we felt there were too many issues hence this feedback. There were issues of cleanliness on arrival (blood stains on bedding, crockery/glassware not clean, previous guests rubbish in drawers, dirty pool area, etc), and a significant number of broken or faulty items (shower head, unsafe dining chair, safe not working, sockets not working, hazardous sun lounger with many exposed screws, water ingress into GF bedroom from outside, etc). The pool was not at the promised (and paid for) temperature of 89 degrees on arrival. After initially being told I was wrong and that the pool was at the correct temperature, the villa pool guy attended but was unable to work the temperature controls. It was left with me to call the manufacturers technical department to resolve the issue. However despite then being able to set a desired temperature above 89 degrees, the pool failed to reach the promised temperature for most of our two week stay. As a result, the pool was too cool for many in our group. The lighting in the pool and spa was also broken on arrival, reported and only the pool light subsequently fixed. The spa warmed up nicely, however only two of the jets worked. In summary, its an impressive villa but cleanliness and maintenance needs some work. We reported these issues as constructive feedback with photos, the villa owner replying with thanks stating these issues would be sorted out. No apologies were provided however, which is a shame.

We really enjoyed our time at the house, especially the pool and game room.

House was perfect for our 40 year reunion of neighborhood friends. Plenty of room with a great game room and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is nice but the spa was heated but not the pool when I paid for the pool and the spa heated. But otherwise everything look great

We ended up being a smaller group than anticipated. It was a nice property, but there were a couple of hiccups. Owner was responsive, however, there was quite a bit of confusion, and the pool which we paid extra for, did not warm up the majority of the trip, due to miscommunication. We would have appreciated honesty about the issues. Also, if you plan on feeding your big group, make sure you bring your own forks. They have 7. We know this because we had 7 people there, and barely enough to eat a meal together. Otherwise, property was good for our group. The beds were comfy, and couches to lounge around were good. We had a nice Thanksgiving there.

Nice house

We have visited Orlando every year for the past 20 years. The last 10 years we have always stayed at a rental in Terra Verde. We booked last minute due to the pandemic so I went with it although this house has to many fees, and required additional insurances. The management company isn't good. I called twice spoke to someone they never showed up. When emailing the host, I was always referred back to follow up with the management company. The main issue with the house is the water smell in the downstairs bedroom. There seems to be a water issue my parents couldn't use the room from the severity of the smell. Since we only stayed for one week we made the most of the situation. Other than that the house was nice and the actual house that we saw online. I have rented one before and they changed units on us. But due to the odor and fees I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Very clean and stylish. Loaded with things to do for the younger guests and adults. Close to everything we were looking for. The Jacuzzi...what a blessing that was to finish the day. When life takes me back to FL., I am definitely going to look for this vacancy first. As far as the owner Athena, you couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with. When I had a question, she was right there with a solution for us. This place is 5 star all the way around.

Home was beautiful, only true issue was all the cobwebs, lack of cleaning supplies. The downstairs bedroom AC does not work. I purchased cleaning supplies and re-cleaned and cleared the cobwebs. Also directions on how to use the downstairs tv would have been great
