very cute, quaint and quiet. So close to the base!! 5 minute drive. It was perfect for our needs. Priced very fairly, too. I have already recommended it to another family!

A friend and I stayed here 2 nights so we could tour Savannah and Beaufort. It was perfect for us!

My friend and I came to visit the Cypress Wetlands and this location was perfect for a short walk or ride. Enjoyed 3 different restaurants in Port Royal and easy drive to Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort. More affordable than other locations and extremely clean.

Very nice and clean place. Will be back to visit. Thank you for a nice place to stay on a short weekend.

Came down from northern maine for my sons marine graduation. Location was perfect. Love the local restaurants and close to beach ...very convenient location for back and forth from marine base. The house was beautiful just as discribed. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the perfect few days !!

My ex husband I came for our nephews USMC graduation. What a great place and charming neighborhood, nice little restaurant within walking distance! It was cold and sunny, I imagine during the summer must be so nice out here… the property was clean and no musty smell 🙏, the hot water was simply delightful. I will definitely come back during the summer or spring 💜 The USMC graduation was incredible and my nephew got to have the whole family here. Which btw the other family members were just a few houses down the street. Thank you for your hospitality! Thank your cleaning team they are doing a great job!

Really clean house

The property was clean upon arrival. It’s in a cute neighborhood and less than a 15 minute drive to the USMC base on Parris Island. The neighbors were friendly and recommended great restaurants in the area.

We stayed at this property for my sons graduation from Marine bootcamp. Great location. Close to the military base. Close to the beach and restaurants. We loved it well worth the money!

The property had an unforseen maintenance issue that was promptly handled by the host. However, when we asked that the host be present at the property while the contractors were there, she seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. We ultimately ended up leaving the contractors there while we went to MCRD to visit our new Marine after the ceiling fell in. Some kind of pest came in from the attic (possibly) and bit me up during the second night. I awoke with several bug bites. The last night she also wanted us to bring the patio furniture into the cozy living room to accommodate her power washing schedule. The last straw was when she changed the lock code prior to our 11pm check out time even when we left a vehicle there. We had no where to use the restroom or change clothes after Marine Corps graduation before a 12 hr road trip. Would not recommend this host in particular.

We opted to use this property while attending graduation events at Paris Island. In regards to the commute, you can’t go wrong with this location but many events are in the early morning hours. Like many other reviews have stated, the beds are extremely uncomfortable so if you’re a light sleeper or have problems sleeping in areas outside of your home and bed routine, this isn’t the right property for you! The property has a musty smell to it and needs some work. The upstairs bathroom is shared by both bedrooms and incredibly small. The shower curtain had mold on it and should be replaced. One of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan that makes a loud awful noise. I ended up changing the rotation of the fan which helped some, but shouldn’t be an ongoing issue as someone else mentioned this in a previous review. One set of bedsheets felt like you were sleeping with paper towels. The towels in the bathroom were rough and cheap. The AC vent units had dust build-up on them and the kitchen sink had used disposable sponges at the sink. The Wi-Fi service that is promoted in the listing is absolutely horrible. If you’re someone that enjoys streaming services or gaming, you can forget that here. The communication with the property manager wasn’t great. I opted for this property because it offered a payment plan. Upon making reservations for the property, it charged me for the full amount. I reached out to the property manager for help and was basically told that since the payment already processed, there was nothing they could do. During our stay, I reached out about the Wi-Fi service not working and never received a response. When I reached out later regarding the possibility of extending our stay (as we had family visiting from out of town) the property manager responded immediately. After further consideration, we opted not to extend for multiple reasons. If you’re someone who doesn’t expect much and just wants a quiet place to stay, this might be the right property for you. If you’re looking for a comfortable and clean property, you’ll need to continue looking elsewhere.

great location

We loved our stay in Port Royal. Everyone is so friendly. I do not think we could have picked a better place to stay. The house was so comfortable and adorable. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of hot water! Having a washer an dryer was a life saver. We visited the wetland a few blocks away and saw alligators and all sorts of animals. We headed a few blocks in another direction and walked the boardwalk and saw dolphins. We had outstanding meals at Madison's there in town. Wonderful choices for somebody with celiac disease. If we went back to Port Royal we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo & stayed in April, 2022 for a Marine Graduation. Loved the area, walking to Fishcamp Restaurant and the Cypress Wetlands Boardwalk just across the road. Very cute historic center and minutes to Parris Island gate. The condo was very comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and modern comfortable furniture. The two beds were very comfy. We had our new Marine stay in the second bedroom on Grad Day. Nice little porch to sit outside and look at the Spanish Moss on the trees. Would recommend.

The house is located conveniently to many things. There are great dining spots just minutes away, as well as tons of other things. The house was clean and comfortable, and very well stocked from amenities in and around the kitchen. We very much enjoyed this cute and spacious home!

I truly enjoyed my stay. Just a few minutes from Parris Island, it made our travel so easy. Super clean, super quiet, and super cozy. I also can’t say enough about how friendly the property manager is. From beginning to end, a perfect experience.

A nice little place to stay, all of the amenities needed for a little home away from home. The shower faucet was difficult to turn on/off. The W/D was nice to have but didn’t do a very good job and took xtra long to dry. The worst part of the stay were the beds. The queen bed fell just short of requiring climbing gear to ‘extract’ yourself each morning. After the 2nd night, we decided to sleep on the sleeper sofa … not much better! Finally, we resorted to pulling the mattress off of the sofa bed and sleeping on the floor.

Beds are super comfy, neighbor is super sweet and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

We stayed at this property while attending Marine Corp Family Day and Bootcamp graduation for our daughter. It is very close to Parris Island which was nice. The place was clean, neat and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME NEEDS TO BE ATLEAST WASHED DOWN BUT COULD STAND A NEW COAT OF PAINT.

This property is the perfect location to get to Parris Island easiy for all activities during graduation week. The town is very cute and perfect for walking also there is a board walk for walking the river

It was a perfect location to stay for our family of 4 to see our son graduate from Marine boot camp at Parris Island. It was 5 minutes from the base, where we stayed majority of our week. It was nice to come back and relax in the quiet condo. The rental manager was extremely friendly and very accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay, clean and comfortable home. Only thing i can recommend would be to check the water pressure coming from the sinks. The shower had great pressure it only impacted the sinks.

Wonderful location and facility. Loved our stay

The location was good, and closed to where I needed to go. However, the place looked outdated and dirty, also the fan in one of the bedrooms was broken and made a horrible noise, as well as the heat vent made a constant noise while it was on. Do to the noise of the vent and the fact that the pillows and sheets were dirty I was not able to sleep for two nights straight. I had rented the place for 3 nights but could not stayed there another night. The placed look so nice in the pictures and at first look, but once you turn on the lights and walk around the placed was not cleaned well I was not able to used much from there as was grossed and was constantly cleaning everything before touching. To top it off the next morning we found cockroaches crawling around on the kitchen counter top. Not a pleasant experienced. the located was great, but the place was not. I wish I could had write a better review on this place, but unfortunately didn't had a good experience.

This was a wonderful and clean rental with plenty of space.
