The apartment has a great location, which was perfect for us. Simple but okay for a couple of nights in Porto.
The apartment wasn't very clean (mold in the bathroom). There was "free coffee" but the capsules weren't even compatible with the coffee machine and a few of the lamps didn't work. The host isn't very responsive. I left my charger at the apartment and they say no one has found it. Plus, I'm still waiting for the invoice of our stay after one week.

The location - near the river in the old city and close to restaurants and other activities. Appreciated the fans in the bedrooms.
First day they sprayed insecticide in the stairwell to our apartment- not cool-especially when we had a 9 month old baby with us. There were a couple of loose tiles in the kitchen, toilet seat was loose, toilet was leaking.

Location was good
Noise from neighboring apartment and from stairwell.
Gas ran out so no hot water for showers. Gas was renewed quickly but when had showers the water was not hot, only warm.
The heating wasn’t sufficient in the apartment.

In general the apartment is good, in the city center, everything is close.
The air conditioner worked very poorly and the door handles were weak. The entrance door to the entrance is locked only with a key. There were no hooks for hanging clothes. And there were no essentials like soap, rag, powder, etc. And the mattress was a bit dirty!

The property was very well located, it was close to the train and metro station as well as all important sights. The beds were comfortable, there was a big smart TV and the bathroom was equipped. The appartment was overall nice and modern.
For five people, the space was quite small. The living room felt a little crammed. The kitchen did not have any pans, but it did have enough pots to cook in. The oven was not working, but we did not have to use it, so it did not affect our stay.

Very central flat in Porto. The owner was really accommodating to give me the keys a bit earlier than planned. It is in the old part of Porto with many restaurants within walking distance.

Well equipped, excellent location, and good interior design. The managers were friendly and we had good communication.
The sofa bed was not good and some pillows were lacking covers. They expected us to have to share a single key among 5 people (the place fits 6), but after complaining about it we got an additional key.

We liked the early chek-in and my sister forgot her braces at the appartment and we got them shipped to our home address thankfully.
Since the appartment is in an old house we could hear people walking above us and the neighbors below us asked us to walk more quiet even tho that was not possible.

The place has space and has amazing location
There was a photo of a bath, so I understood there was a bath, which now is only a shower. The floor of the shower is very slippery and there is mold in many places in the bathroom. Some lose tiles on the kitchen floor. Very noisy beds and doors.

The location was perfect ! Close to everything in Porto. The apartment is located in a cute building and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We are family with two kids.This apartment is very comfort ,clean with two bedrooms, it provided all the facilities, kitchenware. The location is prefect for Porto, you can walk to Ribeiro, or to the central of Porto. We are really appreciated welcoming of the owner, he explained us about the city, and look after us. We would recommend to the other guests.
Only we could hear the noise of corridor when people walk in the stairs in the night, but it didnt disturb us too much.

Joao, the owner, was super nice and flexible at all times. He came late at night to greet us and then let us leave the baggage there on our last day. He explained everything we had to know about Porto and in perfect Spanish!! Also, the place couldn’t be any centrical. Would definitely repeat :)
