This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. It has a great view and it is in a convenient location. Also, super clean and dog friendly. Will be back for sure !

This was our second stay. Sunrise on the deck watching dolphins was wonderful. Close to Beaufort and surrounding areas.

We highly recommend staying here! The place was immaculate and comfortable with a lovely view. The location was good—we found it easy to get where we wanted go. We especially appreciated being able to use the pass to Hunting Island State Park—thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

We came down from Ohio with family for our eldest sons Marine bootcamp graduation. The location was amazing for everything that we wanted to do and a fantastic location to Paris Island. The property was clean and orderly and had everything we needed! The pictures do not do it justice, quiet little neighborhood, tucked under beautiful older trees. All communication with the property managers were timely and very helpful. Highly recommend their properties if they keep the others as they do this one.

Mark (and daughter Melissa) were welcoming, informative & helpful during our visit to SC and Tidewatch! We cannot say enough about how immaculate (attention to detail for comfort), lovely cozy perfect and delightful the property was! When we pulled into the Landing it was like entering a theme park at Disney set in THE quintessential South Carolina neighborhood with spanish moss hanging from majestic huge trees! All the lovely homes were pastels and we were right on the Beaufort river overlooking their marina with a great restaurant/incidentals shop within walking distance. Even binoculars provided to pinpoint "flippers" in the river! Beaufort and Hunting Beach Park and "Boneyard" on the Atlantic (pass provided by Mark in Welcome folder!) were just amazing! Am I gushing too much?! If we are ever in SC again, this is the ONLY place you will be 100% satisfied with staying! Thank you SC!

God blessed us with spent six days at this beautiful home had beautiful views of the river. The house was very clean and the restaurant next-door marker 244 is great.. Lord, willing we hope to book again

We highly recommend this VRBO. It has the beach vide with all the decorations & is very clean. It has all of your cooking needs & is right on the water. Beautiful home!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Port Royal Landing. We watched dolphins right out back off of the deck. The location was perfect, the house was very clean and the southern charm was beyond expectations! We will definitely be back again.

This cottage was perfect and is decorated so cute! Loved sitting out on the deck drinking a glass of wine while watching boats and dolphins go by. Conveniently located to Beaufort, Port Royal and Hunting Island. Marker 244 Restaurant right next door so you could walk for lunch or dinner. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. Would highly recommend!

Great location central to all things to do and quiet without the feeling that it was a tourist site, felt like a local and the kids loved watching the sun rise every morning from the back deck.

We will definitely be staying again!!! Beautiful neighborhood!!! Beautiful view from the back deck! We saw dolphins and sharks! Neighbors were very nice! House had everything we needed just bring your clothes and food! We were definitely not disappointed! Dogs loved it too!!! Don't second guess book ASAP!!!

Cute cottage. Wonderful little neighborhood. Great location. Excellent views. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is that we wish main bedroom had a king bed. There seems to be room for it. Otherwise perfect.

Very clean. Nice porch area w/ pull out awning and fan available if needed. Under back porch nice with fans.
Had a very nice stay, we actually got to watch a sailboat race one day which was cool. Saw dolphins and sharks.
The owners provided everything and had clear instructions. They are available by phone if needed and respond to questions immediately.
I would stay there again!

This is an absolutely charming property, the location for us was perfect!! Love the layout of the house and bonus that you can walk out on the deck, relax and watch the boats coming and going on the river! We would definitely book this home again! Thank you so much Mark & Melissa!

Tidewatch is a great little property, just the right size for 2 to 4 people. Great location, lovely neighborhood, quite, convenient to Beaufort, and the Sea Islands. Great view of the water, and marina. Owners are very nice, and eager to be of help, as well as prompt in responding.
We couldn't have made a better selection for our visit.

We loved the comfort, cleanliness, all the extras, plus the incredible view. Convenient to everything yet still gives a feeling of privacy with the setting. We are all in our 70s and 80s and had no problem accessing everything in the home. We are planning our next sibling gathering again and this is #1 on our list!

We've stayed here before & we were delighted to repeat our visit. Cute decorative touches let you know this home is cared for and we loved the view of water & marina. Very comfortable sofa for evening , movie watching next to the cozy fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped & the location is very convenient. See you next year!

Our stay in Port Royal exceeded our expections. The cottage was the main focus of our vacation. We could not get enough of the view from the balcony. The furnishings are clean comfortable and we felt at home throughout the stay. The location is perfect for exploring Port Royal, Beaufort, and the Sea Islands. We found it best to take the bikes by car to one of the Spanish Moss Trail parking lots, but once you are on the trail, you can explore the lower end of Port Royal, including The Sands, or head to The Point and see Historic Beaufort. We have already made reservations for next October.

We came to Port Royal to pick up our new Marine from boot camp. This property was absolutely perfect for us! Such a beautiful and safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. This home has everything we could have ever needed and all of it was of high quality. Communication with owners was so easily and any questions I had they responded very quickly. A lovely binder at the house was packed full of helpful information as well as a digital copy I received via email from owners prior to our arrival. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an easy breezy vacation experience. We will be back for sure! 10/10 recommend!

This is our second stay at the home and fourth stay in the neighborhood. The house is comfortable, renter-friendly and just as described. The waterfront view from the back balcony is gorgeous. We love watching the boats go by. The location is perfect - close to downtown Beaufort, Port Royal and Parris Island. You can even walk to the marina restaurant. The neighbors are lovely; we met many while walking our dog in the evenings. Can't say enough nice things about the owners/managers, Mark and his daughter Melissa. We are returning to rent again later this year!

Such a relief walking in the door after our long drive to find the house so welcoming. Lights flicked on, music was playing, everything was sparkling clean. Great house in pretty neighborhood with a gorgeous view. Comfortable beds, everything we needed. Perfect!
