Loved our stay and would absolutely come again!

This place is heaven on earth! The scenery, the beautiful outdoor areas, the spotless cleanliness inside and the comfortable beds made our week at the house a complete joy. Views from the house include both the lagoon and a mountainside jungle. We enjoyed peace and quiet at the house, the well equipped kitchen, lounging in the plunge pool on hot days, and shopping at the fantastic French grocery store down the road. Communication with the host and checkin was easy. Eleanora provided us with helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. The house is located just above some of the best snorkeling sites on the island. Thank you so much Eleanora! We look forward to returning soon.

Our favorite part of our stay was lounging on the patio and enjoying the amazing views during the day and the stargazing at night. The property was clean but we did have some issues with bugs since it rained our first day in Moorea and they apparently like to avoid the rain. The location is beautiful, high up on the hillside and felt nestled in the jungle a bit, even though we still had a clear view to the water. The location seemed to be on the drier side of the island, which we really appreciated given it was the rainy season when we went, and was centrally located to a ton of fun activities. We really enjoyed our stay here! Note that the location pinned on the map in vrbo when we stayed was not correct so if you look for Holy Steak House in maps, it's right below the entrance to the lovely housing community (the vrbo map will turn you off the main road a km or so too soon).

Beautiful villa with a great view. Everything one would need. Very comfortable, quite and peaceful. We will return here one day.

We enjoyed stayed at Villa T’aura. It was clean and spacious, close to many good restaurants and beaches. Owner has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. My only disappointment was that the hot tub on the deck has no heat, and I love hot tubs. If the temperature outside was warmer, that might have warmed it up

Eleonora has a beautiful hilltop home..and I do mean hilltop...4 switchbacks to get up there...sooo worth the view alone. It is well appointed and has everything you need; comfortable beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen, clean and in a very secure location. We felt right at home. Don't hesitate to stay here. You definitely need a car. Eleonora is very responsive and her manager, Regine, is delightfully helpful. Moorea is a laid-back island where you can participate in many activities or just rest and relax on the beautiful beaches or the expansive deck at the house.

This home will not disappoint. Located way up the mountain for a gorgeous view. My husband and I stayed here a week and enjoyed every minute. Kitchen had all the pots and pans I needed when cooking, a great assortment of appliances, dinnerware and glassware. Regine was our contact person at the beginning and end of our stay and was very helpful. We rented a car while on Moorea which gave us the opportunity to go around the entire island a couple of times. Location was very convenient by car to beaches, tours, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Eleanora’s stay was great! Loved the view and private jacuzzi. Kitchen had lots of supplies and the beach gear was a plus.

We stayed for six nights, and loved every minute. The property is exactly as represented - stunningly beautiful with wonderful amenities like the jacuzzi and a deck with wonderful views of the mountains and the ocean. We enjoyed watching the early morning sunrise and dips in the jacuzzi when it was humid and warm during the day. Nights are so quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice place. Host is wonderful and did everything to make our stay delightful. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Moorea

We have stayed here previously. This time we cane to help our daughter and husband drywall their home. There was ample room at the cabin for meals together. We will stay again for sure!

Everything was fine at this property.

The. home was AMAZING; it was everything you see in the pictures. Very easy to coordinate with the caretaker of the residence. You will need a car, and this home is about 30 kilometers from the ferry on the other side of the island. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked very well. There is a list of things to do (you will get the instructions when you book). The beach is very close, and there are some hidden gems you will need to find. I would stock up on bug spray if you get bit by mosquitos (apparently, Im honey to mosquitos). This could not have been a better location, with plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area with access to Coco Beach very close. Make sure you get reservations because it's very limited. Stunning location on hillside. Very comfortable villa. Highly recommended.

We just returned from an amazing trip to Moorea. The villa was perfect. My wife and I rented a car from Avis at the ferry, which is a must. The views and all the amenities that were supplied made for great super relaxing stay. We would love to return.

We loved our stay in Elenora’s villa. Mostly, the quiet location stunning views and ability to cook our own meals in the well stocked kitchen. We were provided with ALL the details we needed and never had to contact the caretaker. Close to everything we needed to get to by car. Air conditioning in bedrooms was quiet and effective, only used for sleeping as the cross breezes through the home are lovely. Can’t beat the views of mountains and ocean. We drove around the island and didn’t see anywhere else we would rather have stayed!

This property has a fantastic location on the island, very nice two bedroom, all the essential amenities are available. The view from this property is spectacular, you have a large mountain on one side and the ocean on the other.

My now fiance and I stayed at this property for a week. We are a quiet and clean couple who spend most of our time outside the home. I'm saddened to write a negative review however, I am incredibly disappointed with the management of this property. We were falsely accused of scratching the floors of the home and were charged an additional $500 for the damage that we did not cause. I explained to the owner that we did not damage the floors and even sent over pictures I personally took from the moment of arrival. The pictures displayed the same scratches with a time stamp from her claim. Management has argued and guilted us for the damage and refuses to reimburse us for the charge. On top of that, we were told that we trashed the home which was also not true. We did all the duties that were asked of us before we left and even swept the floors. I almost feel as if we were targeted so they can profit from additional charges. It's really unfortunate such a beautiful experience has been ruined by this false claim. If you plan on staying here please consider taking pictures before and after your stay.

Definitely need a car as its at the top of a hill, but very quiet, picturesque, nice hike across the road behind the toolshed. well equipped villa with a beautiful view.

We had not been to Moorea before but were lucky to have found this rental unit. You would need a car if you want to explore the area. There are wonderful restaurants nearby but not within walking distance. We were able to do two hikes at Belvedere point and the Magic Mountain hike as well as whale expeditions. .

Lovely stay in this villa. Instructions for the washing machine in English would be helpful, the dishwasher didn't work very well, and it would have been nice if beach towels were provided. Otherwise, well equipped kitchen, killer views, and very comfortable furnishings. Would definitely come back!

This home is one of the most well stocked places we have stayed. The kitchen has everything you need to make fabulous meals. The views from every room are amazing!! Communication with the property manager and the owner was quick.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The location was great. It had wonderful views of the ocean. The villa had all the amenities we needed for a week’s stay. We would love to come back and stay here soon.

The villa is set high on a hill in a gated community. It is quiet, extremely well equipped, and beautiful. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Eleonora and Regine, the property caretaker, were extremely accommodating and answered all our questions about Moorea and the unit. There is a pool and tennis court for guest’s use. The pool was refreshing on very hot days. Bring your own tennis balls. There is a hot tub with the unit.

Fünf Nächte waren wir in dieser Unterkunft. Sie ist völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Ich finde nur, dass Preis und Leistung nicht stimmig sind, weil der verlangte Preis schon sehr hoch ist. Alles würde ich besser bewerten, wenn die es günstiger wäre. Einmal, weil der Blick auf das Meer eingeschränkt ist. Dann merkt man dem Haus an, dass hier schon viele Gäste waren. Zum Beispiel sind die Polstermöbel fleckig. Generell ist nicht viel Platz für eigene Sachen vorhanden. Das Fitnessstudio hat alte, verrostete Geräte. Der einzige Tennisplatz könnte auch eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Ich möchte nochmal betonen: Wäre der Preis niedriger, wäre ich durchaus begeistert. Aber so hatte ich mehr Luxus erwartet.

What a lovely house tucked away in a quiet area. The view was spectacular and the house was private from all the neighbors. Felt totally safe being inside a gated property. Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Eleonora was lovely and helpful when I needed information. Would stay again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we would have been able to stay longer. We kept saying to ourselves that our place was the best spot on the whole island. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful views, well appointed property in a gated community. The host and property manager were great and extremely accommodating. I hope to come back! The little village near the property has everything from a market to restaurants and shops. Rent scooters or mini jeeps while you are here to get around. Highly recommend Snack Mahana and Restaurant Le Motu for food nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental in Moorea and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and well thought out for a vacation rental. We appreciated all of Eleonora’s recommendations and resources she left for us. She was always readily available for communication and answered all of our questions we had prior to arriving in regards to Covid restrictions. The place is a beautiful bungalow up in the mountains of moorea with a great view of both the water and mountains. I would definitely recommend renting a car as it is on top of the hill and there is a gate at the entrance of the complex. We would 100% recommend this to anyone that is traveling to the French Polynesia and looking for a nice non-resort secluded stay.

We typically stay on the water, but really enjoyed this home and location. It's very quiet and peaceful up on the hill and we loved looking way out over the ocean. The home has all of the modern ammenities and is very nice. Communication with the property manager was a bit challenging, but only because we have no French!
