The house was fairly accurately described and pictures were faurly recent. The house had every piece of cookware, glassware or dishware needed to enjoy ourselves.

Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay at this roomy, quiet, fully furnished home. It had everything we needed to have a great time with family. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and cozy with fine comforters and pillows. We are looking forward to returning many times in the future.

The house was perfect for my group of 7 guys. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, a large kitchen to cook and eat together, and a nice hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes. Rick made the check-in/check-out process very easy. Location was great, close enough to walk to main street, though a little rough of a walk back (all up hill). Would absolutely stay again!

The house was spacious and a great location close to town. Great home! Rick was AMAZING to work with, one of the best hosts we have worked with. He was great at communication and helping with everything we needed. Would be back for future trips 🙂

Would recommend to families with kids and large groups. It’s a bit of a hike into town and to lift, but there is a shuttle at end of road. Not ski in/out.

There for a work trip with 4 of my co-workers. The house was well furnished (the kitchen more than any other property we have stayed in thus far). Location was awesome as restaurants were within a few minutes. Communication from the owner was stupendous. We will likely stay here in the future!!

This was a great house in Park City!! We had a friend reunion, and it was such a house, because all the couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Loved the large kitchen island, and such a great place to gather. Nice outdoor patio with a hot tub, with privacy. It is a wonderful location, we could walk down the hill to town, or up the street to hike. Rick is a great host, communicated very well, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Great location to downtown Park City! Walking distance but quite a haul up the hill on the way back! :) No AC so it did get a little warm in the middle of the day but cooled off at night! Rick was an attentive host! Our family had a great time in Park City!! Will go again!

The house is very clean and there is plenty of room for multiple families. The house is close to the ski resort, although probably not walking distance to the town lift. Rick does an amazing job communicating and it's always available for any questions.

Property was in a great location. We had a party of 12 and the house accommodated us with no problem. We did a lot of cooking and hanging at the property after being on the mountain and the kitchen and property had everything we needed. We would stay here again if traveling with a larger group.

This house worked great for our group. Plenty of room, close to town, and owners were respnsive and easy to work with.

Our group of 12 had a great day in the old town home. We took advantage of the great location and walked to nearby restaurants almost every night, about a 15-minute walk. Our group was made up of couples, singles, and a toddler and a baby. The house was large enough that our baby crying in the night did not wake up the other people. Many of the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite, so there was no shortage of places to shower after our day of skiing. I believe every room had a humidifier which helped us sleep better with the dry air and high altitude. We found a handful of children's items in the house witch were very helpful to us, including a pack and play, a baby swing, plastic dishes and silverware for kids, and even a few toys. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The furniture and decor of the house felt very classy, sheets and bedding seemed new and of good quality. To accommodate the toddler, we moved some decorative items during our stay and put them back at the end. Otherwise the house seemed pretty safe for a child. It is clear that the home has been frequently used as a vacation rental, in some places there is some wear and tear, but I don't think it took away from our experience. Rather I think it made us feel a bit more comfortable that we would not damage something by staying in the house with a child. Overall, great experience! Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would love to stay again some time.

This beautiful home worked perfectly for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The bottom level has a tv/play area that was perfect for our children and 3 bedrooms (1 master). The main middle level has a large entrance mud room for ski gear and a beautiful spacious open kitchen/dining/living room. The upstairs has a landing and 3 bedrooms (2 beautiful large masters). The hot tub and the grill is off the main level and the double washers and double dryers are on the bottom level. The location was perfect. A 5 min walk up the hill takes you to many hiking/biking/sledding trails. A 10 min walk down the hill and you’re in the main town with shops and restaurants. A 5 min drive and you’re at the base of the mountain. The owners were very communicative and responded quickly to questions and the small touches of having a Christmas tree were very much appreciated. Highly recommend this property!

This was our second trip to Park City, and we were thrilled with this six bedroom house the moment we walked into it. All the rooms are spacious and clean like a five star hotel. The kitchen is large with much counter space to cook large meals and well equipped with appliances and trinkets. There are other nice things not shown in pictures like lounging on the private back deck with hot tub and BBQ and two washers and two dryers. They have obviously been doing this a while because the house is dialed in.

Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, great showers, well equipped kitchen, full two car garage and only a ten minute walk to Old Town with great shops and restaurants. This is a huge benefit as parking is hard to find and expensive! We had five adults, two teens and an infant in our group and never had a noise, hot water or space problem.

I recently stayed at this property with a big group, including some small children. It was perfect!! The home is very spacious and well-laid out for groups, with lots of beds, baths, and privacy. The kitchen and main living room are a great place for gathering, and really lend themselves well to hosting a big group. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and we cooked some great meals while relaxing together. The hot tub is also right outside the back door, and a perfect place to unwind! The home is really conveniently located just up Main St -- very accessible to the shops and restaurants downtown, and easy to get to the Park City Main St lifts. Rick and Carol were very communicative and very responsive to our questions and requests. It was a pleasure to work with them, and we hope to return again!

We stayed here for some spring skiing at Park City and Canyons. The house is very convenient to both mountains as well as the nightlife on Main Street. The house is very clean, well maintained, and spacious. It was exactly what we were looking for!

Our 2 families of 5 had a great stay for 4 nights. With 4 great days of skiing, it was very easy to get to the slopes at the main lodge and also a short walk to shops, restaurants or the free trolley. The house is quite comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed. We had excellent communication with the owners and would definitely stay here again.

Our group was 4 adults and 5 children and it fully met our needs. Location is near to Main Street, and we drove to Deer Valley for skiing. We did not figure out the bus system for getting to and from the slopes, but I am sure it can be done. The owners, Rick and Carol, were great in giving us tips on restaurants and responding to every question we had. One piece of advise is to make your restaurant reservations well in advance , especially if you are going to be in a busy period.. We did not do that and had difficulty getting dinner reservations.

What a great find for our group! After years of traveling to Park City and seeing rooms the size of closets, it was a pleasant surprise to finally vacation in Park City where we could walk to Main Street. Two of the three bedrooms are big as suites, and the other three bedrooms are abundantly spacious. The sixth bedroom works better for children or young adults. The living room, kitchen and dining area open into a family area larger than my entire New York apartment. We used the hot tub and back deck grill where pine trees are an arms length away. It was important for us to find a spacious clean home where we could walk to town, and this property met all of those needs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there was even a hi-chair and crib. The owners were also helpful and very responsive.

Upon arriving we had no clue what to expect. Pictures on a website can be, lets say deceiving. When we got inside the place just opened up in front of us. My wife and I were amazed. The pictures did not do this place justice. Looking at it from outside you would not expect the open space and beautiful decor that awaits inside. Six beautiful bedrooms and baths, all completely well cared for and clean. The huge kitchen has whatever you could ask for. A gas BBQ sits on the deck in the backyard next to the large hot tub, waiting to cook those thick fillets and grill some veggies. Everything worked as advertised and was well stocked. A short walk to main street, and all Park City has to offer completes this terrific house and its location. A great place to stay while enjoying Park City. Scott / Dana Austin

My friends and I stayed in this lovely home for a week this year for our annual ski trip. It was fantastic and mets our needs perfectly. We slept all 12 of us comfortably and had all the bathrooms and living space you could ask for. The kitchen is amazing and a great gathering spot to brag about our ski exploits for the day or to show off our purchases from a shopping expedition. The hot tub is a huge plus as it allowed us to unwind together while we eased our tired muscles. The location is very quiet and we frequently walked to and from town. My wife and I had a master suite and the jacuzzi tub was an excellent to get cleaned up. The beds were very comfortable even for my wife who has had back surgery. We would definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient to Park City's shops and restaurants.

The house was fine, however neither the hot tub or the TV worked on arrival. Got the TV working after 48 hours (of only a 4 day stay), but never got the hot tub working which was very disappointing. We understand these things happen and Rich did his best to try to remedy the problems. However, when I requested a financial compensation he never responded. Also, the walk to main street is quite a haul on a steep street, especially challenging in winter. We ended up just driving into town.

Our extended family spent a wonderful week at this property and we're thrilled with the house, the location, and the town. The home is situated on a street within walking distance (downhill) to Main Street where the shops and restaurants are located. The uphill side dead ends into a canyon where we went on snowshoe adventures and the kids spent hours exploring and sledding. This was the best think about the location. No cars driving by! Parking is limited in the area, but two cars fit in the garage and two more can fit on the driveway. These bonus features alone were enough to attract us to the house, yet we were also thrilled to have a well kept home with comfortable beds and furniture and a large kitchen that opened into the family room so the entire group could cook and eat and visit together. When the kids got too loud, they escaped outside or to the game room downstairs. Three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs gave us privacy and separation as desired for the family groups while the main floor was the gathering spot. The upstairs landing was an additional retreat where the young adults loved to visit next to the wifi router. We had Savory catering three nights for dinner and loved every meal, but the kitchen was well stocked and cooking was easy. We had one car (large SUV) for the group and the others took shuttles from the airport. This was ideal because we used the car to get to the ski lifts, ski rentals and grocery store but otherwise stayed around the house. Town lift was three minutes from the house and kids loved going to the slopes from town to avoid the congestion at the base on the resort. Kids loved the hot tub in the backyard. The hillside is your back door neighbor so privacy is a plus. Nights were silent with no noise from any bars or neighbors and that was a nice surprise for a resort town. I can't imagine a better house for a family reunion trip.

What an amazing home IN Park City!! The place is still fresh in my mind after our ski trip this past February. It is even more spacious than the pictures show because the master bedrooms feel like suites. The décor was very well thought out and themed for rooms. The furnishings appeared to be all in good conditions and linens were luxurious. The large gourmet kitchen had all the modern conveniences you would expect in a luxury home. There was more than enough space for our group of 12 who found this property with the comforts of home. There was plenty of parking for our four cars. The setting outside the home was mountain picture perfect! We felt very safe in this gem that is located very close Main Street. I didn’t ski every day so it was a treat to walk to “Old Town” shops. Markets and restaurants were also convenient to find. The owner of the home was wonderful to work with and was prompt to reply to our trivial questions

Our stay in the last week of March 2016 in Park City was made much nicer by this spacious home just a ten minute walk to main st. Six bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I, two children and their spouses and five grandchildren. The perfectly supplied kitchen and ample eating areas allowed family dinners at night and breakfast in the morning to be great time together. I barbequed two nights on the grill, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all under the snow covered hill in the back of the house outside the living area. The oldest grandsons and the adults enjoyed shuffle board in the downstairs game/movie room, while the laundry area with two washers and dryers were used almost daily. The ski/mud room off the garage is quite large and allows easy movement to the cars and slopes. The minor issues I had (setting the hot tub temps) were quickly responded to by the owners, who clearly want their guests to enjoy the time in their home. It is a superb home and property with very nice furnishings and we look forward to further vacations at Park City Escapes
