Wonderful condo

We had a great stay at Grandview East. The only issue was waiting for the elevator going down from the 16th floor, with only one set it was very slow and hot waiting for it. Condo was very clean and spacious and just as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. We will be booking again when in the area.

I haven't been on vacation with my family in almost 5 years and this condo just made for a wonderful vacation. It was very nice and homey and the views from the balcony just made it all the more impressive.

We were so impressed with the entire stay! Condo was gorgeous and views were amazing! Perfect part of town, close to everything! Simple walk downstairs to the beach or pool!

The only thing I didn't like was the super long code to unlock the door (seriously an 8 button code) and the fan in the master bedroom didn't work... The place was gorgeous! The view is amazing! Very very roomy.. When you arrive go grab a luggage cart located on the 1st floor, not ground. There is one elevator for entire building so keep that in mind during busy season - elevator is hot, no air flow.

Amazing
This condo was beautifully renovated and the views of the ocean were perfect! It provided the perfect place for our family to have a much needed vacation, we absolutely loved it!! Real Joy vacation rentals was so simple to rent from!

Beautiful, Clean, Loved our stay
We had a girls weekend. 3 of us. We all had our own room and bathroom. Everything was perfect. Everything you need was provided. Clean, nicely decorated, and the corner view was fabulous!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Family Beach Stay
Property was well appointed and clean. There were 4 of us so it was nice that rach had there own bedroom and adjoining bath. The views up and down the beach from the 16th floor end unit were amazing. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

All in all it was a pleasant experience. The master bathroom had not been cleaned and was disgusting. We called management but ended up cleaning it ourselves. The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our time.

Greta place!
Was a very pretty property. Only problem was that the door didn’thave a deadbolt or chain on the inside so my 3 year old could easily open it no problem! We had asked them about it and they put a temporary chain up but it broke before we left. They were very nice though.

Beachside home away from home
We had a group of 9. 2 families, and we were well accommodated. 3 bedrooms and full baths as well as a sleeper sofa. Well appointed and very responsive management company. Our only issues were 1 of the beds were damaged prior to our arrival and mid-stay an upstairs neighbor caused a leak. Recommend highly regardless.

Wonderful views in corner unit
Loved everything about this condo! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could ask for. If there was one thing I’d change it would be the very hard mattress and pillows in the smallest guest room. Since I’m the one that drew the short straw, I got to experience some nights of tossing and turning. I’d they changed out the mattress we would be frequent renters to this unit.

Loved it, except for the dog that barked the entire stay
Loved this place, and the location of the property!! The maintenance manager there is a great guy and extremely helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better person. The stay was great, except for the dog that barked the entire time (day and night) while we were there. Did not see the next door tenants until the last hour we were there. We do look forward to staying again.

Great Condo on the beach
The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Easy beach access and very secure needing a code for all doors and gates. The only complaint is the parking description. Both spots are across the street. Based on the description we were expecting one spot to be under the building.

Beautiful condo
Absolutely beautiful condo with lots of room. Love that all the rooms have their own bathrooms and how spacious every room is. The parking across the street wasn’t as bad as we thought it was going to be. We unloaded by the door, then moved the vehicle across the street so it worked out well. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Great condo unit
There was some negative reviews when considering this unit but decided to go ahead and book. This unit was very beautifully decorated, fully stocked with everything needed. The floors were a little dirty but otherwise a great stay!

Terrible stay
This condo is a beautiful place with amazing beachfront views, too bad floors were so dirty that the bottom of our feet turned black just walking on it. The dishwasher was broken as well as the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. I reported these things to maintenance and nobody ever showed up to clean the floors or fix the dishwasher. Second bedroom sheets and blankets were dirty and stained and my granddaughter had allergic reaction to them and spent entire night in the ER with hives getting an IV. Never going back to this place or renting from this company.

Great condo and location
Everything was great. Recently renovated condo with lots of room. Very clean and nicely furnished. The only issue we had during our stay was the AC. It would shut off automatically and condo would get super hot. We weren’t able to control the temperature as it seems to be automatic, possibly controlled by owner or managing office. Other than that, very pleasant stay.

I can't say enough good things about this unit. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The furniture and linens were nice and comfortable. The unit is HUGE and seriously felt like home. I can't imagine staying anywhere else from now on.

Review of stay
Condo is beautiful, nice and clean. Very nicely decorated and very quiet. The parking was a little difficult to understand and was across the street, not convienent for families or older people.
