The condo was as described and very comfortable with lots of small touches which made it feel more like home (plentiful white fluffy bath towels, extra blankets and pillows, multiple coffee makers, kitchen tools, books, some games, etc). This is not a sterile rental property. This condo had thought put into it which we appreciated so much. We absolutely loved the layout with each bedroom having access to the balcony. The floor plan was great for being able to be up early or late on the balcony and not disturb someone staying in the other bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows provide amazing ocean views. For those who like to sleep in, the rooms have blackout curtains. The parking lot is fenced and directly next to the building (not across the street like some properties in PCB.) It is also gated with security who checks every car going into the lot. We liked walking to Sunrise Cafe for casual breakfast - try the Belgian waffle! It's a quick walk from the street side or the beach to Pineapple Willies (visible from the balcony.) The closest "foodie" place is probably The Craft bar who had some good burgers and cocktails (we ended up at happy hour on burger night and got a nice meal and value!) Check out Boricuba for some good Cuban food and coffee. Walmart is very close by and also walkable. We did not have any issues during our stay but had a few questions and Donny was extremely quick to reply and very friendly. We would love to come back and stay again.

We always stay at Long Beach Resort and once again it was amazing. The condo was super nice. We had everything we needed and everything worked. I recommend this condo. The owner is always available for any questions as well!!

Our two girls loved having a view of the ocean, usually that luxury is only reserved for the adults! The only thing I would have changed is having a light on the deck, it would have been great to be able to play games out there at night.

Overall we enjoyed our time there. One thing that took me by surprise is how many restaurants/bars were closed because it was out of season. We are drinkers and like to have fun places within walking distance. None of their websites had any indication they were not going to be open during our stay. (This is certainly no fault of the property owner but something to research wherever you are going) We would definitely stay here again if he'll have us!

Condo was beautiful and matched online photos. Resort as a whole was well maintained and the beach and ocean views can't be beat. Great experience. Would recommend to future renters.

Perfect for family fun at the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this unit. Initially there was a small hiccup but Donny quickly made it right. He was so easy to get in touch with and his follow up was wonderful. I felt like he really cared if we enjoyed our stay. The amount of kitchen supplies was fantastic as we cook a fair amount during the week. The beds are super comfy and we never ran out of hot water with 4 girls taking showers. The TV’s are smart TV’s and everything worked properly. We love Long Beach and will be booking this unit again for summer break! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

This condo was exactly as advertised - beautifully decorated with an amazing location. The unit has 8 ft floor to ceiling windows in all rooms, and both bedrooms front onto the beach for spectacular views! We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

One of the nicest units we've ever stayed in, absolutely gorgeous from floor to ceiling! Also, it's in a secure gated and guarded complex, so no worries about your vehicles. We really had a great week there, and certainly would happily recommend this unit to others!!

This condo and owner was fantastic!! So many personal touches. Tons of games to play if the weather is rainy, book choices galore and excellent TV’s in all the rooms. We had a fantastic time and would definitely rent again. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us!!!

Condo was very nice and there were plenty of dishes and kitchen tools. The location was great. There were some very minor inconveniences. Closest pool was closed for repaired, other pools were available.. Light bulbs were burnt out and not enough towel bars.

What a week?! It was the best condo with a minute walk to the beach!! Cant wait to come back!!!

We loved the beach chairs and the condo was perfectly comfortable. We had a small issue with the AC that was remedied quick and efficiently. Donnie was easy to get in touch with and put everyone at ease while making the stay more enjoyable. We hope to book 603 again next year at the same week!!

We have been visiting PCB for decades. This is my first trip back to Long Beach in about 14 years. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you would need. Donny was very responsive with any questions I had. The resort and east end of PCB is still recovering from the Hurricane last fall. Several beachfront restaurants are closed or recently reopened with limited menus and many building still have exterior damage. The beach is in beautiful condition though! Just a matter of time until PCB is back to normal. We will be back!

My husband, three adults son's and I had such a great time here. This condo is absolutely beautiful and the layout is fabulous. The view of the ocean and beach are wonderful and very easy to access the Beach. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook....we prepared many meals including the fish we caught on a charter boat we booked. Donny was very quick to respond to any of our questions and super nice! I highly recommend this space for a vacation!

We had the best time at Donny's place at Long Beach resort. The condo was perfect for our family. So convenient to the beach. The pool near the condo was closed for repairs so we had to go to the main pool or if you wanted a heated pool you went to the one on the opposite end. No big deal, just something to remember if you are staying anytime soon. The location is perfect, the bed comfy, and there is no better view. Absolutely wonderful vacation.

Our stay was great

Our family stayed in this beautifully decorated condo for a week over spring break. The view was gorgeous, the kitchen very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable too. It was so nice to be right on the beach with chairs and an umbrella already waiting for us to soak up the sun! Strolling on the beach to watch the amazing sunsets and listening to the ocean waves on the oversized balcony was also a big plus, as was being able to go parasailing right from our own beach! The condo was in a great location near several restaurants and not far from Pier Park. Donny was very helpful and answered all of our questions right away. We would definitely stay here again!
