Clean, easy check in and out, great wi-fi, well stocked.

The house was very nice and well stocked. We brought a lot of extra things we didn't use as they were readily available in the cabin. The kids really enjoyed the river access and the adults enjoyed the pool table. Hot tub was so nice at the end of a busy day. The kids games were in rough shape... lots of missing or scattered pieces, but we had brought some of our own. The only negative comment I have is that the grass really needed mowed. But overall, everything was great!

It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. It was awesome and the layout was prefect for us. We each had a bedroom on a different level.

Beautiful site on water,steps were made for younger adults but we handled.

The property was exactly as it was listed. Quiet neighborhood and some much needed R&R was had by all.

Cabin had everything we needed and was clean. Great location. Driveway is steep, put in 4x4 or lower your gears. Great fishing, fun panning for gold, lots of fun for the kids! Thank you!!

This was our second year to stay here. Cabin is perfect and right on the river. Can’t beat it. We will continue to stay here as long as it is available.

Liked that there was plenty of space for everyone and the game room downstairs was great for the kids.

Lots to do at the house! Only downside is that it's about a 18 minute drive to downtown Helen. The owners are very responsive. The pans need to be replaced, so just be aware if you plan on cooking while there.

The property and location are excellent. It’s a short distance from Helen and other attractions. Big yard on the river, the kids enjoyed the fire pit and rec room. The only issue is the driveway, especially during wet, icy conditions, unless you have a 4x4 or strong SUV/truck, your normal everyday car or truck will have issues getting up the driveway. At certain places, the grade is a twisting, steep 45 degree angle. The day we arrived it was rainy and leaves had covered the driveway, making it impossible for the van to get out of the driveway. You will need to have the property manager clear the driveway of any wet debris (leaves, ice, etc) before driving up. I will spare you the details but a tow truck needed to be called. Don’t let this discourage you, just take this into consideration.

Beautiful cabin and highly recommend for anyone wanting a getaway. Everything was as described and on point! Will definitely come back again.

Process was very easy. Checkin/out was easy. Had all the things for the cabin for a good stay.

Everything was great! Driveway is little steep.

The property was great. We had a wonderful time. The only issues were the hair dryer didn’t work and there was a cricket in the wall in the bedroom in the basement. Despite those things we had an amazing time and plan on booking again.

Great property. Look for soap in the purple bag. We didn’t find it until late. You’ll need firwood/fire starter/ accelerant for the fire pit, it wasn’t provided but we left ours! Enjoy. The master bathroom caddy is dangerous and falls and probably needs to be replaced. Taxis/ride shares are very limited/non existent. There were crickets in the closet in the downstairs room locked closet that keep guests up the entire stay. Otherwise, LOVELY PROPERTY. Would go back and would recommend. 5 stars?

We had a wonderful time this weekend at this great cabin. Everything about the cabin was great (except we never found a broom.) The kids enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the river.

We enjoyed every minute we spent! The property is gorgeous and the daily deer sightings on the property and in the neighborhood were just a bonus. We will definitely be back!!

The cabin was beautiful and lots of space. The 3 1/2 bathrooms was a plus for 6 of us plus plenty of sleeping areas. We had an issue with the oven and a new one was brought out and installed promptly!! The communication was great! The river was beautiful although the water level was too high for us to feel comfortable getting in it was nice to sit and have coffee by the river . The only thing I would suggest is chairs for by the fire pit. We had to drag the chairs from the table on the deck over. The game room was nicely equipped. We had to get used to the extremely steep driveway but managed it ok. We had an amazing stay and have talked about booking this cabin again in the future.

It was fun an different ready for another one

In general a nice property. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, we felt the beds were fine and slept well. Fire pit area and yard are nice. My husband caught (and released) fish hand over fist. He was thrilled. A few things that need attention are the fire bowl - the bottom is basically rusted out and makes fires a little tough and should be replaced, a few things like doors that don’t latch right or stick but nothing too major. The steps into the basement could use a handrail. Also in the game room one of the air hockey tables doesn’t work and the ping pong net is broken, but the other air hockey/ pool combo table is great. 3 things to note that might be an issue for some. The driveway is beyond steep. In any sort of inclement weather you would need a 4 wheel drive. Lots of steps. With only one bedroom on the main floor make sure steps aren’t an issue.. Finally, river access is unfortunately very difficult. There are two separate sets of steps that give access, but there is no bank at the river level. Basically my dad and son couldn’t fish because there was really no way to do it because you have to get into the river. There is a picture that shows the steps but it would help if there was a view from across the river. If I had seen that I likely would not have booked here as fishing was the big attraction. My dad tried to fish a little from the stairs but slipped and fell at one point. It is really a shame. It would be great if they could either grade the bank or cut it back and build a deck or something like the place across the river has. Overall I do recommend this property however it wasn’t ideal for the group we had.

Nice place for a family visit. The river in the back yard is great for fishing. The cabin needs a deep cleaning. The blinds need repaired and cleaned or replaced. Shower tiles need to be scrubbed. Indoor fireplace needs to put off some heat. It could be a really nice place with a little care and a lot of cleaning.

We had an absolute wonderful time. The cabin was big but comfy. There was something to do for everyone. The location was beautiful, totally submerged in nature. Our trip was about spending quality time with family and that is exactly what we got.

Absolutely beautiful fall views but location would make a lovely summer location as well give. The river running behind the cabin. Well appointed and comfortable for all. We really enjoyed the game room for rainy days that kept us more indoors. Would love to return some time!!
